On a cold winter morning, I stopped by for a refill and make some typical store purchases inside…read morebut got so frustrated with the cashier here that I left before even buying anything inside. As the fuel was pumping, I went to grab the station squeegee (a few feet away) and took 2 steps. As I walked back to the car, the cashier turned off my pump. I thought it was a pump error so I repeated the steps and as the fuel is again pumping, I grabbed the squeegee next to the car and took a step toward the windshield. Again, the cashier stopped my pump as I was just next to the driver side door. I went inside and asked why she was stopping my pump. She said I had to be actively operating the pump as per fire code and it was listed on the pump station. This is clearly incorrect and I was severely annoyed but it was also clear that the cashier would never change her mind so discussing the matter was a waste of time. There were customers that sat in their car as the pumps operated but apparently I couldn't clean my windshield even though I had visibility on the pump and could activate the shutoff switch just as quickly as if I were manually holding down the dispenser handle. And of course, nothing in MA's fire code prevents a customer from needing to actively hold the pump or stand next to it. I purchased a used 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup 2 years ago.. I had my pickup stolen and I needed a replacement... I purchased a $4300 extended warranty through this "place" after I told the finance guy selling these warranty's that I would be mounting a Fisher minute mount on it for PERSONAL USE! I asked this explicitly and was told NOT A PROBLEM! Well 2 years later I had a check engine light go on and it had to do with a valve body in the transmission... I brought it to my local Dodge dealership in CT and the extended warranty company sent out their inspector and saw that I had a Minute mount plow hook up on the truck and they said they would not cover anything because the warranty was voided... I have repeatedly attempted to speak to the finance manager who sold me this worthless piece of paper that I paid $4300 for No response... NOTHING I CALLED ASKING TO SPEAK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER-I WAS TOLD THERE IS NONE! I will be contacting the BBB OFFICE AND THE MA STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL NEXT ANS WELL AS YELP AND ANY OTHER PLACE TO STEER PEOPLE AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
