I purchased my vehicle in December 2025 and was promised, in writing by the General Manager, that I would receive an extra key at cost. I was asked to provide proof of this agreement four separate times, even though I had the original text message from the General Manager. In my experience, it was unnecessarily difficult to get the dealership to honor what had already been agreed to. When I went in to resolve the issue, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. My interactions with both the service department and sales staff felt dismissive, and I left without confidence that the situation was being handled appropriately. Overall, my experience was that once the sale was completed, communication and follow-through were lacking. It took several months to finally receive the second key I had been promised. I had previously leased a Jeep from this dealership and returned expecting a better experience when purchasing. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
