    Cdi hanging

Do not have work done here I got my moped back when the exhaust was removed the gaskets were tossed and not replaced the aftermarket brand new orange spark plug wire I put in was replaced with a cheaper wire nothing was secured back where it belonged the new cdi they put in was hanging out the bottom I had to take the old one out and mount the new one where it is supposed to be the throttle cable completely came undone when I got home and took it for a ride and they broke a bolt that holds the seat down I'm sure there is more I don't know about yet do not go here not worth it at all would have been better off YouTube tutorials would have been slower but at least I could trust it was done right and with care

My insurance adjuster confirmed there was about…read more$3,000 in damage, but when I tried to transfer my bike to another repair shop, this place refused to release it unless I gave them 10% of the insurance check first. That is not normal or ethical -- they hadn't done any repairs, and I never authorized them to start work. They were basically holding my bike hostage until I paid them. Insurance confirmed that no payment should be made directly to the shop unless work is completed or authorized. This kind of behavior feels shady and unprofessional. A reputable shop should release your vehicle and provide a written estimate without extortion tactics. If you're dealing with an insurance claim, go somewhere else that respects your rights and communicates honestly.

Spent $800 on repairs and the bike won't even start anymore. These guys USED to be my favorite…read morelocal shop. They used to be reasonable and helpful. Now it's all about money and their "$2 million shop". I declined an oil change and annual service on my latest repairs so they sent me home with a bike that has an electrical problem I cannot resolve and won't start. They didn't even check if the bike is rideable and just gave it back to me. I'm stuck with dead bike. I know it's their fault because I had this bike in great mechanical condition, in storage. It was brought to them and they flushed the gas tank and now I have a pinched or frayed wire somewhere under the tank that causes my bike to not be able to start. Completely their fault and they wouldn't admit it. They're now doing shady business: They'll tell you they will do an appraisal for $180 and you can pick and choose what you want done/repaired. I chose not to do the power wash. They said that was mandatory because the bike was too dirty? So why was it offered as an optional service initially? Shady, greedy.

Decided to take a look at a few motorcycles today. I went to Mom's Motorcycles on Broadway Revere…read more I was pleasantly surprised I spoke with the general manager Dennis who volunteered lots and lots of important information and specs that I was interested in finding out about. He graciously let me sit on a few of the different models and we spoke about the couple bikes I have in the garage as possible trade ins. He even gave me a guesstimate on what they would be worth. He actually offered me discounts from the factory without me even inquiring which I found refreshing and then after he told me about the discounts from the factory it was also an incentive of 2000 extra dollars for parts and accessories so a total of $3000 discount which is pretty fabulous when the sticker is $18,499. He was extremely patient answered all my questions showed me some of the accessories that were available on the program and even interchangeable wheels tires and seats. If I choose to purchase an Indian motorcycle I will definitely have Dennis help me with that now the question is do I trade in my Harley Davidson for an Indian??? I'll have to give it some thought and a little bit more research maybe take a test drive but I would definitely suggest anyone looking for an Indian motorcycle a Polaris or a victory to head on over to Mom's on Broadway Revere see Dennis tell him Dave Romanow sent you.

Bought the model I wanted in the color I wanted, Great buying experience. The pictures of the dealership on Yelp are not current. The building is new, modern and updated. They sell Victory motorcycles, Polaris products and used motorcycles as well.

I was on a road trip through multiple states on my bike & decided to take a quick detour to this Harley Davidson. I had visited a different Harley Davidson in a different state just a few hours prior ... & the environment there had been downright hostile. I suppose I was stopping at this one for science. To compare this one to the ... other one. I'm not in the market for a new motorcycle; I was just stopping by to take a peek at the stock (I do love the Fat Bob) & maybe pick up some merchandise. Their sweatshirts are generally such high quality. I lost my favorite White Mountain Harley Davidson hoodie a few months ago & have been grieving it ever since. Within a few minutes of rolling in, I was greeted & chatted up by at least 3 employees. Of course there was some sales tactics employed, but most of the chatting was genuinely friendly with no ulterior motive. Then once I moved into the stacks of clothing, I was left to my own devices to browse. No pestering. I ran out of water (very hot day, very thirsty me) & the staff kindly pointed me to a bubbler nearby where I could refill my water bottle. When I went to check out, I had a nice banter with the sweet women behind the counter. They threw in a small piece of extra swag for me on top of my purchase. While I was squeezing my haul into my saddlebags in the parking lot, a few different employees came up to admire my bike. Again, no ulterior motive. No "so you need a new one?" Just admiring my old heifer & chatting about carburetors. So anyways - Didn't buy a bike here but genuinely enjoyed my stop. It's worth mentioning that I spend a *lot* of time around motorcycles & motorcycle people & the vibes aren't always very welcoming or comfortable, especially for women. This HD did a decent job at putting me at ease.
