I entrusted them with this scooter twice (April & June 2025), and both times were an absolute nightmare. Poor communication, negligent work, and alarming safety issues from start to finish. The shop held the scooter for weeks, never called with updates, and I had to show up in person just to get any answers. When I finally picked it up, it ran dangerously--revs spiked, the engine overheated, a part fell off during a test ride, and the choke was removed from the brand-new carb. The mechanic test-rode it aggressively, which caused catastrophic internal damage: the variator and rollers exploded, ripping the oil seal and CVT port, leaving a hole that now leaks oil continuously. The $95 deposit I paid wasn't deducted from the April bill. I was also charged $125 for "3rd-party" delivery--but they delivered it themselves in an Xtreme Toyz van. Upon inspecting the scooter, I found: A drywall screw in the CVT case Missing parts: taillight cover, gold cylinder head, ProBuild throttle cable, stator Oil leaks, stripped bolts, improper screws Throttle cable 25" too long, broken oil catch can, missing taillight cover Chopped-up wiring harness, scratched body, gasket not replaced The scooter was 100% functional before dropping it off. Now it's unsafe, leaking oil, and will require a new engine. I was charged nearly $1,400.00 in labor alone--and told never to return. Avoid this place at all costs!

Not only was Greg attentive to what I was looking for but he was very patient and after trying on a few bikes we finally "found her". After that, each specialist from each department helped and explained to me what they felt was important and needed to know but most of all, they reminded me that they will always be there to help and support me whenever I need them. "it's what they have to do to all their bikes, new and used to get them ready for sale"... but then... conveniently... when you go to pick up your bike, more than a week after papers are signed... "they didn't have time to clean it" ... so much for that PREP!!!! avoid this dealership and anyone affiliated, Manchester HD, etc.

I'm hoping to ride this baby off of the lot today :) Also plan to handle registration & inspection myself (I am trying to upgrade from a Honda 250 to this Honda 600). So far, I've primarily dealt with Ellen at the front desk. First over the phone, and then in person. She has been very kind and helpful, and has been able to secure and offer me a good deal. Perhaps if I'm handling the registration & inspection myself I might be able to receive a further price deduction... or perhaps a voucher for their riding school instead? Who knows? Couldn't hurt to ask :) I'm a new rider and have my permit, and have been riding my little Honda Rebel CMX250 with some confidence for some time now. Not a great highway bike though. Took her on a couple times anyways. As a person who is always running late for everything, the power and ability to take the highway if I want or need to will be invaluable. Getting ready to head back over to the dealership. (I was also there last night.) Hopefully we can close and I can ride her off the lot today! My first purchase was private sale and ended up being more of a project bike than I had time or money for. I'm hoping this bike will be ready to go with no issues for the foreseeable future! Stopped by here to get my motorcycle inspected. They were very friendly and helpful. I like a place…read morethat acknowledges you when you walk in. I didn't pass the inspection because my front brake pads were completely wore out. The tech inspecting it showed me the problem. They don't carry brake pads for my bike since they are not a Triumph dealer, but gave me directions to the closest one.

zero stars for this crappy dealership, go elsewhere!!! i called to check the availability of…read morerykers, the person confirmed they had one left and i expressed a strong interest in it, the person would not give me a quote on phone and instead made me wait close to an hour for one by email. i literally called her back after 25 plus minutes because it was taking so long, yet i sat and waited thinking i was going to the dealership to put the deal together once i knew what the otd price would be , and that this person wouldn't be scummy enough to sell it to someone else meanwhile. not to mention they try to charge 42 dollars for panels they have to install anyway as part of putting the bike together, rip off alert!! finally after almost an hour of wasting my valuable time the quote finally arrives in my email, not even a second later this woman is calling me telling me someone else just put a deposit on it! are you kidding, you waste an hour of my time making me wait for your email quote while you figure out how much bullshit you can charge me for to make more money for your greedy owners, and then turn around and sell it to someone else when you know i am interested? scum!! fyi all other dealerships i have looked into are about 500.00 cheaper then these rip of scum bags! the best part was the woman that called me actually had the odasity, to try and tell me she would call me when others came in, like i would actually give them my business after this!! unreal!!
