Just saying' I called right after we started to install it to say that the plug is incorrect; it is twice size the size of the plug that came out of the scooter. When ordering I told the parts man that my scooter was purchased at Herb Chambers and had the VIN ready to give but was only asked the year and model which is an LX50. I gave the spark plug manufacturer and part number that came out of the scooter and was told it was the wrong plug for the model and was given a different plug, one that is twice the size of what came out of it. Okay, the shipping was outrageous but here is the real issue, I was told to ship the incorrect plug back and they would ship me a new one. I was expected to pay for shipping the second time. I gave all the information, he sent the wrong plug and did not take ownership for the error. Not cool!
