I took it back they said it didn't do anything, I picked it up and it did it again on my way home. Rick had me drop it off again when I picked it up he said drive it and see what happens, if it was still doing it swing by so they could hear it. End of Season came I winterized it and started it a few times during winter fast forward to now I took bike out started it Gas started pouring out of carb I called rick he said he doesn't get this have a CARBURETOR SPECIALIST.so I should take it somewhere where they have one REALLY......guess he can afford to turn PAYING customers away

I entrusted them with this scooter twice (April & June 2025), and both times were an absolute nightmare. Poor communication, negligent work, and alarming safety issues from start to finish. The shop held the scooter for weeks, never called with updates, and I had to show up in person just to get any answers. When I finally picked it up, it ran dangerously--revs spiked, the engine overheated, a part fell off during a test ride, and the choke was removed from the brand-new carb. The mechanic test-rode it aggressively, which caused catastrophic internal damage: the variator and rollers exploded, ripping the oil seal and CVT port, leaving a hole that now leaks oil continuously. The $95 deposit I paid wasn't deducted from the April bill. I was also charged $125 for "3rd-party" delivery--but they delivered it themselves in an Xtreme Toyz van. Upon inspecting the scooter, I found: A drywall screw in the CVT case Missing parts: taillight cover, gold cylinder head, ProBuild throttle cable, stator Oil leaks, stripped bolts, improper screws Throttle cable 25" too long, broken oil catch can, missing taillight cover Chopped-up wiring harness, scratched body, gasket not replaced The scooter was 100% functional before dropping it off. Now it's unsafe, leaking oil, and will require a new engine. I was charged nearly $1,400.00 in labor alone--and told never to return. Avoid this place at all costs!

He may take his time but he communicates and keeps you in the loop. He takes his time to do the job correctly! I needed some work done on my motorcycle (flat rear tire, brake work, etc) and he is a perfectionist it paid off. I still need more work but I told William that I would like to ride my bike and he made it happen. I am ordering parts and my plan is to go see William for work on my bike now and in the near future. The final draw was when the clutch cable was adjusted after they installed new handlebars. After the cable naturally stretched after the handlebars were installed I dropped it off for tightening. I picked up the bike and upon bringing the bike home I noticed it looked like a pit bull had chewed on the cable. Naturally I called to point this out to which the owner said I brought it to them like that. A lie! He said to bring it in and he will fix it, no thanks my bike has had enough damage to it from hacks. I paid the HD dealer to replace it out of my own pocket instead of accepting a Boyd Cycle fix.
