    Currrent seal peeling less then 2 months old look how flimsy and wrinkled it look compared to old seals this is so insane

    i've been kicked around for over two years. I bought a $960 low max bed cover it cost $90 for them to install it so it's $1000 bed cover Yankee custom failed to do it properly the first time so I went back for over two years because I'm getting puddles of water every time it rains in my truck bed which per the description on their website, it's watertight and if you look up that definition means unless it's under pressure no weather should be getting in. It also specifies keeps all the weather out or whatever it's called well obviously not if I'm getting puddles of water I've been pushed around for over two years and every time I try to get an answer somebody from the company someone's family dies every other week . call Del take good care of me going on the sun Saturday anytime we'll take care of you because we've continuously cost you time and money and material. They've cost me thousands of dollars in the two years in time and material that has been destroyed not including tools, destroyed by the weather that's getting into my thousand dollar truck bed show up they're open at 8 o'clock nine in the morning by 10 o'clock their guys at lunch so I had to wait an hour for the guy to come back time away from work and then I had to wait 45 minutes for him to do the seals and they botched him and this is what they left me and I've still continuously not got any resolutions or any help in this process because every time I talk to somebody, I have to wait because somebody's mom sister, uncle brother or kid died. They are the worst company do not go through them.

    shit hole company!!!! purchased a vehicle in cash from them, had a nail in a tire a big chip/ crack…read morein windshiel, and a plate light out. had us wait around for 3 hours so the windshield chip could be repaired and when we returned to pick it up told us the guy never showed up and to come back during the week they would take care of it. didn't fix the nail in tire cause they don't do tires in house!, my wife took time off from work to drive an hour and 15 minutes back during the week to get things taken care of. they said the fixed the chip but it looks the same and can still feel the chip, so nothing was done, still didn't fix the tire(gave us $100 in cash to fix it ourselves) and gave my wife new bulbs for the plate light and didn't install them! plate housing is broken and had to replace. so in total wasted over 6 hours for them to fix everything and they never did with having 2 chances to do so. also told us they would fill the fuel tank when we came back and wouldnt when my wife went back. clean car fax vehicle but you can see where the drivers doors have had body work and fresh paint and overspray in the door jams! total waste of time and shit hole company! stay far away from them.

If you're considering doing business here, turn around and run -- unless you enjoy being lied to, misled, and financially jerked around. We went in on May 3rd to trade in our damaged 2023 Kia Sportage and explore a new vehicle. We were 100% upfront about the accident. We provided photos and a detailed explanation, assuming -- foolishly -- that transparency would be met with honesty. The sales rep, Celine, consulted with the GM, Steve, and they came back with a $9,000 trade-in offer, knowing full well the vehicle hadn't been inspected yet. We explicitly asked, "What happens if you get the car and change your mind?" Their response: "This is our offer. We're taking the gamble." That was a lie. Based on their firm and direct assurance -- in front of me, my husband, and my parents -- we proceeded. We signed all the paperwork and handed over a $4,000 down payment. We were literally congratulated. The finance manager told us the deal was "99% done." We were told we'd be driving the new vehicle by Monday. Then, suddenly, the story changed. We were told the deal was contingent on an in-person inspection -- something they never once mentioned before we signed and paid. This was a textbook bait-and-switch. After locking us in financially, they reviewed the vehicle and slashed the trade-in value, forcing us into a worse deal. To make matters worse, we noticed they had tried to charge us Massachusetts sales tax, even though we are New Hampshire residents. We caught it ourselves -- not them. It almost felt like a deliberate attempt to sneak in extra profit under the radar. Whether it was incompetence or deception, either way it's unacceptable. And the final straw? The 10-year warranty coupon we were promised as part of the deal vanished. When we picked up the car, Jake (the finance manager) again reassured us that the warranty was coming and to keep an eye on our email. There was never any mention that it was conditional or at risk. Then, a few weeks later after still not receiving any email, we contacted Jake and we were told it was being revoked because the dealership was "losing too much money" on the deal. This wasn't just poor customer service -- it was a coordinated effort to mislead us from beginning to end. From false trade-in promises, to shady paperwork, to broken warranty commitments, to what felt like an attempted tax scam -- this entire experience was a disgrace. I would never trust this dealership again, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you're considering Nashua Kia, don't walk -- run the other way. This place operates with zero integrity, zero transparency, and zero respect for its customers.

I was there trading in my 2010 F 150 for a more fuel efficient car due to my job and because I have a son due in a couple of weeks. We quickly agreed upon my asking price for the trade in once informed them that I was offered 1,500 more up in MHT. Now comes the fun part. When Paul came back we ran the monthly payment to see what I would be financing, and the interest plus length of loan ended up being more than 2,500 more than the numbers we agreed upon.... I asked Paul to talk to his boss and see how this could of happened. Now the fun part..... "Carlos" came over all smiling and apologizing for running the numbers wrong, and I quote "Instead of using 4.9 percent I used 14.9 percent when coming up with the monthly payment" "No you didn't" I quickly replied I showed him the numbers and informed him either the calculator was lying or he was and numbers do not lie. The short story, Carlos "the finance manager" (Poor excuse for one) was trying to rip me off $2,500 in his favor..... Never do business with him unless you like being taken advantage of. Sorry Carlos, I'm not one of the suckers born every min. Better luck with your next unprepared customer.
