I was helped by Rich and he was very knowledgeable. A bonus for auto zone is that they will also go to your car and help you remove the old wipers and put in the new ones. I had a great experience at this AutoZone in Nashua. I needed a new battery this store had the right one in stock, and offered a competitive price. And the good news is that they install the battery for you. Jonathan, the manager (relatively new manager who reportedly was hired to upgrade this particular store) was super helpful. He installed the new battery for me, and would not even accept a tip. Once you meet him, you can tell he is all about customer service, and really aims to please. Kudos to Jonathan! read more

Great service, friendly, and fast. We went in for new windshield wipers and were helped the second we walked in. The gentleman who helped us find what we needed even put the back wiper on for us, as we removed it to find something similar (they didn't have the exact one we needed) but it fit and does what we need it to, so that's a win! So I picked up wiper blades for my car, but they didn't fit because of some new looney new mounting system.... Who knew and why!! Took them back and the fellow said oh ya that is the OE system - turns out OE is code for "overly expensive", not an Auto Zone problem, rather an OEM scam... but I digress. This is the worst auto parts store ever. Today I ordered an expensive part that I could've gotten from an online retailer for $20 less because I needed the part today. I ordered the part at 8:30 this morning I was told it would either be in at 2:30 PM or 5:30 PM. I called at 2:30 and it was not in and was told it would be in at 5:30. I went back at 5:30 to pick up the part I was told it didn't come in on the 530 truck and at the 830 truck was canceled and I will not have the part until the next day. I was speaking with the manager and he could care less and just said oh well. That's the kind of customer service you get from AutoZone. read more

I came here today needing wiper blades and the code for my check engine light. I left in less than twenty minutes with both. The employee went out to my car, hooked up their machine to my car, and had the code in about a minute. It was also a free check; can't beat that! I also needed wiper blades, and he was able to find me an affordable pair of all-weather wiper blades, and even installed them for me on my car. He also offered to check under my hood after to check my coolant (which was part of the code; I either need to get a sensor fixed, or my coolant levels were low), and he noticed my power steering fluid cap was missing. If it hadn't been for that extra moment of customer service offering to check for me, I never would have discovered that, until I finally brought my car into the shop. No clue how long it's been off (and wedged between the engine and a bunch of other things), but that could have affected my steering at some point! Definitely would come here again. Can't beat affordable prices, extra customer service, and free check engine readings. read more

Autozone was once my favorite parts store but recent experiences at this location has changed that for me. Long story short, I called and said I didn't have my reciept to return an item and they said they could look it up. I looked up the transaction on my phone through my rewards card and they wouldn't exchange my item and even denied carrying the item. I will no longer go out of my way to go to Autozone in Nashua. read more

Not all AutoZone stores are the same. Here is my bad experience in replacing an old auto battery at this store yesterday on 1/16/2017: 1) Not all AutoZone store will give you a free battery installation. This is one that does not do that. 2) This store does not honor a Printable Coupon that I printed through the web with AutoZone logo on that for "$15 discount over a purchase of $75, valid date is until 1/17/2017". They were not even attempting to do the scan (though a code is on the coupon for not scanning). They said they only honor coupon directly from AutoZone. read more

My car battery was dying. They tested it for free and had the new battery I needed in stock. They are not allowed to install it themselves (corporate rules and liability I imagine). But Dana came out to my car with me and walked me through it step by step. He even provided the right size wrench. Now I will get to work on time and learned a new life skill. read more

After a complete run around by this store, I'll NEVER shop here again! The staff is a joke, mostly lazy kids, who don't know how to change a wiper blade. Service was a joke. I wouldn't buy an AIR FRESHENER from this company! I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Pep Boys! read more
