I'm never in a rush to get my Cadillac back from service. The dealership is very busy, if you saw…read morethe amount of vehicles that go in and out of service hourly is incredible. I leave it for my appointment a couple of days before. When they get to it they get to it. When they call it's washed and vacuumed. I pay the bill and leave with a fixed Escalade and a couple of chocolate chip cookies. We have a 2012 Escalade Hybrid. No one will go near this old lady. But they do. Thanks everyone.

BUYER BEWARE!! I would rate this business a zero if I could. This business sold me an unsafe…read morevehicle which I believe was a Lemon and they couldn't care less. I purchased a 2022 Cadillac XT4 when it was brand new. The vehicle was missing options that belonged in the car which Macmulkin said would be ordered and be installed within two months, of the purchase date, that was a lie as they were not installed until 2years after purchasing the vehicle. At around 20,000 miles one early morning while driving to work my vehicle had an unintended acceleration the vehicle sped up to 70 miles per hour and could not be stopped even after pressing the brakes and trying to put the vehicle into neutral, and park. Long story short this has happened Three times with this vehicle and has caused me such severe post traumatic stress when driving in the car to the point I cannot drive it because of my fear that it could happen again and I might crash and injure myself or someone else. Have stressed my concerns multiple times to Macmulkin and Corporate Cadillac and all they say is I understand how you feel.. NO THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I FEEL AND THEY DON'T CARE!! THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Please beware of this company!! My vehicle has been in there shop 6 times since April, 2024! Poor customer service

Positives: Beautiful jeep in stock, willing to negotiate, close service center. They have a…read morerunner service to register and get plates; it was just over a week when the plates were available for pick up. Negatives: Sales reps are not very knowledgeable on the jeep's functionality, add ons/upgrades, etc and rather than look something up, would just say "no, it doesn't have that". Also, the first rep would not allow a test drive on the highway. I would never purchase a car without driving it on a highway. Got home, looked up a few things, and after realizing the reps were wrong on the upgrades, had a second visit. This rep was much more helpful, pleasant and willing to research what he didn't know. He also had no issues with a highway test drive. It was a 5 hour process before we signed on the dotted line. This was AFTER already negotiating the final price with the manager the day before. It seemed every application, information form, etc, was from scratch, and each required a 30-60 minute wait before the next process could begin, often having errors which required correction. We were offered complimentary water but no other snacks or ways to pass the time. The after market upsell was uncomfortable. Way too hard-sell and frankly, the tactics were just insulting. I felt like I was in a scene of Glen Garry glen ross. About 2 hours in, the manager was running around the dealership having customers ring a cowbell announcing another sale. I told him we were still waiting on paperwork, but he wanted me to ring the bell anyway. Awkward drawing attention from others inside the dealership, then waiting another 3 hours for the actual sale to be final. Once everything was signed, we were given the spare key. It was in a bag. I'm glad we looked at the fob inside the bag, as they gave us the key to a different jeep. Somehow the original key was then misplaced and it took a 30 minute hunt around the dealership to find it. We used AI to review the initial terms. Im glad we did. The monthly payment was incorrectly calculated (not in our favor). The manager shrugged and said he just types the numbers in and the computer program calculates the monthly payment. The actual loan documents are screen only, so you have to read the managers screen and agree to your signature rather than get a hard copy. We just took a photo of each of the screens and AI was able to read and process from there, but were told it was not possible to get a generic hard copy version of the agreement. AI did bring up a few things we needed to be clear on, as well as note one of the documents was page 1 of 12, but the other 11 pages were missing. Manager apologized and located the remaining 11 and printed them out. Using AI can be uncomfortable, but it absolutely added value during this process and recommended some questions we would not have thought of asking on our own.

Bought a Jeep from them almost 3 years ago. The sales process was fine, nothing special but not…read morehorrible either, but their service department is another story. I left this review on carfax over the summer: If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I call the service center here they are rude and dismissive. This time they were also sexist on top of that. I brought my 4xe in to have the latest battery recall taken care of. I also had the CEL on, which I ran the codes on. There were two, one for the coolant pump and one for an electrical short having to do with the amplifier. They originally told me that they would do the recall first to see if that resolved any codes. The next day they told me they couldn't do the recall until the CEL was taken care of, and that they wouldn't work on my vehicle because it was undercoated. The undercoat is an oil based spray to prevent rust, it doesn't void the warranty and doesn't prevent work from being done on the vehicle. They said that the oil might have gotten into one of the connectors and that what's causing the short. I would think that if it got sprayed with undercoat that means it's on the underside of the Jeep, which gets wet and dirty all the time anyway. If the undercoat could cause a short, then driving in the rain could also cause one. I call bull. They said wash off the undercoat and see if the short resolves itself (more bull) completely forgetting about the other CEL about the coolant pump. I asked if I only needed to clean the connector's and they said no, the entire undercoat needs to be removed. That mashed zero sense. It was the service manager telling me all of this. Long story short I went to another dealership, Contemporary in Milford, and they did the work. New coolant pump was under warranty, I just had to pay for one new wire that wasn't covered. My Jeep passed the recall. They had the audacity to respond to my review and say it was a safety issue. Not once during the process did they ever mention a safety issue, and the other dealership didn't seem to think there were any safety issues when they worked on my Jeep. It was just them changing the story yet again to avoid doing the work. I will never go back there for service or a vehicle purchase again. I would say I'll tell everyone I know not to go there as well, but literally every person I talk to who has dealt with them before only has negative things to say about them. I don't know what their problem is but they're hemorrhaging customers.
