Martin at the service desk kept me in the loop every step of the way. Dana, the service tech, spent hours diagnosing and getting to the root cause of the issue and provided a full detailed report on troubleshooting steps and what was found to be in great shape as well as what was wrong. However, upon entering the building we were greeted warmly by John Desrochers and Michael Quigley. Both of them quickly put my preconceived experience to rest. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Honda, wasn't pushy at any time and I actually enjoyed negotiating with him. He took his time explaining some of the cars features and never hurried our test drive. We genuinely feel he got us the best deal he could on both the car we were buying and the car we were trading in. His follow up after the sale is to be commended as well. Because of Michael and John and our overall experience thus far at Rockingham Honda, I would not hesitate to make another purchase or recommend them to anyone.

He showed me his receipt, from Boomers audio, in NH and confirmed the % tint. However, my receipt from carisma showed no such details apart from the services provided. I went back to carisma to inquire about my tint % and below is are the details from the response(s) I received from the owner: 1. They provided me with 40% tint. When i requested 35% 2. When i asked about why 40%, i was told that my factory windows are by default tinted by 5% so they use 40% for a final tint of 35% 3. After the fact that my tints were not the percentage i requested, ( confirmed with my dealership the windows were NOT tinted 5%), the owner stated that for me to get the darkness what i ORIGINALLY wanted, he would have to charge me the SAME price for the work as well as an additional charge for removal of the wrong tint that they installed!!! A month had not passed, but carisma conveniently states on the receipt , which does not detail the product provided, that refunds on services is contingent on owner approval. So it was obvious that i could not go that route of demanding a refund . It would have been a nice gesture to at least meet me halfway with a reduced cost for the service, considering that their explanation of their tints was given to me after the issue was brought up. I am instead using the money to have the tints service done the right way with honesty and integrity through boomers audio in merrimack, NH. They even offered a reduced quote of services when they heard my story. Hopefully this review can be used as a tool for service improvement for carisma and to ensure that any customer will not have to have the feeling that i had upon purchasing a car service or product. My car would wander on the highway. They would claim it could not be adjusted even though my GM shop manual explains how with step by step instructions. I live in Watertown but I heard through a friend that Angelo at Tom's could be trusted to do it right. (There is an alignment specialty shop nearby in Waltham that soaked me dearly. They used to be good). So I headed up to Tom's in Dracut. Angelo took it and spent considerable time working on it to get it right. The end result: I was charged a professional rate and I got a professional job! I had just bought new tires from TF tire and now my car handles like it did when I bought it over 15 years ago. Now I could fall asleep hands off the wheel on a straight run in the Midwest and wake up still in the same traveling lane. The car glides on the highway and feels glued to the road. It has been almost 4 months since I had the alignment so this review is overdue. Thank you Tom's and Angelo for making my car handle like new. It couldn't be better. So if you want an honest, professional alignment, check them out. You may be in for very pleasant surprise....

Update 8 March 2019 - Car is now out of warranty and brought it in for service today and was able to get same day service. The problem was the blower motor resistor and I was on my way in just over an hour. All for a fair price. It doesn't get better than that. The staff was exceptionally polite and professional.
