Needing a battery for my car, I look up a battery that is cited as compatible with my car. I try to…read moreorder online, page refuses to fully load. I go to the store, am told that the online discount can't be applied in store. Additionally, the battery I want is not in stock, can be ordered in a few days, assuming that I can start my car and come back in a few days. A battery at the next level up is out of stock as well, and the most inexpensive battery for my that can be installed immediately is twice the price that I expected to pay. This place takes advantage of those in a desperate spot. Never again for me.

In order to install the part it had to be cut first since it wasn't the exact part I needed and it was too large the way it was. Come to find out it had the wrong end after all. An error made by the employee but "Eddy" insists on blaming me instead, I had to walk out of the store without my other purchases because of how rude he was. I'm taking my business to O'Rielly Auto parts in Billerica for now on, and telling everyone I know to do the same (they had the correct hose anyways!!). Eddy said my business at Advance Auto Parts means nothing, I guess over 10 years of seeking out Advance Auto Parts stores before any others means nothing, well good riddance.

I called the O'Rilliy's in Marlborough and they said that they had the paint I need so I drove the 15 miles to get there only to be told that they didn't have what they said they had which brings me to this particular O'Reillys. I called this store and the person that answered the phone told me that O'Reilly Auto Parts stopped stalking and selling the color of paint that I was in need of but she informed me that they have a a store in New Hampshire that mixes custom color spray paint and that all I had to do was give them the code for the color that I could find on the door jam of my car. I consider that to be the best kind of customer service that you can get from any business and if the Marlborough store would have been as courteous as this store they would be getting a 5 star review from me instead of a1 star, if I could I would have given them a negative5 star. I recommend this store for their customer service and professionalism and courtesy.

Car-Risma is the place to go to really customize your vehicle, or just provide that extra convenience. I had an aftermarket starter installed on my STANDARD transmission eclipse about 2 years ago, and have loved it ever since. Yes, I emphasize the standard/manual transmission, because a lot of the places I checked wouldn't do it unless it was an automatic. Never had a problem with the starter, and the one time that it didn't work properly I took it back they checked, and corrected it, free of charge! A friend of mine recently had a touch screen radio with navigation, DVD, and blue tooth installed on his new truck. It was less expensive than a factory install, and provided more features than the factory shipment as well. Works great and my buddy couldn't be happier with his purchase. They have some amazing deals on rims, and plenty of other options depending on what you'd like to do to customize your car. They are easy to get to, easy to work with, and do most their work on site (they have a 3rd party company for paint jobs). Great sales team with lots of information too. Words aren't enough to describe how great Zeus is…read more When we lived in the area, we had struggled to find a decent mechanic. I know very little about cars -- but enough to price compare, and to understand what my mechanic is telling me or how to research it myself. Zeus has been a godsend that we've continued to travel to years after moving much closer to Boston. He takes pride in his work, and it shows! Most recently, our aging Mazda was making a grinding noise when braking (and/or slowing below 20mph). But the noise was not always present. We dropped the car off on a crazy Saturday morning -- and within an hour, got a call that it was all set and we could swing back in. They had done the oil change, but didn't have time for the "repair" needed for the noise. That said -- it was just gunk built up because the car sits around unused most of the time. He took pictures to show us, explained why it happened, why we hear the noise, and a few ways to help it prior to coming back in for a repair. When I asked for the repair price, expecting the worst -- I was dumbfounded. I don't know how he does it, but prices are always well below every mechanic we've been to. He doesn't push unnecessary work, loves explaining everything -- and makes sure you truly understand. Unless we no longer own cars, or move hours away, we'll continue to look to Zeus as our one-stop shop for anything car related.

A 6 pack of energizer batteries were $13.00 delivered. But I went to batteries plus in Salem as a goodwill gesture expecting to pay, maybe 15 or 16 dollars. Instead the 2 packs for $20.99.HOLY CRAP. Since I was already at the store, I bought them, but when I got home, I showed my wife why we should, sometimes, buy from amazon. I will not be going to batteries plus again.
