In the financing dept, we were sold a warranty Fidelity warranty services ( look it up has a solid 1 rating). They sell it as though it's related to Volvo. It's not. On another note, when a family member gave the service dept less than a 10 for service, the service member whose last name is Jaffarian (so likely related to owner) called my family member on his cell to tell him agressively that unless he rated them 10 not to come back to Jaffarian for service. Would never set foot in there again. We have purchased many Volvo's over the years. Now using another dealership and have had positive results.

For example, I went in to buy a battery sensor that I know costs around $105 everywhere else, and even Mopar's own websites offer discounts that make it cheaper. But this dealer assumed that because I'm the vehicle owner, I wouldn't know the real price, so they marked it up by about 20%. If they do this with something as simple as a battery sensor, I can't imagine what they do with bigger repairs or vehicle sales. I do not recommend this place at all.

I made an appointment and went in to see Brian. He looked at my jeep and I was fully ready for a fight. Then the weirdest thing happened. He said, yeah I see the problems and we are going to take care of it. I was literally stunned. He had fully shocked me. He said drop it off the following week and we will get it all fixed. They even gave me a rental to drive during the repair. I cannot tell you how blown away I was by this. I just now got it back and it looks brand new again. After the drive, I was still undecided, but the salesperson asked me to sit down and talk. In his office, we discussed the vehicle, price, and financing options. When the monthly payment he offered turned out to be far higher than what I had expected, I was ready to leave -- but he insisted on bringing his manager. The manager seemed reasonable and eventually presented a written offer with a monthly payment that I found fair. He asked me to sign and leave a $1,000 deposit, assuring me that everything was settled. We shook hands, and he asked me to return the next day to complete the paperwork with the finance department since the finance manager was not available that evening. When I came back the next day, I expected a smooth process. Instead, the finance manager told me I needed to pay more money than the agreed amount. I pointed to the paper I had signed the night before, but he said that offer was "no longer valid" and that he couldn't do anything about it. I was shocked and angry. When I demanded to retrieve the documents I had signed, they told me to wait -- then the same manager from the previous night appeared and said he could "apply a discount." Even after that, the new offer was still $50 more per month than what we had agreed on. At that point, my trust was completely broken. I took back the documents I had signed and left. For a dealership that sells luxury vehicles, their behavior and attitude were disappointingly unprofessional and greedy. What disappointed me most was that they asked me to sign and put down a deposit, yet they never signed anything themselves -- treating my signature and deposit as if they had no meaning or value. In the end, I chose to buy from another dealership where I received financing at nearly half the rate offered here. The fact that they overturned even what was written on paper left me with no trust in their integrity. Sadly, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and professional buying experience.

My sales professional Donnie Ethier was the easiest person to work with, he listened to what I was looking for and got to work finding the exact vehicle for me .He had the truck transferred to the dealership in Just a couple of days. Once vehicle was on site final numbers were agreed upon again without me having to actually go to the dealership and sit for hours i don't believe i ever waited more than five minutes for a response to a text or a return phone call. There was no "let me check with my sales manager" garbage or any attempt to sell me extended warrant paint protection etc. when we agreed on a pickup date and time, I went to the dealership. The truck was ready, signed the paperwork, and got a very detailed explanation and demonstration of the vehicle operation. I was on the rode home in less then 90 minutes. We decided to purchase it and their team was able to match our lease and delivery requirements. After taking delivery we noticed that there was a discrepancy in the promotions applied to the lease and they took care of us in a very professional and friendly manner. Their service department performed the initial inspection and were also fairly quick. We've bought and leased quite a few vehicles over the years and I came out with a very positive experience with this dealer.

When I left work, the salesman I had dealt with, Kenny, had called me four times, all with the same reason of just urging me to call him back. I intended to call him the following morning as the office was closed at this time, but he beat me to it leaving another message saying to give him the respect of a call back. I called just to have him tell me he got the rate down by fifty dollars a month, when I said i still couldn't afford it, he said "if I can find a car for 1500$ that I get to pass inspection, will that work?" To "get" to pass inspection?! He then went on to ask me how often I work. I informed him I work a full schedule including four doubles in a row and only one day off on Sunday. To which he replied "do you really need the Sunday off?" and then put me on hold for me to listen to him take another call. This guy is a jerk. Talk about respect. I was pleased in the beginning but now I know where not to go seeing as they care about nothing more than selling you anything you'll take.
