As soon as my fiancé mentioned that it wasn't an out-of-pocket job, the manager insulted her, insisted that the brake and engine problems were "User error" and minor. He then called the warranty provider to have the claim denied out of spite. I called the warranty provider and was referred to Riverside Garage where the Equinox was diagnosed and fully repaired in 24hrs by an amazing mechanic who went to bat for us on the warranty. Turns out that the "minor user error" problems were the result of a vacuum pump that had literally exploded into 30 pieces, making the vehicle extremely dangerous to drive. Long story short, Riverside Garage is fast, friendly, and extremely professional, and warranty or no, its worth the drive to Haverhill, MA to have the work done right. And now they have customers for life, unlike Pep Boys. A+

We were treated very nicely by this family owned business, and it was obvious to us instantly that their cars are well taken care of and we would be treated fairly in negotiations. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Victory Park Motors deserves to be shared…read more I first visited the dealership about a year ago when I was shopping for a Mercedes-AMG G63. During that visit, I found the staff to be rude, dismissive, and at times condescending. I decided to keep looking elsewhere. Recently, I drove by and noticed they still had the G63s on the lot, so I called simply to ask the asking price. The information displayed on the vehicle only showed the original window sticker and MSRP from when the vehicle was sold new, not the current selling price. I greeted the person on the phone by saying "Good morning" three separate times and never received a greeting in return. Instead of answering a simple question from a legitimate customer, the call was ended before I could even get the price. I am a business owner myself, and I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect. You never know who is ready to buy a vehicle, and basic courtesy costs nothing. I wasn't looking for special treatment--just the asking price and a professional conversation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of the way I was treated both in person and over the phone, I will be purchasing my G-Wagon elsewhere.

Just like the faulty blower in the 2015 Volvo which is a known issue that Volvo will also not stand behind by the way. The vehicle has been garaged ever since day one when it was purchased a brand new. I realize it's 11 years old, but it doesn't go anywhere. There's no commuting miles on this as I work out of my house. Volvo vehicles have become overpriced junk sadly. No one bothered getting back to me. I've called twice. Finally someone said "Oh sorry we meant to call you, but we forgot" and No, Volvo will still not cover it right now. Well at least I know. There isn't a big enough hole apparently. I was going to buy a new Volvo SUV 90, this spring so I did want to follow through and get the rust issue fixed so I didn't have to trade it in this way, but not anymore. They lost my business and by the sounds of it I'm sure they don't care.
