I wrote a google review about my experience buying a van here the van was listed for $2500 before fees I paid $2200 after fees they say I wouldn't leave the van there with them for 2 days because they couldn't give me a solid answer on when he would look at the van I bought because it broke down 5 minute after I left the lot with it I needed the van for work on Monday it was Saturday when I said screw this waiting shit and took it straight down the road to A CERTIFIED MECHANIC AT MIDAS and i say this with capital letters because they said I didn't so again this place is trash and liars it was An alternator thing it needed a whole engine replaced certified by the mechanic I have all paperwork and picture to prove this places is as LEMON FARM!!!!!! read more

I've purchased two cars from PBs in the last ten years. one was a 2007 Honda Accord, and more recently a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 as I needed a larger car for a growing family. I purchased a car outright from this place in March and immediately had a flat tire. I felt uncomfortable even reporting it to the owner Brian Beattie bc he was incessantly texting me and making me uncomfortable in a sexual manner. I completely ignored him for months and then saw that he was also harassing me on facebook. After all of this I took the high road and said nothing and then tried to use his garage to fix things on my car that should have never been going wrong in the short amount of time/mileage it had been in my possession. When I questioned the price and was continuing to ignore his further harassment and comments about my looks etc.... He (after having me pay to tow my own car there) refused to fix it. The Hampton police friends I have say they have arrested brian on numerous occasions for various customer issues similar to my own. This guy is a pervert, typical usd care salesman, and most of all a bad businessman. Take your business ANYWHERE BUT HERE! This guy is a predator who steals money and sells broken vehicles knowingly.... And is well known by Hampton police for being like this to customers. Horrible customer experience from this place. $200 for a supposed new alternator, as not new as claimed to be. $150 for a supposed brand new battery which was also not new. All parts were used and charged way more than I should have been. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR WALLET! Wish I could say better things about this dealer. The salesman was nice enough but when it came time to buy, paperwork not sent to bank in timely manor. Called them day before bank appointment only to go and find they didn't sent the paperwork called while at bank and told that salesman wasn't in. Had to miss time for work to go to bank a second time only to go with check in hand and get the run around when asking for $500.00 of list price. They offered to reduce the price by $200.00 the amount I put to hold the truck. Owner told me that if I didn't buy he would up the price by $1000.00. Needless to say I lost my $200.00 deposit. If I could get this place zero stars I would. Worst place ever. They sell junk cars with all sorts of problems it don't honor their 30 day warranty when you call to address issues they refuse to get back to you in return phone call's. We recently purchased a car and addressed issues that we found and they never fixed on play games with us. Within three months of owning the $15,000 car we purchased we had to replace all new tires all new brakes windshield wiper motor numerous electrical issues and all new alloy wheels as 3/4 were bent. Many of the issues were addressed before we took delivery of the car and were told they would resolve themselves or they would fix which of course they never would. Pbs sold us garbage and would not stand by their car. On top of it they're overpriced. If it weren't for our lousy credit we could've got a much better car for that price somewhere else. read more

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I bought here about 8 months ago and I just traded in the civic I bought from them. When I first looked at this car at pbs auto village the listing said clean carfax one owner etc.. Today when I traded it in the salesman showed me the carfax for the civic and I was embarrassed. The car that I bought from pbs auto village had 3!!! Let me repeat myself 3 air bag deployment accidents plus other accidents. It was my fault that I did not do a carfax report on my own but the listing said clean carfax and the dealer said it was clean in person so stupidly I didn't check. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I got crap for my trade in and there was nothing I could do. The salesman asked, where did you buy this car, I said pbs auto village, he gave me a odd looked and said hmm ic, sorry to hear that. Trust me!! Do not buy here..the salesman are horrible..I called the next day because the wheel bearing was bad so they put me on hold than hung up. I called back and the guy who was my salesman when home for the day after putting me on hold. Just a horrible experience..there are many car dealers around who are much better and more honest.
