I brought it to everyone under the sun and they all charged me a lot of money to replace things I didn't need. It wasn't until the day before Christmas Eve that I decided to bring the car to the dealer to let them take a crack at it. Less than 24 hours later the old girl is running like a dream. Martin at the service desk kept me in the loop every step of the way. Dana, the service tech, spent hours diagnosing and getting to the root cause of the issue and provided a full detailed report on troubleshooting steps and what was found to be in great shape as well as what was wrong. I'm looking forward to driving it for the first time in years. Prices were fair and the work was prompt and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate a bit to recommend them for Honda service.

However, upon entering the building we were greeted warmly by John Desrochers and Michael Quigley. Both of them quickly put my preconceived experience to rest. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Honda, wasn't pushy at any time and I actually enjoyed negotiating with him. He took his time explaining some of the cars features and never hurried our test drive. We genuinely feel he got us the best deal he could on both the car we were buying and the car we were trading in. His follow up after the sale is to be commended as well. Because of Michael and John and our overall experience thus far at Rockingham Honda, I would not hesitate to make another purchase or recommend them to anyone.

I love the car I purchased here and have had no issues with the vehicle, but my experience with…read moresales/financing was very disappointing. We were repeatedly told we were agreeing to $6,000 down, 60 months at $356/month. After signing the paperwork, we discovered the final terms were $4,000 down, 72 months at $354/month, with $2,000 of our down payment returned as an "overpayment." When we questioned the discrepancy, we were told that we had signed the contract and there was nothing they could do. One of the general sales managers also told us that we had only "shaken hands with a salesman," not a business manager. I recognize that we should have reviewed the paperwork more carefully before signing. That said, the terms we were repeatedly told during signing the documentation and the terms we ultimately signed were materially different, and that was extremely disappointing. Make sure you carefully review every number, down payment, interest rate, and loan term before signing anything, regardless of what you were told verbally. I love the vehicle, but buyer beware. I believe this was a total bait-and-switch and that they profiled me as young and naive. They have lost a customer and I will be sure to tell anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle to not go to Canobie Lake Honda.

To make a long long story short it was the valve body in the transmission that needed to be replaced. After back and forth issues with the dealer ship our extended warranty denied the claim but supposedly the dealership fixed it and the codes were cleared. About a month after the lights go on again with the same code. We had to pay to replace the valve body because we believe it wasn't fixed at all just codes cleared. Now another few weeks to a month go by and another transmission code comes up for something else and the subaru service center says the warranty claim was denied again. Our machanic who is very trust worth says the warranty company said claims for the transmission was voided back at the dealership and that the warranty will not cover the transmission unless a whole new transmission is put in with a new serial #. So now I call the dealership and was supposed to get a call back but nada.. no call back. I have to call them today to tell them they need to fix this car and find out what they did to void the warranty.. Mind you we bought this car in Feb 2026 and still dealing with this issue. My guess is they will ignore us like they have all along. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone and I will never go back there. Don't know what to do here because we do not have about 5k to fix this transmission and they sold us the car with this issue that was covered up.. and now it is our issue?

We were helped immediately and never pressured to do it any other way (note - I'd suggest going in with that in mind so you don't get your heart set on something you may not be approved for, for whatever reason). He was totally honest with us and we were actually approved for much more than we were expecting - with payments in the price range we stated up front!! My husband had done tons of research before we actually went truck shopping again and he was floored by the year of trucks vs mileage vs price he saw here! Wilson (the best, most understanding, helpful car salesman ever...) explained to us that they are very competitive on purpose to get people in and have them leave happy. Sounds simple but so so rare!! The process took all day (as expected) so there really isn't a such thing as a fast car buying experience - but, it was us who chose a truck on their Nashua lot so Wilson went and picked it up for us himself! (Obviously taking about 2 hours but we were free to leave and come back) All-around awesomeness. The Sales Manager was also great and their team was super friendly. Free popcorn and coffee helps, too :) I'll be back for all of my car trading / buying needs!!

"If you like being left hanging and chasing down your own warranty info -- this is the dealership…read morefor you!" If you want a dealership that leaves you hanging on their every word, look no further. My first few gripes? I let them slide -- I wanted the car. But after this experience? I would NEVER go back. We agreed on a price, but somewhere along the way, the doc fee mysteriously jumped up by $100. I pointed it out (credit to the one kid there who was actually decent) -- he said "No problem, we'll fix that." Cool. Then I had to wait around for 2-3 hours to sign the paperwork -- because they only had one finance person on duty, and she was busy with another customer. The other finance person had called out sick, so I just sat there, waiting. Again -- I'm patient. But when we finally get to the paperwork... surprise: they never fixed the doc fee. My fault for missing it during signing -- but not exactly a confidence booster. Dropped off my $10,000 down payment check the next morning. They told me the car should be ready later that day. Great! Except... nothing. The next day? "Oh sorry, the registration person is out sick." Fair enough. But funny thing -- they still cashed my $10,000 check. I go to the dealership in person. "You can cash my $10,000 check but you can't register my car?" They suddenly scramble to "handle it." After several insincere apologies and another 3-4 hours of waiting, the car is finally ready. I'm visibly annoyed, moving my stuff from my old car -- which they generously gave me $1,000 for (I regret even trading it in). Finally, the manager comes out -- the first sincere apology I got -- gives me his number, says to call if I need anything. Fast forward -- car fails inspection for emissions. Turns out the battery is from 2020 (same year as the car), not new like I was led to believe. I call the manager -- he says he'll call me back in 10-15 mins. Never does. Now the fun part: after driving the car for a few days, I started noticing weird noises. At first, my mechanic thought it might be pulleys related to the turbo -- but to be safe, I scheduled an appointment so they could put it on the lift and check it more thoroughly. When they did, they heard additional noises coming from the transfer case and transmission. Nothing catastrophic yet -- but concerning enough that they referred me to a transmission specialist to take a deeper look. I figured -- hey, I'll try one more time -- the manager DID say "call me if you need anything," right? I call him -- he immediately asks if the check engine light is on (it's not) -- and basically tells me "we don't do anything for noises." Lovely. He texts me later saying it's still under Ford warranty (gee, thanks). Meanwhile, I'm doing some digging -- turns out the Buyer's Guide lists a warranty but with zero actual info on it. I had to formally request the warranty details (which should have been provided at purchase), along with the details of the extended warranty I paid for. That was last Wednesday. No response Thursday. Reminded them Friday. It's now Tuesday -- still nothing. And just to top it all off -- they didn't even bother resetting the oil life indicator. After supposedly changing the oil as part of their prep, the car is already showing 8% oil life. Just the cherry on top of an experience that truly screams attention to detail. Summary: If you love doing your own warranty research, chasing managers for info, discovering surprise fees, and hearing "we don't do anything for noises" after dropping $10K -- THIS is the place for you. Me? Never again.
