Watch out, shady outfit! I looked at a car and was working with a good salesman. Noticed Water leakage issue but still liked the car so the salesmen said he would have his mechanic look at it and that he would get back to me later in the day. So, he did get back to me and said they found the issue but he was leaving shortly for the day. I said I would come back tomorrow then to buy the car. He said he would not be there but that someone else could take care of me. I said to him please do not sell the car out from under me as I want it. He said no that would not happen. The next day I was busy so I called them to say I would be in tomorrow instead, when the salesmen would be back in the office to buy the car. The person I spoke to said no problem I will leave him a note. I also said I would call back tomorrow. I did call the next day and my salesmen said the other salesmen sold the car out from under me. Not a good way to do business. Needless to say, I was surprised and very upset to find that they did exactly what I asked them not to do. So watch out if you are thinking about dealing with them. I will not do business with them on principal now. Hope this bad review helps others. read more

I bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva in January 2025 that did not pass inspection right after!! That should never have happened. The service manager Alex first said to me when I called him " Well it's a 10 year old car" and he was annoyed. I was even more annoyed!! I felt taken advantage of and deceived. There are 2 main dealers, Stanley and Dillion. The dealers never took any responsibility for what happened, nor offered me any apologies or free rides home which was a half hour away and very expensive. Alex had become very defensive and outwardly angry with me several times intermittently through this process as well. During the sale they were all very accommodating but did not carry it through at all. This whole process cost me an additional $200 for the deductible and multiple LYFT rides to and from the garage. I had already paid $1500 down as well as the first two monthly insurance and car payment fees as well. We're talking about $2300 altogether. Am retired and in a fixed income. I think I bought the least expensive car in the lot too. Alex had offered to cover maintenance costs but under extreme duress and much rudeness and intimidation attempts. None of this should have cost me a dime. Hopefully Alex and his service crew have fixed the problem once and for all so I don't ever have to return. I will seek legal council if It does come to that. Also, while waiting one day for my car repair initially, ( they sold me the car with a dead muffler apparently and was replaced about 1 month after purchase) in their customer seating area, I heard loud belching from some staff and inappropriate conversations regarding other customers. Offered to pay cash. My offer was above the kbb evaluation. They had no interest in negotiating the price or fixing what needed to be fixed with the car. Ended up finding another one within my budget, offered them near sticker value. They said that would work but would have to double check with the manager, and they'd call within 2 days. I had to reach back out to them for them to tell me they sold the car. Clearly they had no intention of relaying that information. Come to find out that specific car is still being advertised online for sale. These people are scums and will try to prey on you. There is a reason this lot is ran out of a house. Take your hard earn money to those who demonstrate good business practice, unlike these guys. Wouldn't waste the gas/time to check out anything they have. Avoid like the plague. read more

This place is not worth even stopping at . They sold a car to a family member of mine and 2 weeks later it had 5000 dollars worth of work to be done. In my experience over my 50 or so years of buying cars, a good dealer will do everything they could to make the customer happy and at least feel like they are caring and willing to make some sort of compensation available. The cars here are all high mileage cars that probably come from auction. As a person in the business, you should always worry about the next sale . Driving down 114 and noticed somewhat rare car, a BMW 135i. former owner's vehicle. I stopped on a whim and took it out for a test spin. Its an older car, a few miles, but overall well presented. They had a decent price on the car and although I wasn't ready to pass papers on it immediately, I did keep it in mind. Later in the month I decided I was going to explore financing. The weird banking crisis started to formulate and the fed made money expensive so at the very last minute, and i'm talking WHILE filling out the financing app, I got cold feet and bailed. About a month later, I had a change of heart and contacted them again. The car was still available and they honored my original bill of sale. They also got me an absolutely AMAZING financing rate. Flash forward to about a week later and I picked up the car, there was a mechanical hiccup that nobody could have foreseen. I contacted the dealer (this was about two hours after picking it up) and Sascha (one of the actual owners) was at my home within 45 minutes and we got the car back up to the dealer. they fixed the issue the next business day and I was back behind the wheel that afternoon. I'm really glad I got this car, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the folks who are the face of this dealership. Shoutout to Greg, Dillon, Alex and Sascha for making this whole experience great. this is a bucket list car for me and I'm so glad they made the whole thing happen for me! read more

About 3 months I bought a Chevy Cruze from this place , it only a a week to notice the car was running rough, It it didn't pass inspection , we called the Dealer , saying we were gonna bring the car back, a couple days later the car broke down on highway- cost men$400 in toll charges , I called the dealer they said to bring to a close shoe and fix it they would cover the expenses , we came to find out that transmission lines were bad, then one problem after another, car is miss firing , we can't get it fix , I told dealer we were going to return the car under limo law - he said he could accept the car because it passed 30 days or 2 weeks over 4K miles- I got no help help from them , I reported the problems less then 2 weeks when I got the car , they stretched the conversation to apear it was over the warranty. I do not recommend this place for this reasons , $14k on a car and it is a peace o Sh... and they don't wanna fix it read more

I seriously don't recommend ever buying a car through them. I put a deposit down over the phone to look at a car and they were surprised and not ready for me when I showed up. 4 days after buying the car, it started shaking like crazy and I had to fix it. When I was underneath of it, I found a variety of oil leaks and problematic parts that were not disclosed to me during the sale. There was duct tape over a hole in the back of the hatch. Not to mention the wire showing on the rear tires. Plus there was a plug that was put on the sidewall of the front driver side tire. They offered a tiny reimbursement vs the Six Thousand dollars worth of expenses I had with the car in the first three to four weeks of ownership. When I asked them to settle this, I was told "all my cars have leaks, that's how they are". So not only was I ripped off with the overly high price, but I was also baffled by the lack of respect for the customer. read more

I bought a 2011 BMW 335xi from these folks as part of my first car-buying experience. Alex and Sasha (the two co-owners) are friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was happy (Alex agreed to sign paperwork at his house after-hours so I could drive away that day!). I see other reviews that caution the buyer to have the car inspected - I would do exactly the same thing, and I did with this one. The mechanic ran a thorough test, expecting to find ECU codes due to similar problems on other vehicles, and everything was clean. Sasha assured me that if I found any problems I could get my deposit back, but no need! However, these folks will not guide you through the car-buying process, but at least they don't come off slick. They seem very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. I had friends who knew what to look for and advised having the car independently inspected - as one should when buying ANY used vehicle. If anything does come up, I'll revise this review, but I'm confident I won't have to. read more

I bought a 2004 Audi A4 from here i April 2014 at about 85,000. During the purchase - Could take for a test drive - Felt safe and that I can trust Alex - He agreed to help me out but picking me up and dropping me off since i had a rental car. - Agreed to lower price for me when i found a similar car. After Purchase I took to a mechanic and he found a few issues - Alex fixed the issues for me, no problem. - Check engine light came on soon after, Alex again took it and fixed the issue for me. After a while i still had an issue and had to take it to Audi to fix, but after that it was smooth sailing for the next 11 months. An update of my previous update. Long story short, after one year of ownership, the A6 is leaking oil from the front of the engine. Since Alex had replaced some components in this part of the car when I first bought it, I called him up on the remote chance he would work with me to get it fixed. It shouldn't have surprised me, since Alex is a stand-up guy, but he agreed to replace the leaking cam seals at no cost to me, parts or labor. He could have told me to get lost, since the car has been out of his hands for almost 12 months, but he stands behind his cars. I have purchased 25+ cars in my life, from private sellers to huge franchised dealerships, and I have rarely, if ever, experienced this kind of dedication to the customer. We stopped by accident while shopping around for a new used car. They seemed to have very nice cars. Eugene came out to offer his help, when we said they didn't have what we were looking for, he was courteous and thanked us for stopping by. Later we found the car we wanted -- at this same dealer! New arrival. Went, tried it out, weren't happy with the vehicle so no dice. While chatting, Eugene suggested a couple other models that might suit our needs; we tried them, but decided they didn't work for us -- again, Eugene was courteous and no pressure. Came back for ANOTHER car, test-drove it, liked it -- again, no pressure, other than the (inevitable) answer "no, we can't hold it for you without a deposit" from the manager, Sasha. So we decided to put down a deposit. We asked to take it to our mechanic for an in-depth inspection (I STRONGLY recommend ALWAYS doing so with a used car!). No problem, just let me know. It took us several days to do so, no problem from them -- again, always courteous and patient. Finally bought it; they got financing for us better than I thought I could find (another bonus -- they don't take a cut so the rate is as low as it gets). These are the kind of guys who say "I told you that when you bought the car" rather than work in the spirit of business for satisfied customers. Be very careful to get everything in writing when you work with them or you will suffer later. They are NOT flexible and do not compromise. Not saying all the time but they act friendly and then will suddenly change after the sale. Most of the cars they sell are very high mileage and have been obtained from auction or other dealers who can not move them. read more

The vehicle sent more time in the shop then we drove it. Run, Run,Run find another dealership not someone that doesn't even have an office. WORST EXPERIENCE !!! In response to Alexs' inaccurate response to posting...bought car in October 2013...officially declared dead and in shop for 4 weeks beginning December 2014..14 months 9500 purchase and 4 k put into car.. The kicker.. The part he fixed for free is what ultimately caused the death of car... 3 days after purchase engine light on ... Alex would work with me to fix at my costs of part.. Not free! He fixed timing chain... In decent timing chain jumped killed engine.. Would you put another 8 k into it? 6 months into had transition replaced at specialist in Gloucester .. They told me Alex sold me a lemon and should be paying for that 2 k repair and the car a piece of crap.. Told Alec that, his mantra ... Used car blah blah blah ... I asked him if he would make it right as o thought he atleast would have integrity and know that the cars were in a decent shape, he cannot swear by that or stand by that ... Asked him to make it right and met with no response . He wouldn't call mostly texts ... Asked him to make it right before I posted facts here, he calls that blackmail... I call it asking a business owner to make a very wrong a right.. I am warning consumers you may luck out here but if you don't you lose! Bad business owner ! Bought a car from here. Alex and Sasha couldnt be more personable and helpful when working with you to get your car running and fixed if any issues in the beginning. They will even be so nice as to help you repair at only the cost of parts. Fast forward to continual problems with the car purchased there, documented, several thousand more dumped into it, and thennnnnnnnnn... the kicker, the piece that they fix at only the cost of the part/small labor charges, fails and causes your engine to sieze... Alex will not return a phone call, and will only reply with you know the car has no warranty then or now. So what I got from this terrible experience,,, owners have no integrity at the end of the day. They have no idea of the condition of your car... they even convinced me to go somewhere else when I had an eval that stated it needed repairs, my mistake, I did... CONSUMER be WARNED... these yelp ads I reviewed prior to purchaseing with them, and helped sway my decision. Let my review help sway you NOT to purchase here! I recently purchased a 2005.5 Jetta from Alliance Motor Group. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to German engineering. They make the car purchasing process very easy. They were very upfront about the flaws with the car I was purchasing, however as we were well aware of - a 10 year old car with 140K miles on it is going to have some flaws. They had already done quite a bit of work on the car and were happy to address my concerns in a timely manner before finally purchasing the car.
