He responded right away and set up time for me and my wife to come to the dealership and test drive the car. When we arrived, the car was even better than we expected. We test drive the car and knew right away that we wanted it. Alex helped us every step of the way with financing and he gave us a great deal with the decent percentage and he also was incredibly patient with the paperwork and walked us through the entire process. I don't write a lot of these reviews, but when I have a great experience I give the credit. I will definitely share this experience with my friends. Thank you Alex and Prestige Motor Sales for another member in our family.

At the time of purchase on March 20, I was told--and it was put in writing--that several issues…read morewould be addressed prior to delivery, including the tires and warning lights. I picked up the vehicle on April 1. On April 6th, an independent mechanic found several issues that had not been addressed, including concerns with the O2 sensors, exhaust system, error codes, and worn tires. That evening while driving on the highway with my kids in the car multiple warning lights came on and the car began shaking while driving. We had to arrange towing back to the dealership at our own expense. While they did perform some repairs (including replacing the O2 sensors (these are brand new!), a follow-up inspection still showed that the exhaust will likely need replacement, the radiator was not actually new, and the Run-Flat tires had been repaired rather than replaced. Overall, the vehicle was not delivered in the condition promised, and we spent significant time arranging transportation and following up. I would strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Based on this experience, I would proceed with caution.

The dealer completed all the paperwork, applications, New plates, Registrations, insurance and inspection. This saved me a ton of time. I'm an HVAC technician, and I didn't have any time to run a round during this cold week. I was more than satisfied purchasing this SUV from Garen, at Northeast Auto Gallery. I already drove 500 miles on this SUV, the weekend after I purchased it, and couldn't be happier. I picked the right dealer and the right SUV. Both the owner and the junior guy inspected my car. The junior guy showed me the comps. I asked if could go higher based on the data points. He said it was out of his control and he needed to ask the owner who was helping a couple at the time. The owner (think his name is Charles) proceeded to scream at me that the offer is the offer, essentially a take it or leave it. Very confusing and rude. The owner was very polite with the couple, but seemed to be triggered by something. Would not recommend

In our conversation I felt more comfortable than any other "cold call" to a car dealer and checked out Desi's Dealership. He had the car I was looking for at a great price. When I took delivery everything felt right. I'm happy with my vehicle and the way he handled things. He went above and beyond through the whole transaction. I would highly recommend Desi's (Steven) to anyone shopping for a used car in the greater Boston area.
