Garen, the owner, is an incredibly nice guy who is also clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about cars. He took the time to guide me through everything when I was at his dealership and was super patient. I really like his taste in cars too. read more

Purchased the Ford Explorer Platinum, after a test drive, and overview of this SUV. The vehicle was clean inside and out, and drove flawlessly. The dealer completed all the paperwork, applications, New plates, Registrations, insurance and inspection. This saved me a ton of time. I'm an HVAC technician, and I didn't have any time to run a round during this cold week. I was more than satisfied purchasing this SUV from Garen, at Northeast Auto Gallery. I already drove 500 miles on this SUV, the weekend after I purchased it, and couldn't be happier. I picked the right dealer and the right SUV. I recommend you to check out Northeast Auto Gallery, Wakefield, Ma. Professional service from start to finish. read more

NEVER BUY A CAR HERE, sold me a car thats been in a accident, told me several times it was clean and had a clean title, i had it shipped bc its the engine I wanted and it was the closest in my area, I live 5 hours away, I had it shipped and the manager told me it wasnt in a accident, she sent me the car with bad tread on the tires, it needed brakes and rotors for the inspection, and to top it off, it didnt come with any floor mats and she didnt fill it up with gas on delievery, DO NOT BUY HERE WHATSOEVER read more

Garen was amazing to work with recently on buying a used car. WE had been without a car for few months and I saw the Nissan Maxima on his website and contacted him. In just about a week we were going home in our new car. Garen took care of a few problems we noticed in car and even took care of all the paperwork and registry! Such a breeze, if ever in need again we will go to Garen first! read more

Worst car dealer I have ever had to deal with. Came in to look at a Mercedes and this dealer did not even want to help me and my son. Instead he made fun of my son thinking we didn't hear him little did he know..very disappointed in this place will never come back. Owner is very rude and has no interest in you being satisfied. This was a few months ago. If your name is Garen then I'm sure its the right place. very rude and will never come back. Will advice others not to as well.. this place is a scam read more

I was looking for a used car online when I stumbled upon Northeast Auto Gallery. There was an affordable RAV4 on the website. I called ahead and was able to schedule a test drive on the same day! Garen was super nice and patient with me. This was my first time buying a car, and he helped get my license and registration all settled! read more

Garen was extremely helpful & patient while I looked into other options after initially checking out a GTI there. I was considering buying one from a dealership but he worked with me on a better deal & I ended up buying a used GTI from him- as a first time buyer I was worried about getting ripped off, etc, but at no point did I feel pressured or decieved about what I was getting into. I could not have been happier with my experience at northeast auto gallery- and will definately be shopping there again when the time comes- 10/10 awesome experience read more

My husband and I went to Northeast Auto Gallery back in November while searching for a car for our teenage daughter. I have to say, of all the places looked this was by far the best experience we had. Garen was easy to work with, no high pressure sales, very friendly and the quality of cars on the lot were unbeatable. We looked at several different cars (in our price range) at several different places and nothing could come close to the cars he had on the lot. Everything he has is clean, well maintained, and priced very fair. He stands behind all of his cars and only puts quality vehicles up for sale. Actually we liked working with him so much we ended up buying 2 cars that day, one for my daughter and one for my husband. I have already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so in the future. I know when I'm ready for a new car for myself, this will be where I go! read more

It's apparent Garen cares about customer satisfaction and being transparent through the whole car buying process. Even after I had purchased the vehicle, Garen helped me replace my floor mats and fix a small exhaust hole--no questions asked. You absolutely will not be disappointed with the service at Northeast Auto Gallery. read more

Beginning by meeting Garen and learning about the history of this business to driving away with a quality, great deal on a pre-owned auto, Northeast Auto Sales is a hidden jewel in the pre-owned auto world. An honest, fair, and no-nonsense approach to buying. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you head over to Wakefield and have a chat with Garen. read more

Throw all your opinions of used car dealers out the window when you deal with Garen, the owner if Northeast Auto Gallery. He is an honest and genuine person. We bought a Jeep Wrangler that had an unforeseeable engine issue. Garen stepped up to the plate and with no B.S. he took care of the problem at a fairly large out of pocket expense. There aren't enough good comments that I could make about our experience at this dealership. Used cars are a hit or miss but it's good to know that there is a dealer that stands behind his product. read more

Highly recommended. Bought a car from Garen in June & it was a very pleasant experience. The car had some things that needed attention & Garen did all he could to care of them. Very professional, he knows how to treat his customers. read more

Garen is the man. Literally did not pressure me at all to buy the car. Didn't use any tactics to make me think that someone else was coming down to look at it. Put up with all my OCD questions and nit picking. I research cars and dealers like a nut and I could not find a negative word online about this dealer. A used car dealer with not a single negative thing posted about him. That seemed crazy to me. I'm here to tell you to believe the hype. LOL. I have had my 2013 Audi A6 for over 4 months now and I love it. Not a single issue. I would highly recommend going here to see what he has to offer if you are looking for a good deal on a clean used car. I know I will the next time I am in the market. read more

Great experience! I bought my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid from Northeast Auto Gallery. Garen was extremely helpful with the entire car buying process. I was treated very well by Garen, he approached me with friendliness and didn't attack me like most car other salesmen. I will recommend anyone to do business with him. Honest, upfront and easy to do business with. read more

Garen was great. I would recommend buying a car from him anytime. He his a honest sincere guy with some very quality inventory. Garen will give you the low down on each car good or bad and will adjust the price based on that data. Stop in he changes cars all the time. The selection is fun looking at. I bought a Viper from him and this car is excellent. I will go back fo more toys. read more

purchased a vehicle which needed to go back for some minor repairs. Garen took responsibility for the problems. The repairs were completed to my satisfaction. read more

Such a great place to do business with. I was looking for a 2 door jeep wrangler and was having no luck for a few months. I found this dealership through cars.com and saw they had a wrangler in my price range. I called and asked Garen if I could give him money so he would hold the car for me for a day. He told me he would not take my money but would still hold the car (I was surprised since I've never heard of a dealership doing that!) I ended up swinging in that night to look at it with my dad and Garen came right out and told me to take it for a test drive. The car was in great condition and had a great car fax, it seemed too good to be true. My parents were skeptical about me buying a car here at first since its a small dealership and all of the reviews are amazing but after asking around (and now after my car purchase) I see why he gets such great ratings! He takes pride in what he sells. He allowed me to take the car for a few hours so my mechanic could check it out. Garen made the whole process simple. I would highly recommend Northeast Auto Gallery! read more

4 months ago I bought a BMW from them and it was fine. I also bought the extended warranty that was through an 3rd party company. I had a problem with it last week that my mechanic showed me clearly was a long term problem and could have caused a me a huge accident. He also pointed out that the rear drivers door was replaced that confirmed his suspicion the car was in an prior accident. That was not disclosed on the car fax. The warranty would not cover a dime, and the dealership would not give me any assistance. "Sorry- you bought the car as-is." No, I bought the car as-is with a clean Car Fax. If they did the inspection used car dealers say they do, they very easily would have seen the damage that occurred prior to me purchasing it. Not only did I pay for a crappy car, but I paid extra for a warranty that has been completely worthless. AND I have to pay several thousands of dollars to repair the vehicle. read more
