On each interaction that I've had with North Reading Subaru, over many years, I have to remind myself that North Reading Subaru is a car dealership. If I didn't know better, I'd think I was doing business with Nordstrom, Costco, Nations Photo Lab, REI, or any of the other companies in America, that stand out for high quality product, business integrity and customer service.
The 2026 Subaru Outback that I am in, is stellar, a significant enhancement over prior year Outback's (each, have lasted forever, with only preventative maintenance (at North Reading Subaru), and very few repairs).
Jonathan Walker is a superstar sales and leasing professional, who is as knowledgeable about Subaru's as he is dedicated to business integrity and customer service.
The Service Department is the best service department that I have encountered in several auto brands, over 50+ years. They perform meticulous work, are efficient, and high integrity. One thing to note, they are busy; In my opinion, they are busy, because they are so much better than other Subaru dealers in the area.
We've never purchased a pre-owned car, but, I recently walked the North Reading Subaru parking lot, and I must say, I could not tell the pre-owned cars from the new cars. If we were in the market for a pre-owned Subaru, North Reading Subaru would be our first and only stop.
