I drove it off the lot to a gas station b/c the gauge read "E" (during the test drive I mentioned this and was told, "I put a couple of gallons in it"). After $40 worth of gas the gauge still read "E". I took the car back immediately. This was on a Friday (3/2014). After much verbal BS, including "It WAS working", I was told to bring it back on Monday. I drove ' I 95' approx. 20 miles to my home and then drove another 10 miles to pick up my brother from work at Assembly Square Mall. While I was in the parking lot (thank God!) the back brake line ruptured and brake fluid was flowing out of it. I called this dealership and explained the situation. I told them that the vehicle is disabled and they need to (by Mass law) call and pay for a tow truck. I called them numerous times over the course of 2.5 hrs while out in the cold and it became quite apparent that they were not calling a tow truck. Please note that this vehicle was in a mall parking lot - if left overnight it would be TOWED and IMPOUNDED at my expense. And yes I did explain that to them and they did not care. I was told to leave the vehicle in this parking lot with the keys in it. For real? I ultimately paid $175. for a tow truck to return it to their dealership. I had this vehicle for 3 hours with 2 issues, one of which could have cost me my life. They kept it for the next 17 days with every excuse in the book when I called. In the end, I got screwed! They gave me $60 of the $175 owed me. When I went to pick up the vehicle following that frustrating and anxious 17 days, I was told this by Julie: "The owner says that maybe we should buy back the vehicle b/c you're never going to be happy." What an ungrateful bitch I am!! I had the vehicle for all of 3 hours and I'm not happy! I could not afford an attorney. I did contact the Office of Consumer Affairs, but as of this date I still have not heard from them. I took the time to write this so that I could possibly save someone a similar experience/cost.

When I called and spoke to Chris about the issue he told me it wasn't his issue and he could do it at wholesale. After going back and fourth he told me to contact Anthony. Anthony asked if I checked the brakes before I put based the vehicle, then said he had to talk to Chris about repairs and never got back to me. I called Anthony the next day and he asked when I was looking to get the repairs done. When I told him the following day, he said he would get back to me and never did. I called again the following day just to be texted that Anthony would be calling me with a lawyer. Needless to say I never got that call back either. Clearly they're avoiding me because they know they're in the wrong and made a dishonest sale. I get the feeling this isn't the first time or last these guys would do this. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. They are dishonest salesmen and have no plans to honor any warranty. Don't waste your time here.

Really hate Hyundai village I brought it in for a coil misfire a part that cost $16 I had the diagnostic from a local gas station but they wanted to charge me $150 for their diagnostic and he said he would waive it and just charge me labor. Usually, the service or item I receive is what I expect and there is really nothing worth taking time to share. That IS NOT the case this time! Let me explain; I needed a car to replace the aging one my daughter was driving. After multiple internet searches, I found what we were looking for listed on line at Bill's Auto Sales. I called and spoke with Tony, he assured me that the car was available and, as I was unable to get there until the next day, I should call there again in the morning and speak to Glen so he would know when to expect me. I did just that, and Glen offered that he would hold the car for me while I made the hour and half drive to check it out. When I did arrive, both the car and Glen were there and he gave my daughter and me a free hand in looking it over. It was just as described on their website. He was very open, giving me the Carfax and in telling me the short comings of the vehicle they had found, as well as, how those items would be addressed. After a test drive we were able to settle on a price and a deposit. Due to my schedule we made arrangements to pick up the car the following week, giving Bill's Auto time to make the agreed upon repairs and get the paper work in line. During that week, Glenn messaged me a number of times regarding the progress on both. These guys really communicate well! We indeed picked up the car as planned, took a test drive and agreed that the repairs were complete. Bill's Auto took care of the registration transfer and we were off. My daughter loves the car! So here's what my take away is.. Bill's Auto Sales and in particular, Glen provide an excellent environment for purchasing a car. I found them to be accommodating, friendly, and excellent communicators but above all else they were honest. In discussing the vehicle ..no excuses were made, no stories made up. Buying a car is a big purchase and is never without some amount of compromise working with someone you can trust is key in getting the best deal.. these are your guys.
