I just want to start off by saying I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism of my salesman Cristian and his manager Chris. Me and my fiancée were looking for a 2nd car for us and Cristian was more than helpful in assisting us find one that checked all of our boxes. What really impressed me with him was his humbleness and honesty in regards to if he did not know the exact answer for something, he wouldn't lie and would rather say he can find out for us which he did and I greatly appreciate. Far too many people in this world aren't humble enough to not lie to you if they do not know something. Fast forward the following week, there was some slight miscommunication between the different departments and thus my car was not ready when it was planned to be unfortunately. However, Cristian and his manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure I at least had a rental car for the time being so me and my fiancée could continue with our plans we had already scheduled thinking we were getting the other car. The rental car was completely free and was a very nice 2025 Honda Accord. Chris also followed up with me later the following week due to the snow storm and assured me my car would be ready the following day which it was. I met up with my salesman Cristian the next day and I was driving my freshly detailed 2021 Mazda CX-30 off the lot within the next 30 minutes. I highly recommend Honda North and more importantly recommend buying a car off Cristian. Very reliable, humble, knowledgeable and kind. He deserves more than whatever he is currently being paid! I leased a car. The business office seemed like they'd never done a lease before. I gave them a pass because maybe there was a new person, having a bad day, etc. It's been downhill since. The car has ceased to function normally so I went in seeking customer service. I experienced: - The salesman telling me to suck it up for the next 1.5 years and then come back so he could sell me a new car. (Thanks, I guess I'll walk 20 miles to work every day while still paying for the nonfunctional car.) - A sales manager explaining multiple times that spending tens of thousands of dollars to terminate a lease and end up with no car would be a bad financial decision. (As if I couldn't figure that out on my own. And yet that was still his proposed next step.) - Another sales manager shrugging that "sometimes things break." Strangers sitting nearby were staring, slack-jawed, at these guys. Some strangers actually pulled me aside as I left to express support for me. I'm not sure if the employees were so condescending and unhelpful because I'm a woman who came in alone, or if "service" is this enraging for everyone. My issue has yet to be resolved, but I'll revise this review if I get any customer service that doesn't make me simultaneously laugh and cry. The only reason for 2 stars is the service guys. They've been pleasant and easy to work with. (I really shouldn't know the service guys so well when I'm leasing a brand new car...) ETA: -2 salesmen told me the GM would call me. I provided all my contact info. I waited 2 weeks. He said he never got the message. -The service department finally connected me w the GM. He attempted to assuage my emotions, while offering no practical assistance. He told me information I received from the sales manager was wrong. He told me I need to call an 800 number, and there's literally nothing he can do. This is a great place to go if you want to hear a lot of dudes apologize about your feelings. I stopped in at the service center today. As I was traveling from NH to RI, the tire pressure light went on. It was very stressful. The Service Dept. could not have been any more helpful. Kimberly assisted me with such kindness. They found I had a nail in the tire and plugged it so I could go on my way. The Excellent, quick service is to be commended. I have a big Honda Pilot 2024 that was recalled. I took back to Honda North for repairs and they said I would get a replacement vehicle. I got the smallest vehicle possible a 2026 Honda HRV. I pushed the seat back as far as it would go and had a very difficult time getting in. I'm 5 foot 11 inches and had a very difficult situation. Very disappointed with the dealership. I had a terrible experience with this dealership, salesman was great but when it came to the finance dept it was a nightmare. I signed up for the extended warranty and had canceled it the next day. I was told that the paper work would be all set and would be submitted for cancelation. It took five phone calls over a three month time period, and each time I was told it would be all set and I would see it come off my account within 5 to 8 days. I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Honda North that I feel other potential customers should be aware of. After receiving an email the night before confirming the availability of a 2020 Honda Pilot (#77320A), I made the trip to the dealership expecting a helpful experience. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and disrespect. The front desk barely acknowledged me, and the sales representative I was directed to showed no interest in helping. When I mentioned the email I had just received about the vehicle still being available, the sales rep responded rudely and said, "You wanna go back and forth with me? The vehicle is sold already." His tone was aggressive and completely uncalled for. I wasn't arguing--I was simply trying to clarify the situation based on communication I had from their own team. This is not how you treat a potential customer, or anyone for that matter. It was embarrassing and frustrating, and made me feel like my time and interest didn't matter at all. To be fair, I did get a follow-up email from Simone Lloyd who sincerely apologized and confirmed the vehicle was in fact still available. He/She also offered to schedule a better experience with a different sales consultant. I appreciate that effort, but the damage was already done. This dealership may have good cars, but if you're treated poorly the moment you walk in the door, what does that say about their customer care? When I brought it back for service, they told me everything was fine -- but my personal mechanic later confirmed the e-brake case and rear brakes are falling apart. I went to look at a car I told the member I was working with I would like to take a car for a test drive. When I got back we talked a bit about the car and I mentioned I wanted to review all the numbers and have one of my mechanics just take a quick look at it and so I would leave a deposit. Eventually this led to the sales manager coming over to me and she brought me to her office. She then had me start filling out paperwork so I asked if the other member mentioned that I just wanted to leave a deposit and take the car elsewhere. She said that wasn't mentioned but to complete the paperwork now and if anything needs to be adjusted they can do it quickly afterwards (this should've been my first red flag but I enjoyed the car and was okay with everything thus far). The sales manager ended up being sick and out of the office for a 3 weeks andI bought the car in the meantime and was given the keys but told my paperwork was in a folder upstairs and had to wait for the sales manager to return. I called a handful of times in-between and was told the same answer. I then visited the dealer and asked if someone could help me. They provided the cover page of the warranty which basically said nothing other than 3 yrs/ x amount of miles (at least it was something but not very helpful). When I got the keys to the car I should have gotten all of the paperwork and everything along with it REGARDLESS OF WHO WAS OUT OR ASSISTING ME. I then visited again and asked if I could speak with someone again and was told I had to wait for her return. I called in again between to see if she was in (finally I caught I day!) - so I went in. Mind you, its been a month since I bought the car now. So I asked if I could speak with the sales manager but she was busy with a customer so I mentioned my troubles and asked if I could speak with someone above her. WRONG I was asked to sit and wait (over an hour) until she finished with the customer. They could at least had a different sales manager assist me if the other was busy and the higher-up didn't seem to care. I get into her office and eventually got the copy of my warranty and sales information and told her there was some incorrect pieces (like my apartment number and insurance) and was told I would get my billing packet in the mail. I figured the changes would be made to my address since I pointed it out but here I am a week before my bill is due without anything in the mail. So I called to find out when I would be getting the info. They told me to call the finance department. Why do I have to do all the running around??? All of this stuff is done in-house through Honda - where is your customer service in taking care of everything I need? Also, they say they take care of everything but failed to mention they don't cancel your plate even though they take a copy of your drivers license for your drivers number and have all of your other personal info when you go to buy a car. Why can't they take the 5 seconds to do that? And I had to wait for this sales manager to get back in to find that out because no one else cared to mention it so I ended up paying an additional month of insurance for a car I didn't even own anymore. Fast forward a bit and I went to try and schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told they don't make appointments and to pull into the express lane. I asked if they could tell me if there was a wait and they said no. So, I made the 20 minute drive and got there and I was told it would be at least an hour. Doesn't sound very express to me. They could have told me that over the phone to save me the drive but yet again another waste of time and gas. I think they should improve the service aspect so I can make a quick 10 minute appointment for an oil change rather than waiting for something that isn't very express like.. Don't waste your time here there isn't a lick of customer service and needless to say but I'll be going to a different branch... read more

My 20 year old Daughter brought her car over for a Scheduled appointment to have them fix her emergency Brake. We Dropped the car off at 9:00, they sent a Text at 4:30? We won't get to the car today.... and maybe not tomorrow either??? Plus Honda North in Danvers said. (Quote) we dont even know if we have the parts to repair the Emergency Brake???? 2 Days went by until I demanded to get my car back, then went to midas for half the price. I just found the notification of the response while cleaning out old email. I find it hilarious. So they've got my car, the guy I'm supposed to call won't call me back, won't answer a message, I call and ask for a manager, you know, someone that maybe can find out what's going on and I'm told... there isn't one. Apparently all the service advisors Voltron into their own manager or something? I don't really know how it works over there. If the service advisor up and quits? Vehicle is lost forever. Nobody can find it, nobody can know, despite the fact that it's all done by computer. Literally no one except the assigned service advisor is capable of asking the technician the status apparently. This is ignoring the fact that not letting us know that the vehicle wouldn't be ready is potentially a violation of 940 CMR 5.04 (6), especially given it was just that you were too busy to do it on the promised day. But whatever, you do you. We aren't buying another Honda (avoiding the Honda brand entirely) because this is the closest place for warranty or recall service and we're not about to sign up for this garbage again. The worst experience I have ever had in a Car dealer, these people are very few professionals, I went to them on April 8 looking for a car rental for my wife on the recommendation of a friend. When I spoke with the seller, everything was YES, you can come without money and without credit, strategy of all bad seller, well resolved that speaking we agreed on a guaranteed payments and a deposit that he asked me to insure the car that was not supposed to arrive from April 8-12, my wife left very happy with her new vehicle waiting for that 2 weeks passed and they never called us or They told us nothing because I communicated with the seller Wilter and it was always yes tomorrow I'll let you know for sure I asked about the vehicle if it arrived and nothing stories and stories because when the seller and the finance guy named Jameel N decided where this man tries several times communicate with him and it was not possible, I left him several voice messages because they never answered me and left me in the dark. My wife, very disenchanted, tells me that she doesn't want anything because of the lack of communication with the client that these people have, my wife and I took the decision to go and not do anything with them and they had already run both credits because after 10 days they called us that they needed a co-signing, my wife at that moment told me that she was not interested because the seller offered me another vehicle telling me that he could not tell stories and stories because he offered a loan that will not exceed 30 even with the hope we look for another used vehicle waiting for everything telling us and giving us false words so that one leaves happy resolved that they come back and call offering very high payments and interest. abusive and without the slightest fear of losing a client because now we are with the credit with inquiries, never in my life have I gone through that dealer and all because of a false recommendation, but customer service, I am an Acura user and the treatment is very different, they are very few professionals sad to see that after this comment I am reading all the dealer's reviews and they are all bad, don't waste your time there read more

Bait & switch! Do not go here for a new car!!! I texted someone from Honda North, asking for a specific model of car (a black Honda Civic hatchback Sport Touring) because I wanted to test drive it. They said that it was in transit but that it should be available on the day I wanted to test drive it. I gave them the VIN number of the car... On the day I was supposed to test drive it, someone else texted me and sent me a picture of the car, but it was a different car than I had arranged to see (it had a different VIN # and not a Touring). I said I was interested in the moonroof, and the person said that that feature was only available on the Touring model. Then the person said that they had a white one available to test drive. When I asked what was going on, they said that I could order a black one and it would take 3-7 days. Needless to say, this dealership is very shady and I won't be buying a car from them! read more

Absolutely disgusted how my mother was treated today, she came to get her ac fixed because it isn't working right and the woman who helped her was rude as anything and brushed everything she was saying off like she wasn't even trying to listen to the problem at hand and told her to just go home and make an appointment. She's never had a problem just driving in and getting done what she needed but she came home practically in tears cause she was so upset she's been a customer here for years now and said she will not be buying another car from here again. It takes a lot for my mom to get this upset and usually always gets amazing service but it wasn't busy at all and she was rudely shot down. Fix your employees Honda. Worst Customer Service experience I've ever had. Not just car dealers, but everywhere. I took my vehicle in for a factory-mandated recall repair, and left it ALL DAY, in spite of having an 8:00 AM appointment. Christina, the Service Rep, promise the repair would be done by 3:00 (although it was a simple, single weld) and sent me a text stating that I could "text her at any time at this number." At 2:17, I sent her a text reminding her that I would need to be picked up, so the ride should probably be scheduled. At 2:20, I texted her again, to let her know that I would like the car around 3:30, since I had made arrangements to pick up my teenage sons at 4:00. At 3:00, I called the phone number she had given me, only to be disconnected. At 3:02 I called again and was forwarded to a voicemail box that was full and could accept no new messages. At 3:03 I still hadn't heard from anyone at the dealership, so I sent another text. I finally texted again at 3:52, but got another voicemail box. I eventually called American Honda headquarters to file a complaint. After taking my information, the agent forwarded me back to Honda North, where I was again sent to voicemail. It is now after 5:00 - still no response to any of my texts or voicemail messages. The only reason I gave 1-star on the review is that the courtesy driver who took me home was nice. I hope to see my car again... Update: I finally got a call back at 5:15. Although my car was there all day (after arriving at 7:45 am), the Service Department had not started on it yet. I had to leave it overnight, but they assured me they would start on it first thing tomorrow. We will see. In the meantime, I had to cancel various plans for this evening and tomorrow morning. read more

I had a great experience in leasing a CRV. The Salesman Eduard Dake was very professional and helpful. A very smooth easy transaction.

My experience buying a car from Honda North was pretty frustrating. When I got the car, they said they couldn't do the inspection because the MA system was down and promised to call me when it was back up, but that call never came. I was told I would get the new registration at the time of inspection. I followed up a couple of times, only to hear the same excuse. After weeks of waiting, I finally called and spoke to the sales manager, who revealed there was a title issue, they were waiting for a duplicate, and the car could not be registered yet. To me, it felt like they were hiding behind the inspection problem to avoid telling me about the title. I later found out that the MA system issues were resolved weeks prior to this. The manager assured me I'd get a call soon, but another week passed, and I was getting letters about my insurance being canceled since the car wasn't registered. With an out of state vacation coming up, I called again and spoke to a different manager who said the title was still missing but promised to help me with a rental if it didn't arrive by the weekend. Days went by without any updates, and despite me leaving several voicemails, no one got back to me. Finally, on Friday at 5:00 PM, I reached a new manager who told me the title had actually arrived days earlier and no one bothered to inform me. Overall, I felt really let down by their lack of communication. read more

Went there today for an appointment I had for a recall on my Honda Ridgeline. My scheduled appointment was 0930, I got there at 0905. When I walked in the door there was approximately six people waiting to be checked in. I had to ask the CUSTOMERS if this was a line, because the service consultants would not even acknowledge anyone which I found extremely unprofessional and rude. When it was finally my turn to speak with a consultant, I told him I had an appointment for a tailgate harness recall. The consultant asked me if my camera worked in which I replied yes, he then implied I really don't need it done then and if I dropped it off It would not be ready for a few days. I then told him that I was told by the party who scheduled my appointment it would be ready the same day. I asked this individual why nobody contacted me the day prior to tell me it would be a few days in which he stated, " I was not here yesterday". This department used to be very good, unfortunately in the last couple of years it has gone downhill. I will no longer be coming to this place for service. I also called the place and left a message to the assisting Manager (No call back). It should be of note that I was called back by manager the following day in regard to the above review. The manager was very sincere in his apologies for my experience I had the previous day, he went on to state that they had multiple workers in training along with many sick calls. He also said that he is not making any excuses for them not communicating with me about the situation, and he would like to make it right. I was very pleased with the manager calling me back and giving a reasonable explanation, I will definitely consider going back for service now. read more

He made me feel at ease and I felt like he had my best interests in the forefront of his mind when he was working with me. He made an overwhelming experience a great one. So much for Honda North Danvers motto of "going down the road of ownership together!"​ I bought a new car from them on 6/28 and still have no car! The dealership told me it was the registry's fault but turns out it's the CDK software that they use which had a massive breach on June 19th (https://lnkd.in/e9K5QNYT). The company did not expect the system to be back online until 6/30 but still nothing - they are writing sales with pen and paper and going to the registry to do everything manually! No one called me to tell me what was going on. Instead I got a call from their customer service department asking me how much I liked driving the car - they didn't eve know that I had not been allowed to pick it up yet! I wish they had told me the truth from the start - now I am paying for a car that I don't have with no delivery date. And they won't even give me a loaner so I can't pass my current car onto my kid who needs it for his co-op on the Cape. I asked them to compensate me from now until the delivery date so that they would have some kind of financial incentive to get this done ASAP but no go. hashtag#BuyerBeware - worst service evah! I am so happy that I stopped at this Honda dealership. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or not, and I just wanted to peruse the parking lot. The car that I was looking for rolled up, and when the man got out, I asked him how he liked it. Come to find out he actually worked there, Sean Geyer. I didn't think the dealership was open because it was a holiday. He and I had a great conversation very low-key, no pressure! I asked if I could take it for a test drive and he said absolutely. Handed me the keys and the way I went. Sean Geyer was absolutely amazing to work with. At no point did he pressure me. It was so odd being on a car dealership lot and not feeling like I was getting pushed or pulled to buy some today. The conversations were always casual and when I finally decided that, indeed, I was going to buy, I reached back to Sean, got the number that I was looking for on my trade, gave him a deposit, and a week later my car was in. I would highly recommend Sean Geyer to anyone who is looking to purchase a Honda. When I went to pick up my car, the atmosphere, and vibe was the same. Very casual, and low-key. I didn't feel pressured, nor did it appear that anyone else felt the pressure either. I was introduced to Jameel, the finance manager. Walking into his office. All I can think of what was well here we go, the pressure is going to be on now! But once again, I was pleasantly surprised! Jameel went through all the pertinent information and details. We determined the amount that I wanted to finance and proceeded from there. He was very patient with me. I just bought a 2021 Subaru Outback from here that I'm absolutely in love with! The price was great to start, and after a bit of negotiating we got it to the price I wanted with my trade in. Of course negotiating isn't the most fun, but it was expected. Just make sure you're ready to walk away if you don't get the price you want. Even in the negotiating process, the employees were still very kind. Once I decided to buy the car, they had someone jump over to start the process of paperwork with me while we waited for my original sales rep. I got to bring the car home that same day, which I wasn't expecting! I'm not sure I could have afforded a Subaru Outback if it wasn't from here, and I'm so excited that I could. 4 stars, because some of their negotiating tactics were to make me seem like I was being a bit ridiculous (again, expected) and there were some issues running my credit. The manager who ran it ran me for a Honda, not a Subaru, so the monthly payments were 7 dollars more than what I agreed upon. Then the finance guy I worked with ran it another three times, without telling me, to get the best rate for the Subaru. I know he was trying to get the best price for me, but I would prefer to be asked if you're going to keep doing hard runs on my credit. Overall, I would buy from this dealership again, and if someone found a car they liked from here, I'd encourage them to give it a try! I went to this establishment after circumstances that resulted in my car spewing out a horrific noise. I do, in fact, drive a Honda. My car is blue. I needed it to be fixed and I went to Honda North. It was a PLEASANT experience. I was greeted by a nice young man named Dominic. He helped me out and was so kind to me. I waited in this trailer while he did some work on my blue car. He told me I could even get a free coffee while I waited in the trailer. I did get the coffee, it was helpful in waking me up that morning. Dominic approached the trailer with a smile and a twinkle in his eye and told me some factual information about my blue car. He printed out photos and a whole summary of my cars shortcomings. He recommended some different services for my blue car and I trusted him with my blue baby. He fixed my car with his gentle hands and even parked right in front of the trailer so my frail legs didn't have to walk too far. He recommended using this payment plan and I absolutely loved that he provided that option for me. I recommend coming here solely for Dominic and the work that he thrusted upon my blue car. 15/10 recommendation for Honda North, especially Dominic. My blue car now runs like a spring chicken. read more

I dropped my recently purchased Honda Certified Vehicle off for a brake noise. The Service Advisor stated on the phone that the "Best Technician" drove the vehicle and that he himself also test drove the vehicle. He also stated that the car "was on the lift" and ALL of the brake components (started naming them) were inspected. I was suspicious on how fast a 40 point inspection was performed so I looked at my vehicle tracking device... ***My Civic never entered the service department. It only took ONE quick 7 minute drive up a side street and the Service Advisor did not drive the vehicle prior to our phone conversation. I spoke with the Service Manager when picking up the vehicle and he did not want to see the tracker or discuss me being lied to. He just kept shifting the conversation and offered for me to leave the vehicle again overnight. There is absolutely no reason for the service department to come off so salesy and lie about a warranty item. Honda Certified: When I test drove the vehicle prior to purchase I noticed that the brakes were pulsating really bad and the rotors were grooved. I asked my salesperson to have the shop replace the brakes, I said that it's a Certified Vehicle and they should have been inspected when certified and repaired. The shop simply turned the rotors and left the original pads in place. The rotors felt rough to the touch afterwards and they should have been replaced. *They 100% did this to save the dealership money and would have never agreed to this if I was paying for a brake job. The brakes no longer pulsate but they rust extremely quick causing a loud grinding noise. Many people who use this vehicle for my business complain about the sound. I have 7 registered vehicles and none of my other vehicles do this.. I am in the market to purchase additional vehicles for my businesses and will not be returning to Honda North. read more

If I could give a zero that would be more appropriate for the experience I recently had at Honda North! I had an outstanding recall and was finally contacted in November to tell me the parts were in and an appointment was made for December 5 for the recall and that a loaner would be provided. When I arrived I was informed that there were no loaners available and that it would probably be a couple of hours before a loaner would be available. I live over 30 miles away and had to be at work so I had to call and tell them I would not be able to come in. A loaner was finally available at 11:30 at that time I was informed that it would probably be best to leave the vehicle overnight and to return the next day. When I arrived the next day, the car had not even been touched and was advised I could keep the loaner. I would not be able to pick the car up until monday morning since I was working when the car was finally available to be picked up at 5:45 on Friday evening and they were closing at 6pm. I am grateful however that they allowed me to keep the loaner until Monday morning. However when I went to pick up the vehicle it was covered in some black tree sap and I had to wait another 45 minutes to have them remove the sap. This is probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. Problems started immediately when we bought our car... they couldn't find the title. So they gave us a loaner... we put our 3 month old son in his car seat and left. Shortly after we went around a turn and the entire seat came attached!! Sending the car seat and my son flying. (This was later a reason for a recall on Honda Odyssey seat brackets!) Next the service department is an absolute scam!! We had issues with out van's transmission within a month of buying it. They took it in and said they fixed it... but it still shook and shuddered during acceleration after we got it back. We brought it back in and complained multiple times about the transmission not working right and they said (that is how a odyssey transmission shifts) or it's because of the eco mode. But the horrible service advisers basically threatened us not to bring the van in for the transmission issue or we will be charged insane rates (even though the van was under warranty)! They basically said they need it to break more so they can fix it. If they know it's partially broken... why couldn't they fix it!? So we stopped bringing the van into the Honda dealer for the transmission issue. What horrible customer service! I'm sure Honda would be proud. So that brings us to today... of course our warranty just expired last month. And guess what!? Our damn transmission is getting worse than ever!! I call the dealership to see if they will do the right thing... and the guy that I speak to says I mean you can come in for $160 evaluation and we can present it to Honda... but I don't think there is much we can do. Wow, how am I not surprised!!! I told them the transmission was an issue for years and now that it's just out of warranty it fails and of course they won't do a damn thing!! Never buying a Honda again!! Toyota all the way!! And I recommend you go anywhere else but Honda north for service!! They don't stand behind their product or their work! I would not recommend anyone coming here to buy a car. They practice tactics that I personally find unethical. For example: I see a great used car at a great price on the Honda North Website. I confirm its availability and head up there to check it out. When I get there I am informed that the vehicle just sold, but they have another of the same model even better but of course it's $5k more. So against my better judgement I decide to check it out. It's clean and the salesperson repeatedly tells me that its a Honda certified pre-owned vehicle so I will get a great extended warranty. So we sit down and I ask him what his best price is and he explains that because it's a certified car he cannot do anything on the price - not even a dime off. So again against my better judgment I decide to buy the car. As the sales person writes up the paperwork he suddenly tells me that there is a recall on the vehicle and because of that it cannot be sold as a Certified Pre-owned car but dont worry he will take care of me regarding the warranty. Great. We finish the paperwork and I head into the sales managers office to complete the sale. That's when I noticed that there was $2200 added to the price. When I questioned this the sales manager told me very rudely that of course there is $2200 added - you didn't expect to get that warranty for free! I told him I negotiated on a Certified car with a warranty and I should get that warranty as it was no fault of mine - but to no avail. I shopped around at a few Honda dealerships and every single person I worked with tried talking me into a brand new car, or a car I didn't want. I came into Honda North and met with Ryan. He was awesome with finding me a used car in my budget. It was super hassle free and I fell in love with the 3rd car I test drove. Ryan was super helpful before, during and after the process. He made sure I had his number in case I had any issues after my purchase (which I didn't.) The finance department was also amazing and got me financed at a rate I could afford. They gave me more than they needed to for my trade in just to make sure my monthly payments were where I needed them to be. Cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. read more

If I could select 0 stars I would. Myparents who are 75 bought a Ridgeline from Honda North and have been treated with the most disrespect . The sales guy who sold them the vehicle is a complete liar and shame on him. There was a rip in the seat and he tried to blame my dad when my mom had pictures from before they went to pick it up and again after returning home with it and then noticing a big rip in the back seat. He told them the guy who fixes the tears had a broken arm and wasn't able to fix the rip but he could bring it back in after arguing with my mom. My dad brought the vehicle in a couple days later and the service guy did not have a broken arm. On the way to help me his daughter move his tire blew out on the highway. My mom called and the sales guy told her to go look for Black Friday deals for tires! My dad got the vehicle less than 2 weeks ago. Out of good faith they should have given him a tire at least for all the trouble he has had already. So he went out on his birthday and bought a new tire and had to pay $250 to have it put on. My dad is a veteran and my parents are old. It's a shame they were treated so horrible. I heard the sales guy on the phone arguing with my mother about tires. We would not go back to this dealership I have no idea how it won so many awards. Shame on that sales guy. read more
