My husband called Moreno's and they were very accommodating about getting our car in for an estimate. They ordered the part and when it arrived we dropped the car off. It was completely done in about 3 hours and it looks like brand new! They even vacuumed out the inside of the car, cleaned the mats, AND cleaned the dirty car seat! This might be the best service I've ever received at a body shop. I highly recommend!

fast service super friendly customer service…read more Stephen (the owner) is super kind fair pricing mom and pop shop that gives you all the feels Friendly and personable customer service is really hard to come by these days and this place restores your faith in humanity. Lowell gets a bad rep in Mass for being unkind to out of towners but with the amazing service I got, I thought I was in Newton, Westin or some place fancy. I was in a minor fender bender the day before and stopped in to ask if they could do a quick visual on my car. I met with Stephen, the owner and he was so kind and generous to help me out. He said my car looked fine from the accident but expressed genuine concern for my tires. (Oops) Specifically I was at risk for getting in an accident due to there being virtually no more treads. Then he casually mentioned (without judgment! Stephen was so kind!!) that my car inspection was expired. (Oops oops). Super understanding he said he could inspect my car but that I would need to get new tires before I undergo the inspection. He was unable to do the work himself, but directed me where to go and even called the place to let them know I was coming. But wait, there's more! He was only opened until 2pm on a Saturday and said he would still be around at his shop until 5pm if my tires took longer and I couldn't make it for 2pm. I showed up at 2:45pm (without calling Oops ooops ooops) and as a man of his words, he was there, and inspected my car! Stephen was so kind and while I waited he chatted with me and talked about his love for animals. You can tell he genuinely wants to get to know his customers and is committed to fostering a relationship. What an incredible guy. I'm so grateful and indebted to his services!

My car was hit just…read moreover a month ago, and from the moment we brought it into Alex's shop, I felt like we were in the best possible hands. The biggest challenge throughout this process wasn't even the repair--it was dealing with the insurance company's incredibly slow turnaround. That part was frustrating, but Alex was a total pro the entire time. He was helpful, informative, and, most importantly, kept in constant communication with me. He even stepped up and acted as a go-between with insurance, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Now let's talk about the car--it came out flawlessly. Escalades aren't exactly easy to repair, and the color-matching on them can be a nightmare, but Alex nailed it. Not only does it look brand new, but it actually drives better than it did before the accident. Alex's expertise, flexibility, and patience truly set him apart. If you're looking for an auto body shop that delivers top-quality work and top-tier customer service, go to A Plus Auto Body and ask for Alex. I'm beyond grateful and will absolutely be bringing any future work to him--and telling everyone I know to do the same! Thank you again, Alex!

1-Star Review for RT28 Motors - 137 Main St, North Reading, MA…read more I bought a used 2017 RAM 2500 from RT28 Motors, and the experience has been extremely disappointing and costly. Within days, the truck failed the Massachusetts state safety inspection for major issues including: * Bad ball joints and tie rods * Broken side mirrors * Steering concerns * Suspension and emissions failures These weren't cosmetic issues -- they were safety violations that made the truck illegal to drive. Before the inspection, I had already raised concerns about the steering. I was told it was "just a wheel balance" and brushed off with "Are you a mechanic?". I was also promised in writing that repairs would be handled once the bank funded the deal. After they got paid, they delayed registration for nearly a month, preventing me from getting it inspected within the state's Lemon Law window. That's not just frustrating -- it's deceptive. By the time I could inspect it, I had to pay over $2,500 out of pocket for parts, labor, and a wheel alignment -- just to make the truck safe and legal. Now, after providing receipts, the failed inspection report, and documented communication, I've been ignored. Since posting about my experience, I've received multiple statements from other customers who say they also received vehicles with incorrect or unsafe parts installed. That's a pattern -- not a one-off. I'm not someone looking for a handout. I'm self-employed, sober 7 years, and a father of four -- including a newborn. I did what I had to do to keep my family safe. I've filed a Chapter 93A demand and will pursue legal action if needed. If you're considering buying here, think twice and get everything in writing -- including a full third-party inspection before you sign anything.
