At 74 years old, I did not need the aggravation of dealing with a car accident and the repair. Bob's Auto Body, with a concierge arrangement with my insurance company, came to my home, picked up the car, called me up to tell me the job was done and delivered the car to my doorstep. And, he could not be a nicer guy and loves animals, too. read more

Bob's Auto Body - The damage. - Body Shops Near Me - Revere, Massachusetts

I dropped my truck off after a collision while my truck was parked. I mentioned a few issues with my truck where my mother had spray painted some scratches that have been bothering me for a long time. When I picked up my truck they fixed all the places where the spray paint was and there wasn't a scratch on the whole truck. The truck looked brand new. They did a spectacular job on everything. I had a headlight missing that I need to replace. When I purchased the headlight and went to put it in. I saw they replaced it. I noticed the inside of the windshield was cleaned as well as the inside of my truck. They went over and above with my truck. I can't express how happy I am with the work. I highly recommend them. Phenomenal Phenomenal Phenomenal Service!!! I went into Bob's for two small scratches on the lower part of my front bumper, which was very noticeable and ugly to me. I was greeted by a lovely young man named Abraham who began to assess the damage and offer solutions, Bob himself (the owner) came out to greet me and he jumped right in alongside Abraham to come up with the best possible solution for my bumper repair. They both saw I was a damsel in distress and treated me with such kindness and respect. As a woman going into a car shop you never know if you're going to be taken advantage of but I felt so at ease with Bob and I knew he was an honest man from our conversation about my car. Him and Abraham both came up with a solution for my bumper in minutes and got to working on my car right away! I was in and out of the shop in such a short period of time and my bumper was fixed to perfection! In the end I'm so happy I found this place and I'm really glad I got to meet and do business at Bobs Auto Body! I am so happy with the outcome and now I don't have to feel bad about hitting that curb haha! Thanks again Bob and Abraham for the excellent job on my little baby I am forever grateful! If you're looking for honest people who get the job done right the first time go see them at Bob's Auto Body 10 stars out of 10 for your kindness, your honesty and integrity at this business!! read more

I took my car to Bob's when I couldn't go to my normal shop which had made me nervous at the time. However, upon retrieving my fixed car I came to learn they did a fantastic job. Not only did they repair the area of the damage from the accident that the car was in, but they also fixed a few minor scratches and dings in other areas of the car. I highly recommend going to Bob's - They made everything as easy as possible for me and the damage that was relatively extensive only took them a little over two weeks to complete. The car looks brand new! If you're in the Boston area and need repairs done, I would definitely look into these guys!!! read more

Repair (2/2): The request I had was for an extensive scratch at my front bumper's edge after I hit a pothole. They assessed it quickly, gave me a quote and once I made the appointment, had it done in 3 days. I did have to call near the promised completed time to make sure things are done but those are extremely minor "inconvenience". EDIT: forgot to add that the result of their repair was phenomenal! It looks as if nothing happened to the bumper. Service/cleanliness (2/2): Everyone at the shop is amazing. Calls occasionally does have issues of either one of us not being heard but once it got through, they were very easy to talk to and responsive. They answer questions clearly and explained things when certain portions of the quote/request were unclear. The place was also incredibly clean--"old-style" but it does exude warmth and friendliness! Price (0.5/1): While I'm not exactly sure what is the cheapest or going rate for my repair job is, I can say that they definitely DO NOT charge exorbitant prices. At best, it's the cheapest they can be. At worst, it's a very reasonable price for the service and quality of their work. read more

I can not say enough good things about Bob's Auto Body. After getting into an accident, Bob's was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Everyone is so patient and kind, as well as knowledgeable. I couldn't believe the amazing work they did on my car when I got it back. Thank you for such a great experience! read more

I took my 2018 Dodge Durango in for an insurance claim. Small dent on rear door. They handled all paperwork with the insurance company and had the car back to me in one day! (It really was a small dent) On top of all that, the door looks exactly the same as it did before the dent. I can't see any differences in color anywhere in any light. Will absolutely use their services again next time. (Although I hope there isn't a next time!) :) Thanks, Bob and John and team! read more

I've had work done here at Bob's twice with two separate vehicles. Both times, I received exceptional customer service as well as tremendous craftsmanship and quality of work. Insurance paperwork, rental set-up, etc. was all taken care of in-house by the team both times. Car was spotless on both occasions when I picked them up. The second visit was a bit more extensive and involved some further investigative expertise from Bob and his team due to awful work conducted at a different shop, out of state (long story). Bob and his team went out of their way to help identify the underlying issue and assist in resolving it. I stopped by the shop just before closing on a Thursday and Bob and John personally stopped what they were doing to help me identify the issue; it took some time, but they stayed well after closing to help me out. Once identified, he helped put me in touch with the right people to get it resolved. He followed up with me a few days later to find out if there was anything else he could do on his end. Great shop. Great team. Great work. Very satisfied customer. Hopefully, I will not need to return (in a good way), but if so, I will certainly be contacting Bob's again. read more

Brought my truck in for some minor work and was helped immediately. John took care of me in a quick fashion. The promised time was askew a little, but only because there was more body rot than originally anticipated. No worries. Recommend. read more

Everyone at Bob's is great. Their repairs are meticulous as is their office. Lori is wonderful. If you need body work, go there.

Brought my car in due to an accident. They were great. Even called my insurance to notify them of things missing off the initial inspection (that an appraiser did). Had my car done early and it was much cleaner than it went in! read more

Absolutely the BEST customer service in the business! I needed extensive repairs to my car. The entire rear end was smashed in. I found Bob's by doing a little research and am so glad I did. They handled ALL the insurance headaches, I didn't have to make a single phone call! I will forever bring any car I own to Bob's! Thank you all so much for your amazing service! read more

Immediate professional service! Conveniently located near the Wonderland T Station. I'll be back!

I had my car towed to Bob's Auto Body after an accident. I have been a loyal customer and have even referred him other clients. I have bought my cars to him several times before. I spoke to his manager John and we discussed that he would fix a scratch on my vehicle as well as the other damage that was caused by the accident. This is not the first time I was promised a scratch to be fixed and it never was done. I even called that week to make sure that the scratch on the vehicle would be fixed leaving the message with his sister/secretary. If I was aware that they were not going to include this in the job I would of definitely took my car somewhere else! Word of advice. Make sure you get everything in writing. Speak to Bob directly when you want your car fixed. John is not a man of his word! read more

After a fender bender, our ins. company said this shop was one of several they use for appraisals and work, so we took it in. Not only was the work done on time, but the shop also took care of getting the rental car there to pick us up and did any necessary paperwork. When we picked the car up, it was very nicely detailed and an additional spot of body damage was fixed. Then when we found a slight problem, they said bring the car in and they fixed it while we waited. Great work and friendly place! read more

Honest, caring, customer service friendly shop - I've used Bob's Auto Body in Revere on more than one occasion, and I have been completely satisfied. A pleasant experience every time. Detail job is like you are driving a brand new car! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

I brought my car to Bob's partly because it's close to my home, but mainly because of the great reviews. I have to agree with those reviews. Everyone there was kind and helpful. My car was rear-ended, and a few days later the muffler failed. I thought the muffler damage might have been caused by the accident, but I couldn't get anybody to confirm it. When I called Bob's they told me to come right in, As soon as I got there Brian stopped what he was doing to take a good look under my car (much more thorough than the appraiser). They made an appointment for me to bring the car in a few days later. They were very helpful with insurance and car-rental issues. Best of all, the car was done in less time than expected, and it looks better now than it did before the accident. read more

I had my car towed her after an accident because of the good reviews I saw on here. Needless to say what should of been at the most a two week job turned into 4 weeks. I received my car with the gas tank on zero (even thou it was full when I dropped it off), my car pulling to the right, and DIRTY UNIFORMS IN THE TRUNK!! When I called and spoke to John about the uniforms he said bring it in and we will take care of it. When I came in and asked for Bob the owner and John the manager, John looked at me and said e had never heard of this issue. What??!! When Bob came out to my car to see about the clothes, he just responded "things like this happen". He didn't even apologize for the horrid smell in the trunk cause by the clothes and preceded to tell me about a checklist they go thru. When I told him they obviously didn't do it he tried to say that he has nine employees and can't supervise them all. Instead of apologizing he made excuses as to why I shouldn't be mad. As for the pulling issue he says he can't get to it yet. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want the owner Bob and the manager John to look at you like your crazy. Extremely unprofessional. read more

Bobs Autobody is the best and my car and my husband and myself have always received excellent care when we have gone there. Sad to say between the two of us that has been about 5 times. Not all for accidents and certainly not all my fault. :). My husband had his motorcycle repainted there and it was perfection. I have had body work on my BMW done and it looks new. Bob, John and the lady at the front desk are kind friendly and fair. I used to shop around but not any more. Bobs is our Autobody shop. read more

My truck was struck in my driveway and was damaged as if I had been driving blindfolded and rammed into an 18 wheeler! Pretty much the entire driver side quarter was smashed and sticking out to the point it would probably scratch a car or knock someone over if I had driven next to anyone, but all that aside. Bob's Auto arranged to have my truck towed since it was not driveable, offered to have the rental ready for me, did the appraisal and repaired the truck in less than 3 weeks. I picked up my truck, it is absolutely beautiful. My truck is 7 years old and it was repaired and cleaned and I feel like I'm driving a brand new truck. I don't think my truck was this shiny and clean when I bought it. It's so awesome I have that new car fever where I don't want to park it near anyone or they might touch it! Needless to say, I'm extremely happy with the service and the friendly customer service. read more

On what was probably our coldest day of the year to date, I got a flat tire on my way to work. I was close to Bob's Auto Body Shop so I pulled up hoping they could help. Much to my surprise Bob said they would pull my truck right in and change the tire for me. While I waited I struck up conversation with the owner and found him to be very engaging. After we talked for awhile, he said my truck would be ready in a few minutes. About 5 mins later a technician pulled my truck out of the service bay. The tech came in handed me my keys and said I was all-set, I said I needed to settle up at the counter. I asked Bob how much I owed him and he said "no charge, we help people when we can." Now, I have AAA but didn't have an hour to set on the side of the road and wait, I was on my way to work and had a very important meeting to get to. Needless to say I was only late to work by 10 mins thanks to the customer service received. After work I opened my hatch to look at the flat tire and was blown away by the fact that they had wrapped the flat tire in plastic to protect the truck and had marked to hole in the tire. They provide excellent customer service at Bob's and I'm going back for sure!!!! read more
