Fabio Gomes, owner of the shop, diagnosed my repair quickly and gave me a very fair price. He charged hundreds less than some of my local body shops. I haven't written a review on Yelp in awhile, but I recently saw the Fox 25 investigative report questioning their work and ethics. I brought my then 2018 Honda Civic ( I've since purchased a new car) in have a dent on my rear bumper fixed and I couldn't have had a more positive experience. The customer service provided by the owner Brian Harris was off the charts. This included quoting me a reasonable price and sticking to it. Brian himself drove me to pick up my rental car and the work on my Civic was done within a day. I also had my car detailed their as well and it looked brand new when it was completed. I can't speak highly enough about this shop and the staff. Fabio and Brian are stand up guys. They do amazing work and the customer service is the best. I was rear-ended in Boston and called ahead to see if they had any openings. Since I was able to drive my car I took it to the shop. I got a $195 groupon to get the front bumper fixed. The day I drop the car off I told the guy to make really sure they match the color. By the time I picked it up it was parked like under a tree. Looks like they were trying to hide the details they didn't fix. In fact, They didn't match the color and actually is darker than it was. They also didn't fix 2 scratches on the right and left side of the bumber. I told him to repaint it and he refused saying "it is what it is. What you wanna get for $195 groupon. And you know what? Get the fuck out of here and don't pay anything". Totally unacceptable their attitude. I ended up with a $195 charge redeemed groupon and still with the bumper to be fixed. I went here with a GroupOn to get my wheel repaired. I kept getting the run around on the repairs. A month goes by, and the wheel is still not done. I end up moving away from the area, and they we were supposed to mail me the wheel. Another month goes by, and I still don't have my wheel. I kept calling them, and they're blocking my calls. I went to Auto body Squad, the guy in charge. He greeted me very warmly and I was like wow he is the guy I can trust. I know since insurance company is giving the money- he will milk them very well. Long story short- all the way he was very dishonest, extremely rude. He did not fix the car as expected. Now I am at this point, feel like to sell my car because of his horrible job. I had purchased a groupon for the full bumper repaint. I dropped my Mercedes CLA which had been rear ended. Eric from auto body did an awesome job in repainting the bumber and made it look brand new. Mercedes benz had told me to replace the bumper but after dropping the car at Auto Body Squad it looks brand new and also saved me a lot of money. I used a Groupon for several scratches on my car, and they fixed those beautifully. But I was really impressed with how they fixed my back rear bumper, which was nearly demolished by a snow plow last winter. My car needed a front bumper repair. When I checked on yelp I saw great review so I stopped by. The owner Fabio was very nice and helpful when I called. I worked with a awesome person Brian Harris which made going there at ease. Not only was he straightforward and honest but offered to help put in a claim for me with my insurance so I didn't have to run around with my insurance and the body shop to arrange everything. The service and work was impressive . It looked like new and it didn't take too long to get my car back. I also got a detail of my car which was a bonus. I went there 2 years ago when my car was hit by a snow plow over night, and last week, when after 3 years I decided to have the scratches and pings that my car had accumulated taken out. This guy can't be trusted! Stay away from this body shop! I bought a $45 coupon on Groupon that says cover up to 5 scratches. I scheduled an appointment at 9am on Monday. My car is a brand new Mazda 3 in red color, and I have like few scratches on my front bumper. I just pointed at four visible scratches asking him if he could fix them. First, he said that I bought a wrong coupon, saying I should have gotten an $195 to paint the whole bumper. So he said he would try to make it look better. It turned out that he managed to make it looks worse than it was before. I will post some pictures to prove it. I got so mad when I saw my car. He said that nothing he could do. Your job is to fix the damage not to make the damage looks worse than it was before. He wasn't even touch up the others scratches. I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a $45 Groupon to fix the front bumper scratches. I made an early morning appointment at 8am. I showed up 5 min. after 8 and the door wasn't open yet so I stood outside for 5-10 min. Once I met the guy, he noticed the scratch and said it's too deep to cover it so he simply brought out his cup of touch-up paint and covered up the scratch. For less than $45, I could've bought a touch-up paint myself. This is the last time I buy a Groupon or any of these social media coupons related to auto repair. read more

I bought the full bumper repair Groupon package, and they did a horrible job. I was left with scratches near the bumper area. When I asked why all these scratches the manager said: "listen you bought a Groupon, so we didn't take your bumper out and did a full repair as we'd if you had paid the full price, instead we just painted the surface." I wasn't notified that they'd do a bare minimum job if I use Groupon, nor it wasn't mentioned in the Groupon's "fine print". After having some initial reservations (as I've always had my car to BMW dealership for everything), I finally took my BMW to them to refinish the front & rear bumpers. The job was done In just 2 days & My car looks brand new, the color match was perfect ( I had my own doubts if they'd match it to OEM color) & the paint job was impeccable. Bought a Groupon for "Repair up to five chips or scratches" on one car panel. I had just one small chip from a pebble that hit the roof of my car (not much of a chip, but I love the car). It was a tiny chip, about an eighth of an inch. When I brought the car in; I was told that I could not use the Groupon for this repair. I see from another review that I am not the only person who had this experience. If they weren't going to cover the tiny chip on my car, I find it difficult to understand what they actually would have covered. read more

Left my car for almost TWO months at autobody Squad and i got my car back with my seatbelt LOCKED, AIRBAG NOT WORKING, they changed a broken radiator with another BROKEN radiator, when changing the airbag they BROKE the connectors of the headlights so i had to pay an extra 100 bucks to buy new connectors, the hood and the fenders are NOT level, they HIT MY BUMPER (i got pictures), and a TERRIBLE painting they did on the grill! I also paid for half of the service and asked for a receipt and Fabio(owner) REFUSED to give me a receipt! The day after i had the accident i went to auto body squad and asked fabio how much would it be to fix my car and he told me around $4.500.. So i chose not not fix the car because it would not be worth.. But then Maicon, another guy from autobody squad went looking for parts of the car and he found all parts for $600 (radiator, hood, fenders, grilles, headlights and front bumper), so i talked to fabio again and he told me the service would be $1500.. So total $2100.. Now i wonder why was he charging me 2400(TWO THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS more that it would actually be..) I chose to do the service at autobody squad because the day i had the accident Maicon was at the scene and helped me so i thought why not? I've been to Auto Squad a couple of different times over the past year but recently read some real negative reviews lately. I've noticed that most complaints have something to do with groupons discounts. I've never used groupons so really don't have the same problem. My only comment about Fabio and the guys at Auto squad are all very positive interactions. A couple of weeks ago Fabio prepped and painted the side scoops on my mustang. He took the scoops and said come back in 4 days when I came back I waited in their waiting room until Fabio called me out to see the scoops painted and mounted on my car.
