They could have easily taken the shortcut, done the bare minimum, and I probably would not have known until I had a bigger issue later on. Instead, they made sure everything was done the right way. My car ended up needing a new door because simply replacing the side mirror would not have lined up properly and could have caused problems like rust down the road. They made sure the repair was done the way it should be, and when I got my car back, it looked brand new again. They also buffed out the whole car and cleaned the inside so well. With two kids, that is basically a miracle. My car has never looked that clean. I really appreciate their knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail. Eric came straight out, looked over what needed to be done (I also asked for some scratches to be buffed out) and gave me an estimate of time and price. The guys took my trim off whilst I waited, then I left to return a couple of weeks later to have the license plate and trim reattached, as well as scratches buffed out. Some of the scratches were pretty bad, but the staff warned me not to expect them to be perfectly removed, which was what I'd already suspected. For the price, they did a great job. Often times, I expect to be denigrated in one way or another (it's just my experience in life) when I seek service for my car, renovations to my house, etc... however, the staff at Mike's Auto Body have always been respectful toward me. Mike gave me the confidence to go back this time, so I assume the professional and respectful behaviour comes from the top down. I truly won't go anywhere else.
