And when I had a car accident in April with my 2014 Toyota Corolla I had an easy transition with scheduled time to bring my car in. Have taken my car here several times in the past year for body work and have been pleased with both the service and the staff. Both visits were for minor body scratches and both times I was seen on same day with no wait (compared to the "come back next week" off many shops), and had the same staff member, Mike, give my car a full and complete assessment and try several, less expensive methods of fixing the scratches before suggesting more expensive routes (e.g. cleaning up the area so damage was less visible before suggesting more extensive paint or a replacement). I was impressed by the fact that he seemed to only recommend what was absolutely necessary as well as his calm and personable demeanor - with other cars to work on and other things to do, he never made me feel rushed or like he wasn't 100% focused on answering my questions and coming up with a plan to repair the damage that both of us thought was fair and that I could live with. I've been to plenty of places where rude staff members appear as if they are doing you a favor by "allowing you" to have your vehicle serviced at their shop - wasn't the case here. Admittedly, I was so happy with the service that I tried to throw him a few extra dollars and he refused it, saying it would insult his honor and that he was merely happy to do the work and do it well. Given the rampant dishonesty in the auto repair industry and the fact that few people think twice about fleecing customers, it's not every day you find a shop with trustworthy and honest guys doing great work for a fair price. The owner and employees are NOT wearing masks. I would not risk your health or the health of a family member by going to this business. Remember, the mask is not protecting you, it is protecting the people around you. The communication, the service was simply horrific, they tell one thing and either don't do it or do something completely different. They left my car with a noise it never had and the guys response was "just deal with it? It's not that loud" then proceeded to tell me they ordered the part to fix it, wasted another day at that shop I pick up the car and noise still there....I asked him didn't he change the part? That's why I thought it back... Then he back peddled and said "oh nooo I didnt order a part".....hmmmm well honestly would never even bring this back here even if they did it for free. read more

I took my 2012 Mazda 3i 2.0 sedan here today and was very pleased with the result. I ran over a rock during the weekend. I deformed and scratched part of the frame underneath the passenger side left door so that it would not shut properly. The team at Western Ave Auto Body did a first-class job fixing the door, sanding the bottom, and reapplying paint to scratches in the area for an incredibly reasonable cost. The shop is very convenient for GE employees and others on Western Ave. I had no wait, dropped the car off before work, and picked it up when I returned at lunch. I could not have asked for a more honest assessment and estimate before the job, or quality finished product after. The entire team was helpful - this is a model shop and I recommend it to anyone in the area for body work - if I ever need more I will be sure to return! If there is nobody in the office up front, just poke your head into the main shop and ask to see someone - everyone is usually busy but the team will quickly take a look at any of your needs. read more
