I was rear-ended, and they were quick to fix it with OEM parts as a Tesla Certified repair center. I'm really happy with all the work they've done. Robbie and his father were very kind and supportive of all my anxiety throughout this process. They were more than patient enough to sit through and explain the appraisal process with me. They explained that any additional supplements for extra work would be provided under the direction-to-pay form I signed with them. They helped reassure me of any doubts regarding out-of-pocket expenses. Thank you all again for making this migraine disappear. They will scam every single cent out of you last time. I picked my car up from there. It had two flat tires and they had parked it out on the street and they tried to tell me that it was from me. Six or seven months later the paint on the repaired area started bubbling, and small dots appeared across the surface. That is not how a new bumper behaves. It is what happens when filler is used over an existing damaged panel. I brought the car back and they redid the work. The same bubbling and the same dots returned a few months later. Two attempts, the same failure both times. I will not be going back, and I do not believe I received the new bumper I paid for.

These guys clearly take pride in their work. You can tell right away this isn't just another detailing shop, they're passionate about what they do and it shows in every detail. The car came back looking better than new, with a level of finish and care that's hard to find. What I appreciate most is the consistency. A year after the ceramic coating, the car still holds up incredibly well, and their follow-up detail brought everything right back to that just-done look. They're professional, easy to work with, and they treat your car like it actually matters. If you're considering detailing or ceramic coating, don't overthink it, Q Car Care delivers.
