Had multiple reasons to not be satisfied from the brand new wheel plate scratched when I picked up my car to the worse one was where they provided green max tires but the written estimate was for General tires g- max tires. Good thing I looked at the tires and even then Travis and Adam said those are the right tires. Had a male afterwards to phone them afterwards to press them to honor the contract before finally they agreed to change it. Deceitful to try to pull off the two as the same brand. I Google searched "10 best Auto Detail places in Boston". This place came up as 6th. Why? Who in the world knows. It has taken me a month since my service to write this review, since I hate leaving negative reviews. But for the past month, every time I step foot in my car, I can't help but feel CHEATED. I'll start by saying, I'm sure they do great auto body work. That's what's in the name, and most of the reviews. So maybe it's my fault for expecting the detail service to be of the same standard. I paid $195 for my mini van to be DETAILED only to get my automobile back, with every single detail missing. There was no attention to detail at all. I chose the most expensive package, because I thought it meant the most extensive clean. They did not bother to clean 4 out of 6 of my cup holders. They did not clean any of the compartments in my center console. The storage compartments in the doors, the glove compartment, all left untouched. Crevices, nooks, or basically any even slightly difficult place to reach - left completely untouched. And it's not that they didn't wipe these cup holders and crevices and compartments down with product, THEY DIDN'T EVEN VACUUM THEM. They didn't even vacuum under the seats. But wait, they had a pre written paper for me to sign before the service. They had precontemplated set prices for different packages. Different levels of "clean" which had been thought of prior to my visit. So this means I was not their first rodeo, and detailing is a service they regularly offer. SO WHY DID MY CAR APPEAR TO BE THEIR VERY FIRST ATTEMPT AT A DETAIL JOB? Did the nook and crevice guy not come in to work that day and no one noticed? Did they not like me as a person? Did they just simply forget that my car was there to be cleaned? Who knows. The only reason I didn't return, right then and there is because I had somewhere to be. Later that night I rolled up my sleeves and cleaned my car my damn self. Over $200, factoring in the 2 ubers I had to take, for an OK car wash and mediocre carpet vacuuming. These guys are great. Just picked my car up a few days ago. I hit a pole coming out of a parking lot and damaged my driver's side door, mirror, and fender. 1. I tried 3 different places and they were the cheapest. 2. Friendly and helpful staff. 3. As a woman, you're used to people talking down to you or trying to up-sell and they didn't do that. 4. There was a tiny problem with the side-view mirror they installed and they got me in right away and offered a free rental if I had to leave my car again. It turned out it was a quick 15 minute fix and the guy from the rental car place waited with me until they finished in case I would need the car. 5. The car looks great! read more

We were rear-ended by a Commerce Insurance customer and dropped our forlorn Honda Accord off to Billy (rear light completely gone, muffler displaced half a foot, front hood bent upwards). We had initially tried to go to another close body shop that had more Yelp reviews (equally positive) but they weren't willing to take our car in for a week and two days! Billy was friendly and could take care of our car right away. He was sweet to give us ride back to our apartment and ten days later our car looks better than new. Webster was great at dealing with insurance to make sure the work was done properly and reimbursed (on a side note Commerce was good to deal with as well). What a fabulous shop! I was extremely bummed when my car got rear-ended, but the folks at Webster Auto Body did an excellent job and fixed my car right up. They were super easy to work with, helped me figure out how to work with the other guy's insurance company, and got my car looking good as new. They even cleaned my car inside and out (it's now brighter and shinier than it has been in about a year!), topped up the tires, and taught me how to tell how much to fill the tires in the future. I just had my '09 Toyota detailed by them in preparation for selling it, and this car LITERALLY looks like new - actually better than new! COME HERE!!! I went out on a limb and choose this place to get my passenger side doors replaced after a hit and run. One of the best "on a whim" decisions I've made. Their staff was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and HONEST. I got two used doors and you would never be able to tell because the paint job is one of the best i've gotten at an auto body. Before I was in another accident and got my car repaired somewhere else in Boston, and Webster Auto surpassed their work on my car with their paint job. I also got a much needed full car detailing and shampoo because my cloth seats were tormented by my careless spilling of drinks and my car looks and feels like it rolled off the lot yesterday! Awesome experience with Webster Auto Body. I needed some front bumper work done as a result of an accident so it went through an insurance claim for billing. The work only took one week to get done which was great but when I showed up to get the car my file was indicating that I had to pay my deductible which I was pretty sure I didn't. Jerry spent almost 20 minutes dialing two phones just to get a hold of someone at my insurance company and then he spent another 15 minutes explaining my situation to them and he got them to confirm the deductible was waived. Aside from the AMAZING customer service, the car looks absolutely beautiful and they cleaned the outside and inside of the car. It looks almost brand new. I was in a car accident on the Mass Pike all the way out in Charlton, MA and my car was not driveable and towed away to a local yard. The tow yard wanted me to drive all the way back out to Charlton from Somerville to release my car in person, which would have been a huge burden. But Webster stepped up and helped me coordinate with the tow yard so that they could go and have my car released for me and tow it back to Somerville. Incredibly helpful at every step, and very friendly and polite people to work with at the front desk. They did a great job repairing the extensive damage to my back and side panels as well as the suspension, wheels, and tires.
