I have unfortunately been in three accidents over the past year (2 hit and runs and got rear-ended once), and all three times I have taken my car in to Express Collision Center as the team does an amazing job. The first time I got hit, I chose Express Collision because of their partnership with Geico and proximity to where I live, and I was impressed with the quality of the work as well as the customer service. The team thoroughly answered any questions, communicated with Enterprise to get a rental dropped off for me around the drop off time so that I would have a car, and kept me updated on progress made towards fixing the car. Two weeks later, my car was fixed, and you couldn't even tell that the car had ever been in an accident. Not only did they fix the damaged parts, but they retouched the paint on scratches not related to the accident and also cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Great customer service overall! It is why I came back to them when I was hit twice more this year. I appreciate the consistency in the work they do, their dedication to customer satisfaction, and how they going above and beyond. My car had a hit and run accident, the mirror in the driver side was broken, the fender and the surface of the door on the driver side had serious damage. I received from the insurance a list of the autoshops in the area, and I decided to go and consult a few, among them Express Collision Center in Everett, MA. The service quality for the customers was very good and I was impressed and I decided to pick this one to service my car. Usually people choose their autoshop based on recommendations, but I had a gut instinct that this should be an excellent one. They fixed my car exceptionally well, the work was done for about 10 days, left the car on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday of the next week. They did a complementary tire rotation, also took care of a few scratches that were not part of the hit and run accident, therefore not covered by the insurance, and they also cleaned the car inside and outside. I had my car heavily damaged by a hit and run in a parking lot at the Mall. I contacted my insurance and reported the event. After some research and talking to friends, and getting recommendations from different places I decided to bring my car to Express Collision Center. I have a leased car and I had to make sure everything look perfect on the car. I saw some good and bad reviews yet as I checked other auto body shops I realized Express Collision had better reviews than the others, so I picked them. I was surprised by the customer service I received. I like to do business with people who assure me of things I have questions about and are prompt to demonstrate their willingness to help. I highly recommend Express Collision Center. I had an unusual requirement. The hood on a classic vehicle was damaged by a tool while in my garage causing a substantial dent and scratch to the hood center. I brought the hood only to the Express facility, as the engine is out of the vehicle for rebuild. I met with Luis, and he and his team developed a solution. 1. They would repair the dent. 2. Then lightly feather the paint at the perimeter edges. 3. Topcoat the hood complete. The ultimate challenge was matching the paint as the vehicle was older with no clear paint code. The Express team went to great lengths using digital equipment to dial in the paint color. Once back in our garage, the hood went back onto the vehicle and the result was a perfect match. I needed some extensive work done from a hit and run. My whole front bumper and drivers side corner panel was completely hanging off and needed a full replacement. I did a quick review of the list provided from Geico. Express Collision Center had some good reviews. Now I understand why. They did an amazing job. The car rental company met me there for my rental. The CEO Eder was great. They were quick it only took about a week for everything. Eders team kept me in the loop of the progress. When I got my truck back it looked brand new.
