Quick and friendly service when our front bumper and under splash guard needed new clips and to be aligned. Highly recommend.

I have literally never written a yelp review so quickly in my life, but this one really deserves it. My car got hit and run by a snow plow during the January snowstorm and Elite Body Works did an amazing job fixing it! Ken is very knowledgeable and just all around a kind person. Progressive tried to make me pay extra out of pocket for something really dumb and Ken was able to argue with them so I wouldn't have to pay it. On top of this, I came back to my wheels looking shiny new and my floor mats completely cleaned - totally didn't expect it and made my day! I would highly recommend this shop!! read more

Love this place -- Ken is honest and thorough and really looks out for his customers. So glad to have found it!

Really appreciated Ken. Was easy to call in and explain the problem and get a quick ballpark over the phone, which was really helpful and made me trust them over others. read more

Great service! Fast and friendly. Worked with the insurance company and made it super easy. Picked up my car and it looked great. They even washed it! read more

Amazing customer service. Set up an appt to replace my drive side mirror. I was able to get in and out quickly. I highly recommend this auto body shop. Very kind and helpful people. Thank you! read more

Honest, reliable and good quality work. I took two cars here and would return if needed.

Got a great price and my car was fixed quickly and looks OEM. Couldn't recommend more!

Ken was great to work with. Fixed our Subaru's front bumper quickly and easily and it looks great! I also appreciated that he was easy to get a hold of and responsive to our timeline despite any difficulties with our insurance. And they cleaned the car inside and out as a nice bonus! Highly recommend Elite! read more

Ken is awesome. Has done incredible work on my jeep grand Cherokee, BMW X5 and Range Rover Sport. Fast turnaround, extremely reasonable prices and never tries to "upsell!" read more

I read the great reviews about Ken and went to Elite to get an estimate for a dent/scrapes on my Odyssey. I had no idea that Ken would fix the dent and scrapes on the spot! I was expecting to get a quote for $1,000 but Ken inspected the dent and simply pounded it out, polished the scrapes, and charged me only $50! He's the guy for your auto body repairs. read more

I was corresponding with them to get my car repaired and then out of the blue after I provided all my information, they ignored me. I sent photos, my name, email, car vin, and now ghosted. This is sketchy. Also, I find it hard to believe they have ALL 5 star reviews. Don't trust this place. read more

Ken is kind, considerate, reasonable and pricing, and just an excellent and wise person all around. One could not do better.

Excellent service and quality work. Ken repaired the front end of my SUV and some areas that needed paint fixed. Thank you!

I was hit by a teen on a scooter who dented my fender and was not insured. I brought it here after going to two other places for an estimate, and Elite Body was more reasonable. He did a good job. I would recommend Elite Body and would go there again without hesitation. read more

Ken was amazing in helping me get the repairs done quickly which was so important to me and my family. I had a time crunch to get the car done, and He was honest about the fact that he could not start the work right away, offered to put me on the schedule for the following Monday, and recommended other shops to check out. I am so glad I booked the repairs with him as he not only got the work done quickly but amazingly. He calmly took care of insurance snafus, did amazing work, and was so responsive to any question, including about the rental car and its electronics. The car looks better than ever. I recommend him unequivocally. read more

Thanks for the recommendations and prompt assistance on some bumper damage

Ken, the owner and manager, is a gem. My wife and I had damage to our new Toyota Venza, and Ken made it a seamless experience. We could not have asked for more. read more

I can't recommend this outfit highly enough. Ken is what everyone here says he is. My own mechanic from West Cork Auto in JP recommended him and then I read all the reviews. They're true. I found not just Ken but the whole team here to be easy and focused on top quality service. They really care about their clients. 1. When I realized I needed a rental, they drove me to Enterprise. 2. Ken called me with daily updates to let me know what was happening since the adjuster from my insurance company needed to re-appraise the job based on deeper damage that Ken identified and my insurance company missed. 3. Ken also worked with the quote from the insurance company and assured me that I wouldn't pay another dime...it would come from insurance. 4. Ken helped me see that it might be time to go with another insurance provider. And he made some helpful recommendations. 5. They detail your car for you as a free included service...inside and out. That was a nice touch. read more

Ken's reputation is earned. While I regret busting up a car (and not even mine!), my experience at Elite Body Works was so positive that I almost don't mind anymore. Ken was fair, set expectations, offered a reliable time estimate and did really stellar work. I couldn't be happier. A real gem! read more

I came here today to get my side mirror fixed, it just popped out a bit but I was unable to put it back in and thought maybe there was more damage. Ken took a look and fixed it in 5 mins. Amazing service and a wonderful guy! If I ever need any additional work I know where to come. read more

Picked my car up (it took about 3 days to complete the repair) and it looks amazing! You definitely wouldn't know how bad it looked just a week ago. They also cleaned the inside of my car which was a pleasant surprise. The repair came in slightly under the quoted price too. Would highly recommend Ken and the rest of the team at Elite. They're honest, quick, professional, reasonably priced, and do great work. read more

Ken is the guy you want to see when you have any body damage on your car. He is fair and honest - something that is often hard to find when dealing with automotive issues. read more

My best experience yet with any auto related service. Ken is friendly, knowledgeable and he isn't out to screw you. Job was done in a day and the quality of the body work excellent. Highly recommend. read more

Seems like an absolutely great shop. Met with Ken this morning, he stopped everything he was doing to take a look at our convertible. I've dealt with a number of body shops in Boston, from Dorchester to Eastie. I'll be back to Elite Body Works if/when I need collision repair again. read more

My car was rear-ended recently. I brought the vehicle in to Ken for a free estimate, and he was incredibly thorough in evaluating any and all damage. He went beyond my expectations in also explaining to my fiance and me the damage he identified. He laid out multiple options for replacements/repairs of parts and helped summarize the pros/cons of each option. Although we did not end up using his service (due to unique logistical reasons unrelated to Ken or his business), we were incredibly impressed with his honesty and patience in helping us through the stressful situation. He will definitely be our first stop, in case we ever need help again in the future. read more

My car was hit and run on a parking lot and suffered minor bumper dent. We went to other body shops and was quoted for hundreds of dollars to fix the bumper. Ken immediately took care of it and even gave a nice paint finish for free. Very thankful of Ken's kindness and we absolutely will come back here if needed. Highly recommend! read more

Props to this establishment for their honesty. The gentleman that I met with took less than 5 minutes to not only give me a quote, but to say that for my purposes, I should look elsewhere. This is the find of place that I would trust and over pay for read more

EXCELLENT work. I had to have my entire rear quarter replaced on my "cranberry" Grand Prix, and upon getting it back, it looks brand spankin' new! The paint job is unreal! Ken and his staff are super friendly, even when I was calling every other day to check in, I never picked up any hint of annoyance...which is much appreciated =). They started working on my car as soon as it was in the shop, it didn't sit around waiting for repair. Ken is up front and clear about what he's doing. There was a repair that my insurance company recommended that wasn't really feasible, and Ken explained that to me and took care of making that change to the estimate with the insurance co. Bonus, they give a basic detailing to your interior! This was a very pleasant surprise when I got the car back. I couldn't wait to return my stupid rental and drive my fresh, new feeling car. I am very, very pleased with the work done here, and should I need similar service in the future, I'll return. I definitely recommend Elite! read more

If you don't try another body shop first, you may not realize how good Ken is. His quote was a third lower, and he was much, much nicer, than the other shop I went to. He did an amazing job on my Kia Soul. He obviously sees body repair as an art and his work bears that out. I don't want to have another accident, but if I do, I know where I'll go. read more

I brought my honda CRV in to see if I could just have two scratches repaired. The last auto body shop I went to said there was no way they could do the scratch on the hood without painting the whole hood. They quoted me $600 for the hood scratch and another on the driver side door. At Elite, Ken said he would do the scratches and recommended that I get the touch up paint from the dealer ($7) so it would be an exact match and I wouldn't have to pay Ken to mix it. I got the paint. I dropped the car. The scratches are gone and sealed. Ken asked for $50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ken is kind, does what the customer asks, and excellent at his craft, Ill be going back and recommending him! Truly a class act! read more

There's a reason why Elite gets all these 5 star ratings. They were personable, explained the job, cooperated with insurance, and most importantly, did great work. At pick up, they had thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out, did touch ups (not included in the job), and repaired mistakes made by the shop up the street on a previous job (at no additional charge). Don't let the building's aged exterior and 1980s signage detour you! PERK - Enterprise auto rental is a 2 minute walk up Washington St. if you need a rental while work is being done. read more

Great experience! A tree fell on my car (thanks, snow) and shattered the windshield and dented it pretty badly. My insurance totaled the car, but I wanted someone to fix it enough to make it safe to drive for the next few months. With a little creativity, Ken figured out how to get it done - within 24 hours! He was honest and fair and the price was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend Elite Body Works. read more

I had a great experience working with Ken at Elite Body Works. He explained everything clearly to me, he works well with insurance companies, and he got my car in quickly for repair. When it appeared my car needed additional work, he worked with the insurance company for prompt adjustment and made a special push to get my car fixed and back to me in record time. The car was clean and the repair was beautiful. I really appreciated his quality work and customer friendliness. I highly recommend him and though I hope I never have to go back, he's the place I will go if I have to. read more

Ken responded quickly and clearly, understood my specific need, and was willing to provide as much useful information as possible without a trip to his shop. For idiosyncratic reasons of my own, it turns out I did not NEED any repairs after all. If I had, I definitely would have gone to him, and when I DO need a repair shop his is the one I'll use without hesitation. read more

I'm shocked that it's possible for everyone to have a 5-star experience at an auto shop... but apparently it is. I dropped by the other morning to ask about pieces of plastic that appeared to be broken hanging down off my car. The gentleman I spoke with immediately jumped up, came outside, looked at my car, ran back in, returned with small plastic "pins," and pinned the pieces of plastic back up. When I asked how much I owed him, he waved me off. I was in and out in 10 minutes, with the issue 100% resolved and all my money still in my pocket. I'll be back when the need arises!! read more

This place is great, all the 5 star reviews are true. Took about 10 days to fix some damage to my rear quarter panel/bumper. Geico tried to get the shop to fix it on the cheap, but Ken wouldn't do it unless it was done correctly. Highly recommend this shop and will be returning in the future for sure. read more

Honestly, the owner Ken, is one of the best. My husband stopped by earlier this week regarding an issue with the trunk of our car. Our car had been hit in the parking lot which led to the trunk being banged up and impossible to shut. Ken inspected the car and took only a few minutes to fix the trunk without charge when other bodyshop reps had told us that our only option was to replace it. We are so grateful! We are definitely bringing all our future auto needs to you. Thank you, Ken! read more
