They assessed it quickly, gave me a quote and once I made the appointment, had it done in 3 days. I did have to call near the promised completed time to make sure things are done but those are extremely minor "inconvenience". EDIT: forgot to add that the result of their repair was phenomenal! It looks as if nothing happened to the bumper. Service/cleanliness (2/2): Everyone at the shop is amazing. Calls occasionally does have issues of either one of us not being heard but once it got through, they were very easy to talk to and responsive. They answer questions clearly and explained things when certain portions of the quote/request were unclear. The place was also incredibly clean--"old-style" but it does exude warmth and friendliness! Price (0.5/1): While I'm not exactly sure what is the cheapest or going rate for my repair job is, I can say that they definitely DO NOT charge exorbitant prices. At best, it's the cheapest they can be. At worst, it's a very reasonable price for the service and quality of their work.

I highly recommend them for their honesty, quality, and fast turnaround. _______________________________ In January 2024, I was T-boned on the highway after another driver hit a patch of ice and spun out while merging, leaving my truck with significant damage. After filing a claim with my insurance, they recommended a few shops, and I chose Atlas Auto Body in Revere based on their great reviews and convenient location. From the moment I reached out, the experience was incredibly smooth. They got my truck (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) in right away and handled everything from the assessment to the insurance paperwork without me needing to lift a finger. During the initial inspection, they were extremely meticulous, pointing out damage I hadn't even noticed to ensure everything would be addressed. Greg was especially communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. The repairs were flawless. My truck looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. They also detailed the interior, which was in rough shape when I brought it in, and I really appreciated that extra effort since it wasn't something they were required to do. While cleaning, they found my lost wallet, which I thought was long gone, proving just how thorough they were. While I can't speak to cost or value since everything was covered by insurance, I was impressed to see that they sourced OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts for the majority of replacements-especially for the body panels, doors, and other visible areas. It gave me confidence that my truck was truly restored to its original state, which hasn't always been my experience at other shops where aftermarket parts can compromise quality or appearance. Atlas took great care of my vehicle, completed the work quickly, and made the entire process stress-free. Hopefully I won't need autobody work again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll absolutely be going back to Atlas.

The damage was significant, and European Collision did an excuciatingly detailed assessment of the damage to make sure that it was worth repairing. Fortunately the frame and the computer were not damaged, but the entire rear part of the vehicle, both body and electronics needed to be replaced in its entirely. I received my vehicle back a week ago and you'd never know that it had been in an accident. I can't speak highly enough of the work that European Collision Works did on my vehicle. In all fairness I did get hit 2 weeks prior and just hadnt had time to get to a body shop to get the work done so maybe it was a sign from Auto Body gods... :-) So I walked in off the street and the place was jammin with people working away but I was greeted by one of the owners, Danny, who asked how he could help me. We sat down and talked for a few mins in his office while he gathered some paperwork. We walked out to the truck and he explained what needed to be done and assured me they would have my truck looking like the accident never happened. We went back into his office and he called the insurance company to engage with them and also called a rental car company for me. I'm withholding their shameless plug because they stuck me in a mini van when they had 3 nissan type cars that couldnt be leased because they "needed to be cleaned". Very disappointed. So back to Commonwealth... Danny completely took care of getting me in a rental without any effort on my part. They were also great at managing my expectations on when my truck would be finished and most importantly, they truck looked great when they were finished. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Auto Body to anyone who wants qualify work done all while dealing with an honest/hard-working family business. #SupportLocalBusiness
