I would not recommend anyone coming here to buy a car. They practice tactics that I personally find unethical. For example: I see a great used car at a great price on the Honda North Website. I confirm its availability and head up there to check it out. When I get there I am informed that the vehicle just sold, but they have another of the same model even better but of course it's $5k more. So against my better judgement I decide to check it out. It's clean and the salesperson repeatedly tells me that its a Honda certified pre-owned vehicle so I will get a great extended warranty. So we sit down and I ask him what his best price is and he explains that because it's a certified car he cannot do anything on the price - not even a dime off. So again against my better judgment I decide to buy the car. As the sales person writes up the paperwork he suddenly tells me that there is a recall on the vehicle and because of that it cannot be sold as a Certified Pre-owned car but dont worry he will take care of me regarding the warranty. Great. We finish the paperwork and I head into the sales managers office to complete the sale. That's when I noticed that there was $2200 added to the price. When I questioned this the sales manager told me very rudely that of course there is $2200 added - you didn't expect to get that warranty for free! I told him I negotiated on a Certified car with a warranty and I should get that warranty as it was no fault of mine - but to no avail. I walked out of there angry at myself for letting me be manipulated this way by a shady dealer. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE! read more

MUST DEAL WITH ZACK HICHAM IN SALES!!! I have been involved in too many car negotiations to count. Whether it is for myself, a family member or a friend I seem to get involved. Sure there is a bit of back and forth, that is the nature of the beast. Honda North is an employee owned dealership. What does that mean? Each person that works there has a vested interest in the success of the business. How does that benefit you? Honestly, it doesn't always because your deal is based off your salesperson, the volume of cars sold for the day/month, incentives offered by Honda of North America and a whole slew of other factors. So in theory it is no different that a non employee owned dealership in that they want to keep as much money on their side of the table and you want to keep the most on your side. That is where Zack Hicham comes into play. Hands down the absolute best salesman I have EVER had the pleasure to deal with. There is absolutely ZERO BS with him and the services that he personally provides are above and beyond. On one of the sales I was involved with the vehicle was being plated in NH. This is not an easy feat even though the state is supposed to be "Live Free or Die." Tons of red tape. Zack went up to New Hampshire on his time to complete the necessary paperwork to get the car ready for registration and delivery. The inventory is cast at the physical dealership and they also have a satellite lot in Rowley that they are able to grab inventory from if needed. On Saturday, December 12, 2015, my mom brought her 2014 CR-V in for service. They have a courtesy shuttle that took her home as they don't offer loaner cars. By the time she got back into her home she had a message on her answering machine to call the dealership or talk to someone when she went to pickup the car as she might qualify for a new vehicle for the same or less money. Not believing this to be true she called me and asked me to give them a call to "verify" the claim. I called Zack directly and within 20'minutes and a few text messages we were all set. Car was sold now it was just a matter of a test drive of the new 2016 CR-V Touring and color selection. I met my mom down there as they sent the shuttle back to her house to pick her up and she was already sitting in a dealer plated demo waiting for the test drive. Zack put us on the road without a dealer representative and told us to come back in about an hour. Go for a good solid test drive were his words. We did and as the sun went down this afternoon around 4:00pm Zack had gone up to Rowley as the color my mom wanted was not on the main lot, had it prepared for delivery, swapped the plates, had interior protection applied to the seats and waived the fees on her old car that had a bill for a few hundred dollars. As we shook hands he told us this was his 4th sale of the day. He works the hours he needs to service his 1000's of customers. A top notched dealership with a class act salesman. Mention my Yelp review when scheduling an appointment with Zack via the dealership. Thanks and happy and safe driving. read more

I brought my 2013 Honda Civic in two days ago for brakes to be repaired. I also mentioned that there was some noise coming from the back of the car $900 one entire day very bad service. The brakes are actually better what they failed to recognize was the fact that I needed a wheelbarrow head on the mechanic sound just by listening to the car, they said that they had tester of the car that's not true if they did an awful awful awful service I've spent almost $4000 this year on two different cars I CRV and the civic I'll never go back there again terrible and they don't answer the phone which honestly I get that people don't have help but when I spend $900 you d will answer the damn phone. If I could give a zero that would be more appropriate for the experience I recently had at Honda North! I had an outstanding recall and was finally contacted in November to tell me the parts were in and an appointment was made for December 5 for the recall and that a loaner would be provided. When I arrived I was informed that there were no loaners available and that it would probably be a couple of hours before a loaner would be available. I live over 30 miles away and had to be at work so I had to call and tell them I would not be able to come in. A loaner was finally available at 11:30 at that time I was informed that it would probably be best to leave the vehicle overnight and to return the next day. When I arrived the next day, the car had not even been touched and was advised I could keep the loaner. I would not be able to pick the car up until monday morning since I was working when the car was finally available to be picked up at 5:45 on Friday evening and they were closing at 6pm. I am grateful however that they allowed me to keep the loaner until Monday morning. However when I went to pick up the vehicle it was covered in some black tree sap and I had to wait another 45 minutes to have them remove the sap. So finally on the 5th day I went on my way and I will never go back to this dealership read more

I had a great experience at Honda north. I saw a 2017 civic for sale on cargurus. I called on a Saturday and was able to come in same day to see the car (this was when covid restrictionists were stricter) which Impressed me because most dealerships didn't have appointments to view cars for days sometimes up to a week. Anyway. I get to Honda north with my husband and I am greeted by Eddie. He asked us to sit down inside and wait for the car to be pulled up. The test drive was nice, the car was in pristine condition. Eddie even showed me some of the features of the car which was nice! I decided I wanted the car. The negotiating and trade in process went smoother than i had expected it to go. I was able to pick up my car 2 days later, when I picked up the car, the cup holder in the middle console wasn't staying in place. Before I was able to drive off Eddie came to my car quickly and gave me a new cup holder and showed me how to put it into the console. The entire car buying process was great. And I definitely recommend that you go see Eddie! read more

If I could give honda north a zero that would be a blessing for them. -5 is more like it. Do not waste your time with them. They will screw you. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have been here over 3 times in the last week all because they cannot follow directions. I came in last week for an oil change and tire rotation (one which they owed to me for not doing it the two times i was there before but could try and rip me off of a battery) different story though. I left upset but was promised another free oil change and tire rotation.. only to have to return two days later because what i assumed was oil was leaking and causing a burning smell from my car.... take it in for them to tell me my transmission is now leaking (which it was not prior), i explain to them i work and cannot hangout all day and they offered me a rental free of charge for a day, but explained it's all they could do because "they'll have my car for a week, so i'll have to pay $40 a day for additional days" They call me and tell me it's it a leak but a screw that was loose causing transmission fluid to leak, kind of weird CONSIDERING MY TRANSMISSION SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED!!! I ask them to please rotate my tires and replace the air cap on one of them that went missing after my second oil change here... grab my car to see that the cap is still missing and while my car is there they try selling me tires and transmission maintenance. Go back in grab a cap and replace it myself, leave only to see now my tire pressure light is on, call and get transferred to voicemail (as always) come back have someone "recalibrate it and check pressure" all is good at this point so i think. I go to work and notice that when i hit any small bump in the road there is a dragging sound. Look under my car and they never bothered to screw my plate back on for under the car or if they did they did a pretty horrible job. So i call them, voice mail... they don't call back. I call again in the morning tell them i'm coming and why. They assure me no wait. I get here sit here for 30 min with my car outside "because they're busy" though this is their screw up what is it a total of 5 min to screw it badk on???? Contact sales to speak with service manager they tell me there's a long wait, again i was told i wouldn't have to and one would think i shouldn't since this is they're doing.... They take my car to another garage and say they'll do me out of here. Well this whole time i've been writing this no one has come over to apologize or explain anything. I will never ever ever come back here again. I'm so done. I contacted Honda Corporate and filed a complaint.... They lost my business and ruined my experience as a honda owner, i'll get my oil changed somewhere else and take my car to more reliable, customer service savvy places. Don't shop here, don't get service here, it is not worth your time, money or patience. You deserve better as do I. read more

Great people skills I got attended right away. I didn't find what I was looking for, but it was good service on there behalf

Honda North is my favorite dealer. I had an appointment for a full Multi point inspection & Oil Change. I specifically told them to check the car complete because I being very busy at work so I was worried about the safety of the car. Unfortunately the mechanic forgot to check the fluids and the washing fluid was empty. I'm glad it was just the washing fluids and not the brakes fluid because I could get involved in a accident with my family for a very simple mistake. If I could select 0 stars I would. Myparents who are 75 bought a Ridgeline from Honda North and have been treated with the most disrespect . The sales guy who sold them the vehicle is a complete liar and shame on him. There was a rip in the seat and he tried to blame my dad when my mom had pictures from before they went to pick it up and again after returning home with it and then noticing a big rip in the back seat. He told them the guy who fixes the tears had a broken arm and wasn't able to fix the rip but he could bring it back in after arguing with my mom. My dad brought the vehicle in a couple days later and the service guy did not have a broken arm. On the way to help me his daughter move his tire blew out on the highway. My mom called and the sales guy told her to go look for Black Friday deals for tires! My dad got the vehicle less than 2 weeks ago. Out of good faith they should have given him a tire at least for all the trouble he has had already. So he went out on his birthday and bought a new tire and had to pay $250 to have it put on. My dad is a veteran and my parents are old. It's a shame they were treated so horrible. I heard the sales guy on the phone arguing with my mother about tires. We would not go back to this dealership I have no idea how it won so many awards. Shame on that sales guy. read more

The crew at Honda North were amazing and super nice! I brought my Honda to have the battery changed and they did it in less than 20 minutes I was so surprised! Ozzy (sales) and Stephanie (finance) at Honda North swindled my husband and me. They rushed us to sign all the paperwork and included three kinds of extra warranties that they never explained or gave us literature - just slapped it into the payment plans. We never received a copy of any of our signed documentation. They didn't know what to do with our registration renewal which I've now had to pay nearly $100 to have taken care of when I know it's all included in my payment. They left us high and dry to deal with all of us. The only redeeming person at Honda North in my opinion is Jameel. He is helping to make this situation right but no one would have cared if I didn't call and start asking questions. Very unprofessional! And, to think they say they are "haggle and hassle" free. They sent me a survey from dealership that would not take me to correct page to fill out. When I opened it it said "thank you" like I already filled it out. But it's not surprising they are so manipulating and shady. I started reading other reviews and was blown away by the negativity. I always loved going there, I leased 5 cars from them. The last one, big mistake. Just be careful going in there. Some of the salesmen will lie to your face, and screw you over without any hesitation. I actually felt hurt, they say loyal customers are what they want. Start being loyal. Even guy in business office lied to me and charged me more than original quote price. Then they gave me a car I didn't even test drive. I was under the impression that was what I was getting. Wish I never drove off lot, but I didn't catch it until I was on highway heading home. I took my 2007 Honda element there due to the alarm continually going off they kept it for six days and only worked on it for an hour at least that's what they stated. They never fixed the issue and charged me for the hour of diagnostic work and supposedly another hour that they gave me for free...supposedly. They wanted need to approve another five hours of diagnostic time which would've been over $500 I could put a brand new alarm in the car for $500. So I picked the car up after six days of nothing being fixed. my alarm is still going off every time I try to get in the car and drive down the street with my alarm going off, still.... As I went to the Honda element owners website there are many people that stated that they have had problems with this particular alarm system KARR. I also saw reviews from Toyota and other Honda models that had problems with this particular alarm as well. The service person stated he has not seen any problems with the alarms with the Honda element in particular. But as I reviewed more and more about this particular alarm online there are lots of blogs talking about how this system has issues and once it starts to go bad the best thing to do is disconnect it or replace it. The service person told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that he saw no problems with the alarms, and that this dealership was one of the best in the nation. As well I asked him to fix The hood pull switch handle which had broken off and he didn't even fix that even with a direct request to replace it. I called Kelly Honda and talked to a service person there who knew The systems have had some problems and told me they could help me. Dont go to this dealership for service this is the third time that I went to them and they seem to always have some kind of issue not fixing the issues you ask them to fix. Six days without a car and they couldn't turn the alarm off. Always some story that they couldn't get it done... I asked him just to disconnect the alarm he refused. My Honda dealership in San Diego was stellar compared to this one, the rating of five stars is bullshit. Maybe that's for selling cars but forget it if you wanna get any service for the car that you bought. No apology on the way out, like... sorry sir that we couldn't fix your vehicle. Horrible service read more

Dishonest service center. I brought my Honda in for an oil change. The advisor suggested rotating the tires too and said it'd cost about $10. Turns out they charged me for the tire rotation ($25, not $10) and I know for a fact that they didn't do it because: (1) I've had a slow leak in driver rear tire and that same tire (and location) showed up again as low on the drive home from the service center, (2) their report said all tires were at 35 psi (when I got home - the slow leak tire was at 25 psi and the others were 31-32 psi), and (3) they did not use the lug nut locking key to remove the tires. I don't believe they'd think I'd notice that they skipped it. I contacted their service center and explained how I knew, she acknowledged that what I said made sense and a manager would call back. No one did. A few days later, I wrote an email to the service manager (sbouschie@iclautos.com) and again, no response. I've notified my credit card company of the partial service provided and asked for them to remove the $25 charge. My expectation was that Honda North would do it first. Stay away from this place. They're not to be trusted. You can do better elsewhere and not be treated this way. read more

Fantastic service and price. Short wait times for oil changes on any typical weekday if you schedule an appointment.

Beware of this dealership, you have to make sure that the "Certified" vehicle you're purchasing at a Honda dealership has actually been serviced ! Worst experience ever! My wife always buys her cars new from KIA on her third lease never had any issues but of course my first time buying something for myself I decide to go Pre-Owned "Certified Honda" because why not right? I bought an 2018 accord with 28k miles on it but not even a month of the purchase date there's been so many issues... First off car was delivered dirty with paint dots on headlights still, which is used to distinguish inventory. Stains on the interior seat which I got out myself with a cleaning machine at home. Original wiper blades that were non-useable screeching across the glass and a cabin air filter filled with acorns and leaves that was NEVER replaced giving a mildew smell inside the vehicle. Looking under hood to find oil leaks and rusted clamps and parts all over the engine bay. Doesn't even have an oil change sticker on the window to know if it was even done or when the next one is due. Calling to speak to service manger to be told he's in a meeting and for me to drive back up to the dealership 2 hours away. Not even comfortable with them working on the vehicle after selling to me in the condition it's in.... Feels to me like they never even service or touched the vehicle at all... selling "Certified" UNTOUCHED vehicles. read more

Sold us an extended warranty on the premise that it would transfer to another dealer. Nope.

I bought a 2016 Honda Civic in March of 2016. My warranty is up so I started doing my own oil changes, but all other work I've been going through the Honda North Service center. The service was great, pricey, but it's expected for a dealer right? So I have a service in December where they need to replace a transmission sensor. I get the car back, everything seems great, and then I go to do my oil last week and I notice that the oil splash guard is missing. I immediately contacts Honda North and they have me come in. As soon as I get there the rep begins telling me they won't give me a free part that I can't prove that it didn't fall off while I was driving... I told him if it fell off there would be damage, right? After arguing with the guy to even look at the car, he finally does, admits that it definitely didn't get ripped off, and says a manager will call me back in 1-2 days. 3 days later the same guy calls me back and says that they're willing to pay for half of the part and I have to install it myself. Really?! When I asked for a manager he said he'd get back to me. Before this weekend I would have told anyone that this is the best dealer I have ever been to. Even when they lost my part, if they had done the right thing I would have continued to do business at this place. I have spent a couple $1000 in service over the last 3 years, not to mention a brand new car, and they are screwing over a customer over $160. Unbelievable. read more

How on earth is this a normal business practice? Why wouldn't the person who made an appointment with me tell me that! I would have come in that day. HORRENDOUS SALESPEOPLE - DO NOT BUY FROM HONDA NORTH - wish I could give ZERO stars. I did all of the leg work on my end. Researched a car I wanted to test drive that was on the Honda North website. Got a call from Oleg Tsaruk on a Sat. He said that car was at a NH dealership of theirs and he could have it sent down on Monday. We scheduled an appt for a test drive Mon at 5:45. I was at the appt. 5 mins early. Person at the front desk had NO IDEA who Oleg was. I had to wait for 30 mins for them to figure it out. Test drove the car and went to discuss price only to learn they never sent the car down from NH and this one was way more expensive. Kept me there 2 hours with my sick mother with me (which I explained I couldnt' do to the salesperson) and gave me ridicukous prices. When I pulled up the kelly blue book info on what a fair price was, they said that the consumer interface for that is wrong - which is a lie. Also - I drove in with no issues with my car and they looked at it for the trade in and somehow I left with a "check emissions" light on which they claimed was the reason they couldn't give me a fair price for my trade in. THEN the next day Oleg called me to tell me about more cars. He had no clue what had happened and when I told him he couldn't answer any questions on why things go messed up and then yelled at me saying it was my fault that I didn't confirm the appt. even though I have a text from him re: the appt and me confirming. My girl friend purchased her Honda CRV touring at Honda North. She has had it serviced there all the time. During the cold period of 2022, I brought her car there, parked it at the service door (just a few cars there), let the engine cool down and opened the hood and took the coolant cap off. I asked one the the service people if they could draw a small amount of water in the radiator and check if there was enough antifreeze. He told me that it would cost $165.00 dollars. $165.00 dollars for 20 seconds. I went and punched a tester and checked it myself. We were just there today. I had looked at the engine and noticed that when they serviced the car there was a screw missing on the cover for the engine air filter. there are four screws, one was missing. I asked the service man and he told me to go to the parts Dept and get one. I assumed they were giving me one because they had forgotten to put the fourth one back in when they serviced the car. The parts man gave me the screw and a bill for $7.02 and told me that I can pay the lady at the cashier counter. I took the bill and paid for the screw. I will be purchasing a new 2024 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid when they come out. Guess where I won't be purchasing the new Honda!! read more

Stopped by Honda North to look at a used car. Did not end up test driving because they told me the price online is the final price and it's not negotiable. That part I totally understand, no biggie, I'll just keep searching for the car that fits my budget. The salesperson, Ed, was super nice until I mentioned the word "negotiate". He was triggered and his attitude completely changed. He gave me a whole rant about how they don't go back and forth so that I can bring the number to another dealer and etc. Granted this is a used car so it's harder to find a comparable one, but anyway, I digress. Then he was running the numbers on the theoretical monthly payment, he asked me how many months I would finance it for. I told him 36 months and he questioned, "Are you sure? Your monthly payments are going to be really high. Don't come back and tell me you can't make those payments." His tone and attitude was off-putting and he could've definitely phrased it better. YES, I'm a grown adult and this is the decision I'm making! Would I come back? Most likely not. If I did I would ask for a different salesperson. I would recommend this place if you saw the price online and was ready to pay that, but if you're looking to do any negotiating, go elsewhere. Please, FOR YOUR SAFETY STAY AWAY. I had no choice but to stop here as it was my closest dealership. I had a bunch of errors and my brake system light came on. This is a review for service. Tom G. I understand honda north response to my feedback. I have never written a complaint online about any company this was my first. I also understand that Honda like any other business will do or say what they have to say to protect their image. I've been a life long honda person I've always bought brand new Hondas. so for the fact this happened at at my favorite Honda dealer saddens me. so regarding the 80 year old man prior to him coming out there was another person in that area he asked me to get the key I explained to him I had a lot of belongings in my car it would be easier if I kept it there since it was slow so I could transfer my belongings to the rental car. by the way I've done this the same way every time I bring my car for service never an issue. after I went in to see if there was a free service person. one person was almost done so I went back outside to make sure I wasn't blocking anyone. then comes out the 80 year old man he was trying to do his job. he kept saying give me the key I'm moving it right now. I had a conversation with him that's all no vulgar language or anything. he was just mad because I wouldn't give him the key. with the other employee said I could park it there. finally he said ya it's ok just move it over a little it's not a problem. then enters the service employee that I had the issue with. this was a simple Conversation that turned into what it did. I'm deeply sadned by the events that took place. especially at the time at my favorite Honda. I will not be buying anymore cars from Honda and will be bringing my business to another brand that this type of event doesn't happen read more

I will never come back here again. This was truly the WORST possible experience I've had at a car dealership. They don't care about the customer, they just tell you whatever you want in order to get a deal. Not only this but the finance guy, Jamal or something like that was a total asshole. You're doing no one a favor, you're doing your job and clicking a button, let's be real here. I leased a new car a few months ago when I returned my old car. The deal was that they were to waive the excess miles, wear and tear, and the turn in fee. Two of those things were done, the excess miles and taxes were not, which was a total of $944. My Honda financial account was past due now because of their ignorance. My fiance had to call and speak to the sales manager. He had Honda Financial on the phone supposedly and gave them a card number to pay the balance. I will call back tomorrow to make sure they actually received it, but this isn't even the point now. Since they failed to do their part, Honda now made a remark that I fell behind on a payment which is now negatively affecting my credit score. I have to call Honda back and I'm going to tell them to remove it because this dealership sucks and if they have any questions they can speak to these morons directly. It isn't my fault you people didn't go through with your word. I will never recommend this place to any of my family and friends. There are too many Honda dealerships to put up with this bullshit. read more

"Talk to us. We'd love to hear from you," says Honda North founder Marshall Jespersen in recent TV ads. How interesting there's no contact info for the guy because he wouldn't like what I have to say about my bad experiences with their SERVICE DEPARTMENT in 2016. I bought and maintained my Honda Accord here but then in 2016 the car had trouble cranking over and wouldn't start. I purchased a new battery and alternator at a nearby tire center but the problem persisted with the Accord continuing to have trouble starting but cranking over on the second try. I took it to Honda North and even though I suspected a bad starter, the folks there said no because if it was a bad starter, the engine would never crank over. After shelling out $114 to assess the problem, their tech guy found no power draws and could not duplicate the problem but he noticed it was cranking slow. He advised me to replace the ELD/Fusebox for over $600...$330 on parts and $287 on labor. After one week, the problem resurfaced with my Accord appearing dead but then starting on the second try. I drove it back to Honda North and they decided to let the car sit overnight to see what would happen. They still found no power draw and could not duplicate the conditions so they advised me to have the vehicle towed to them if it happened again. Frustrated, I sought a second opinion at a local mechanic shop and they said it probably was the starter because the contacts were prone to corrosion. He also refuted Honda North's claim that a bad starter would prevent the car from cranking over. The next day, the car wouldn't start so we had it towed to Honda North. Even though they admitted in writing that they still said they had no idea what was causing the problem, they suggested replacing the starter for $750 and a new battery for $152. Huh? I thought the service department was staffed by Honda experts. I had suggested the starter was the problem when I first took the car to them but they had told me no. Also, a new battery? Why? I just purchased a new battery elsewhere only a few weeks prior. Where they padding the bill and trying to get even more money out of me? I opted for the new starter but NOT the new Honda battery and the problem was finally fixed. I didn't need that new battery after all and saved myself $152. (To their credit, when I complained about the price and asked for a senior discount, they did give me one.) To add insult to injury, when I picked the car up, it had cracks and a hole in the front bumper that they hadn't noticed. We walked to where the tow truck dropped off the Accord and found a small piece of my car's bumper so it was likely the tow truck company was to blame. I asked if they could check the surveillance cameras for proof. A few days later, the guy I spoke with at Honda North said the footage revealed nothing. With the tow company continuing to deny they were at fault, I was left out in the cold. Honda North made no attempt at restitution either. (I did fill out a questionnaire the service department had e-mailed me but never heard back from them.) When you take your car in to be fixed, you don't expect it to come back damaged! During this fiasco, I had Honda North replace the car's side mirror glass because it had been cracked in an accident that occurred a few months before. I paid $51 for the part and $57 for labor but after a couple of months, I noticed the mirror start to flap slightly when I drove on the highway. Apparently the glue they used to attach the mirror had started to fail. I sent a couple of e-mails to Honda North about this and they only responded after my third e-mail. They suggested calling to make an appointment. I wasn't anxious to return to the place anytime soon but this month, the mirror was almost ready to fall off so I dropped by Honda North to see if they could fix the problem. The guy behind the desk was friendly but didn't know how to make the repair so he had to flag down a technician who was passing by. The tech guy reattached the mirror glass with clips that were found on the mounting bracket. Problem solved but why after paying $97 was the mirror installed incorrectly the first time around? Again, aren't they supposed to be the experts? Now I have received e-mails from Honda North saying their service department misses me. They are offering a whopping 10 percent discount on my next service call. NO WAY. If they miss me that much, why don't they talk to me one on one and offer me some real compensation for all the trouble they put me through. All this makes me seriously question Honda North's credibility. Hope you read this, Mr. Jespersen. read more

Honda North - They still haven't figured out the problem and are recommending I purchase a new battery when the one I had was only a few weeks old. - Auto Repair Near Me - Danvers, Massachusetts

I was spoken with for 2 minutes inside, given the keys to test drive an SUV by myself. Absolutely no salesman conversation. Sat down at the sales table and pointed at their first price and said, "can we move anywhere on this price", he said "no", and so i instantly walked out. I got a call back the next day by a different salesman who offered me the car at 900$ off. Then told me he would call me back in a few minutes, i got the call back only to find they already sold the car. read more

I have leased four cars in a row from Honda North and have always been well taken care of. I have dealt with three different sales people over the past ten years and they have all done everything they can to get me the best deal. I recently moved to central mass and tried a new dealership out there that didn't show me half the service level that North did and I ended driving back to Danvers. Highly recommend! read more

No communication between Honda North and Honda Financial Services. I traded in my lease January 13. I get a letter that I need to pay property tax to Honda Financial. I call them and they tell me Honda North never informed them of my lease turn in and I still have to pay the bill for a car I don't have! I wonder what else they are going to try to charge me for since my lease has unknowingly been open for almost 2 months!Never again. Honda North lost another customer not that they care. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else and do not use either company. read more
