BE WARY of this business‼ I purchased a brand, New CF Moto 675 and paid cash for it. In less than 2 weeks it stopped running while I was driving and I had to have it towed to my home. I immediately phoned Naults and began working with Matt in the service department and Jeff one of the top managers. Jeff himself told me they would reimburse me for the tow which never happened.... after 37 day they were able to finally pick up bike from my house & determine that it was due to a factory default in which the clutch plates/discs were broken, due to them originally being assembled incorrectly (therefore, they had to replace the clutch). Matt did the replacement under warranty on behalf of CF Moto . they told me I would have to make my way New Hampshire to retrieve my bike, but due to me being persistent on them delivering my bag back to me it finally delivered. Less than 2 weeks later while driving I find my bike stops working again due to the same exact problem. This time it took them longer to come pick my bike up from my house and on top of that they had my bike for over 6 weeks and we're hesitant to do repairs even though I was under warranty from CF Moto-Matt in the service department was communicative when I initiated, but the main manager, Jeff changed his tune and never returned my calls. it was discovered by Matt in the service department that when the clutch was replaced, the first time it was tightened too much which caused. the cable to constantly pull on the clutch release mechanism. (even when the driver's hand is off the lever)-, this prevents the clutch plates from fully pressing together & spin against each other and slip. even though they did take the bike out for the test drive after fixing it-they should've picked up on the fact that it was too tight. once again, hesitant to deliver my bike back I had to finally a week later make my way from Massachusetts up to New Hampshire to retrieve my bike myself. I happen to run into Jeff by walking by and he told me that nothing was ever wrong with the bike. It was just a simple adjustment with. Obviously, he was unaware that Matt the service technician had informed me of much more detail and I have paperwork to show everything. I've stated so far. I asked Matt about the reimbursement on the original toe and he started to stumble with his words and then I just disregarded anything that came out of his mouth after that because obviously. and a con artist. needless to say, I still have my fully paid for bike, which I only purchased.6 months ago and it's been driven under 1000 miles and is not working order. please be aware of this location and especially this manager because I would really be upset to hear anything like this happened to someone else. read more

I reached out to Naults for a quote on a new bike. Watch out for this place, MSRP is taken as suggested to them, their out the door price is double MSRP. If you question the fees they berate you and tell you everyone is doing it. I'm writing this review to let folks know that other dealers don't add these fees, doing a bit of legwork can save you huge money. I bought a new goldwing DCT from Naults. I thought the sales experience was OK so I decided to use them for service aside from the little make the bike your own upgrades I enjoy doing myself. Over the next 2 years I had Naults put on new tires, perform paid full inspections of my bike when it came in for a state sticker, stuff like that. What a mistake that was. Whoever did my oil change torqued the oil filter on so tight that the wrench ripped apart my filter at the next change and it needed to be transported to their shop to be removed. That was also when someone put a 1.5 inch scratch in my aftermarket F4 windscreen which I am absolutely sure was not there before the bike was taken away. They charged me for what should have been warranty work on my new bike, because they allegedly could not reproduce a covered issue I reported. I severed the relationship last year when I had had enough. I just discovered a nice parting gift as I was doing my own oil change this year getting ready for the season. Whoever removed panel parts to make room to fix the over torqued oil filter last year mangled and broke one. I saw that when I removed the after market belly pan that was protecting components such as that one, so I know it was not wear and tear. read more

We ended up with a widespread corrosion issue on a 16 month old 2022 CB300R that has 1040 miles on it that we bought from Nault's in March, 2022. It has been garaged it's whole life. It was checked by Nault's on March 29, 2023, for its 600-mile new bike check, and had no corrosion on it. We brought it to Nault's right after Labor Day, right when we were shocked when we noticed the corrosion issue. They said they weren't going to cover it, and neither will Honda. Don't buy a motorcycle from Nault's: It has been a miserable experience and a waste of $6,300 dollars for a bike that lasted one year. They wouldn't even buy it back, so now they've lost us as potential future customers as well. The sales manager said she had too many CB600Rs that came back in outright sales. I can't begin to articulate what a terrible and disappointing experience this has been. We couldn't believe Nault's wouldn't stand by their customer, even if Honda wouldn't, (which is sad enough.) As if the road was salted in May and June, and as if this vehicle isn't meant to be ridden outdoors! Apparently, it isn't meant to be ridden outdoors. We're so sad. We got such a runaround, and they had the bike for over two weeks. Do not waste your money at Nault's. read more

We have tried buying multiple machines here and they always advertise good prices, but then when they quote you they are more than everyone else by a lot. Then we just drove 30 minutes there to get 3 new dirt bike tires (buy and install). They said oh sorry service is closed today come back tomorrow. We couldn't even leave them there for service when they are open tomorrow. That will be the last time we try and give them any business. read more

I'm a little overdue writing this review as it's been a few weeks since I stopped in. However, the shop and staff stood out enough that a review is warranted. I actually found them when I was searching for a five star Arai dealer in the northeast at the Arai website. There are very few options in New England for a good quality Arai dealer with decent inventory and knowledgeable fitters. The shop was a pleasant surprise as it had a welcoming feel from the staff from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. Staff both outside and inside were friendly and greeted me and even a worker in the middle of paperwork nodded as I walked past to the helmets. The friendly attitude continued into the helmet section where I crossed paths with the pleasant and mostly knowledgeable Adam Holmes. Both he and his co-worker (his name I've forgotten but he collects IOM TT helmets) took the time to chat and discuss Arai options and inventory and take some updated measurements of my head.. Notably, they had a pretty good selection of Arai helmets and covered a fair amount of ground. There was a surprisingly strong selection of new Corsairs and nice graphic options. However, they fibbed a bit on the phone when they said they sell the complete Arai line. They don't carry Arai's most popular helmet the- Vector 2. As someone who's owned multiple Arai's over the years I can tell you it's important to have the full line. They all fit differently and sometimes the best fitting helmet might not be the most feature heavy or expensive. In that regard I'd say they are a four star Arai dealer. To be five stars you should have all the models-only if it's only a handful for fitting purposes. The only place where the experience fell flat is when it came to try and purchase a helmet. The Arai that worked best for me happened to be the $980 Arai Corsair-X. Good news for most shops! I also had cash in hand which usually works well for everyone. However, the record scratched when they expected full MSRP for the helmet. Really? Sure, I don't expect you to match online prices (and I don't buy helmets online) but I've never paid full MSRP for an Arai at any shop I've been to over the last 20 years. I pressed him to be certain. Not 10% off, not 5% off, not anything off. Dumbfounded, I asked him if he's even going to even knock $20 off the price of a $980 helmet. Nope. "Someone will eventually buy it." he said. So I took my cash and put it back into my wallet and left more surprised than bothered (though I did drive five hours from NY ahem!). That's a first for me as a motorcyclist. In the end, I drove to another shop that was all too happy to sell an expensive Corsair X in the exact same color scheme for 10% off and swap the cheek pads to suit me. I sometimes scratch my head at the choices motorcycle shops make. They complain they're going out of business or struggling because of the Internet, but I think some are penny wise and pound foolish. Taking into account interest, depreciation, floor plan costs, etc. It's smarter to take that $960 now rather than wait five months for $980. You don't need to match online prices, but be reasonable and work off volume, custom fitment and good service. Not to mention that logic suggests that a middle-aged man willing to spend $1000 on a helmet probably spend lots on bikes and accessories.That is-if you get the ball rolling...Customer lifetime value folks-it's a thing-Google it. Overall, the selection and friendly staff make it worth a visit. Also, I'd say if you are thinking about an Arai and live within an hour of this shop you really owe them a visit due to the selection alone (if you don't mind paying full price). They lose one star though for the unconventional pricing tactics and the fact they don't carry the full Arai line despite being listed as a five star Arai dealer on the Arai website. I also think cheek or head liner customization should be included with any purchase if you are asked to pay full MSRP. read more

Service needs beware!!!! I contacted Naults to perform springtime prep on my bike along with a state inspection and quoted around $240. When they called to tell me my bike was ready, the total was over $500!!! They performed work on the bike without asking. When I asked why I wasn't called to approve the additional charges, the employee became loud and disgruntled rather than accepting they were in the wrong. Concerned they would do damage to my bike due to the angry nature of this guy, I said fine and paid the bill and asked them to return my bike. When my bike arrived, they purposely tightened the seat screws with a torque drill! I had to call Naults and ask for someone to come loosen the screw. They knew it was done on purpose which is why they sent someone to my home within the hour. Not to mention, this is the only place I have ever had service performed that they don't even wash the bike! I have never had a service experience like this and wouldn't want anyone else to. Being treated disrespectfully, then having your property toyed with is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor, save the hassle and pick a different shop, you'll thank me. read more

Largest selection of Arai & Shoei helmets around along with a huge Oakley selection. My first ever bike purchase was with my husband and it went down at good ole Nault's Powersports in Windham with his 2005 CBR600rr Repsol, and not only were they amazing to work with then- I have since become an employee here and I love it! He answered every question I had and gave me some great tips on how to maintain my Honda Lawnmower. When I can back to pick it up Cliff was tied up with a customer so Jason jumped in and showed me how everything worked, got me in with Kevin to get the paper work done which was quick and painless. When I came back out minutes later Cliff was waiting for me and showed me some additional features on the Lawn Mower. My older brother & I have been doing business with Nault's since October of 1998. My brother went there to purchase a 1998 Honda CBR F3 and I think the original sales guy didn't take him seriously and gave him a stupid price as it was in the fall and we ended up at Honda Barn in North Hampton NH. Right before we were ready to bring the bike home my brother went back to Naults to grab a helmet and talked with Charlie Johnson (Former GM). Charlie asked how my brother was doing and what he could help him with. My brother explained the situation and Charlie gave him an insane price that was unheard of. We ended up getting our deposit back from Honda Barn and purchased it from Naults instead. We later bought a 1999 Honda CBR 900 RR (left over) spring of 2000. We had some bad luck with cage drivers and ended up back at Naults. We had a '98 F3, '99 CBR 900RR, '00 CBR 929RR '01 CBRF4i, & I went back years later to get an '08 CBR 1000RR. Every time I went to other places and mentioned the prices I alone got from Naults they were blown out of the water, and couldn't comprehend exactly how I got the prices I was given by Charlie at Naults. Charlie is semi-retired and only works 3 days per week now, but I still go in and see Cliff for everything else I need. Glenn is still working the parts counter and always willing to go above & beyond to help me out with everything else. I had a few issues on a few separate occasions by new workers, BUT they were told by the original workers if my brother or I ever need something to be asked how soon do we need it. To this day I still receive a discount on all my purchases as my brother & I have brought in almost 10 separate friends to buy motorcycles. We have gone through motorcycles (5 Honda's + friends purchases), helmets (6 different Arai's), leather jackets (Joe Rocket), gloves (Joe Rocket), glasses, chains, sprockets, brake rotors & pads, generators (Honda), weed whackers (Honda), a lawn mower (Honda), and a snow blower (Honda HS-928). I had a friend buy a Honda HS-928 Snow blower with wheels and used it once and it wasn't big enough for his driveway. He called Charlie and explained the situation, Charlie took it back no problem and he paid the difference for the Honda HS-1330. If there is anything Honda you want to buy, or are even a Kawasaki fan I would highly recommend Naults Powerhouse in Windham NH. Charlie is the guy to see if you can make it there on a Monday, Wednesday, or every other Sunday, or if he isn't on your schedule than I would go check in with Cliff as he is very knowledgeable about all their equipment and the maintenance schedule it will require. The one thing I love about Naults is the fact no matter what I purchase or who I bring in there to purchase something the guys in there always treat me with the utmost respect and also I always get a check up phone call from Charlie or Cliff to make sure I am 150% completely satisfied. This part doesn't happen anymore. Businesses take your money and once you walk away with equipment they don't care about you anymore. You're their best friend for the 10 minutes they try to sell you something and after your just a joke that was once there. Even when they are checking up on my friends I still get a phone call to be certain my friends are being honest with them and are happy with their purchase. I hope that these people remain to work here for as long as they can as I plan on doing business with them for at least another 20 years!! read more

Way overpriced. greedy dealership, there are other dealers paying 6-8% sales tax and selling side by sides for thousands less. better off talking to an auto shipper, you'll pay tax, the auto shipper to ship your side by side, you do all that and you'll be out the door for more than a $1,000.00 less what these jokers will do with no shipping cost or taxes to worry about. an interesting dichotomy. Taxes when charged get passed on to the consumer, but when not charged get credited to the businesses' gain, the consumer still gets shafted. call around out of state, there's high volume dealers like brokhaven that are so much better: you'll pay tax and shipping and still save a bunch of money by not dealing with these jokers. read more

I purchased a '07 Vulcan 2000 Classic Lt from Naults back in April. I'm very happy with my bike and the service from Naults. The motorcycle was exactly as advertised on cycle trader. The price was very fair, no hidden fees or shadiness like that. I was able to put a down payment to hold the bike until I could I make it up there from CT. Quick and easy no hassle. After I bought the bike I haven't received any annoying phone calls or emails from Naults. They sold me a great bike for a fair price and then, they left me alone. We were looking to purchase 2 new snowmobiles. We called Irwin in Alton Bay and spoke with a salesman. We told them how we had purchased 2 boats from them previously. We were pre approved and wanted 2 sleds, a trailer, and all of the gear. The price was too high and there was no negotiation. We never received a call back. We went to HK Sports in Laconia and spoke to a salesman there and told them what we wanted. They were not helpful even after telling them we were pre approved. We decided to go to Nault's in Windham NH. We spoke with Tristan and told him what we were looking for. He had (2) 2018 Arctic Cats in stock leftover. They gave us a great deal and were extremely knowledgeable about the machines. Jason was also very helpful with our purchase and Glenn in service helped us choose all the correct gear that was needed. Glenn went above and beyond to get us the items we needed up to ordering and overnighting a jacket so that we could have it for that weekend. My next step was to visit Nault's in Windham,NH as they had a new HONDA CTX DCT 700 motorcycle that has the option of operating in automatic or padel shift manual modes. ROB was my salesman and he is the BEST! ROB listened to my need for a motorcycle that met my needs especially since I am new and entering this field much older than most riders. I've purchased my fair share of motorcycles, Harley Davidson mostly. I decided I wanted something different and went to various dealers and walked out, more like ran out of most of them. Naults Honda Windham went WAY above and beyond and I've never been treated SO well by a group of people as I have been with the folks at Naults Windham. I want to mention the Sales Manger specifically as he wanted to make sure that not only I was happy but my wife was as well with this purchased. He understood that it wasn't just about me, it was my wife as well. After the sale, he called to ask about my wife and I and how we were doing. He didn't just care about selling a bike, he cared if we were happy. They all spent time with me and they all were so kind and no pressure whatsoever. I am not very happy with Nault's Motorcycles. I went there for the first time to get two OHRV stickers. I was told they do not accept credit cards. Since I don't usually carry that much cash and it I didnt want to make another trip, I asked why that was the case. I was told that if they didn't take cash (or check) they would be "losing money" on the transaction. Well let me see.... since I am a member of a club, I would be paying 57 dollars for a sticker. Typical credit card merchants charge 1.5-3% of the transaction. So even if it was 3% the transaction fee would only be $1.61, and the agent fee (by law in NH) for a sticker is $2.00... I dont understand how they are losing money....Anyway this whole interaction just soured me from the get go. Its too bad, because it is very close to my house and I was going to give them a shot over Plaistow Powersports where I usually go. They just lost a customer over a few pennies... I hope it was worth it for them. read more
