I own a sports-bike so felt like it was a little out of place to bring it to a shop that mostly deals with cruisers and choppers. When I showed up they would barely even acknowledge me and after telling me someone would come out to look at my bike in a few minutes, I sat outside waiting for one of their employees for about 15 minutes. When I went inside again to see what was taking so long they were working on another bike and everyone was standing around completely ignoring me. Needless to say I eft and found another shop that took my bike right away and fixed the problem. Spadafora's has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The bike also is banging when hit bumps so I ask them please check the rear tire because I dont trust the work Carl has done.... Ok hows this.. Carl from Kingstar Custom Cycles only slapped the new tire on rim and did not balance at all. Old weights still on rim and was weighted over 5oz from old tire. Vindicated Cycle of Haverhill rebalance the tire $35 and reinstalled it. RECAP. 1 tire mounted and 2 tires balanced and installed on bike $100. VS 199 for slapping rear tire on rim and install But the banging.. cant figure it out I ask Lou at Vindictated to take it for a ride but hit bumps. Not 1min goes by he hears it returns. Turns out the rear axle was in the wrong way. Carl nicely put it in wrong so it banged up the back of my V&H pipes. Thanks Carl.. 2 DAYS. 1 tire done, Front never installed and rear axle in the wrong way. You should be ashamed you charge $199 for the shit work you did. I will tell this story every where and to anyone that will listen.

They were very informative and pointed out both the pros and cons of my project .they gave me a fair ball park estimate of what the project would intail . I spoke with Tim and we came up with a game plan .the project ( rear frame replacement) ended up being a bit more indepth then I was expecting but tim and his crew were very open and upfront about the process .once they dug in they found more underlining issues but were very fair with the added scope and the pricing was very fair .after farming out a donor frame and many added parts the project is moving along very nicely.
