I have never experienced such a blatant lack of professional integrity or basic customer service in my life. I work in Quincy, Massachusetts, and after seeing a vehicle on your website, I took the responsible steps of calling ahead to confirm its availability and scheduling a formal appointment. To facilitate a seamless transaction, I went to my bank and secured a certified cashier's check for the full purchase price of the vehicle. I then left work early and endured a grueling hour-and-a-half drive through Friday afternoon traffic to honor our appointment. Upon my arrival, I saw the vehicle being wiped down in the parking lot. When I identified myself, the salesperson informed me--without a shred of apology--that the car had already been sold. When I requested to speak with a manager, the response I received was a dismissive, "I'm sorry, that's just how it goes." To be treated with such indifference after I had confirmed the appointment and arrived with a certified check in hand is a disgrace. However, the situation moved from incompetent to absurd when I returned home. I received a phone call from a saleswoman asking if I was still planning to come in to purchase the vehicle. The fact that your internal communication is so fractured that I was harassed to buy a car your team had already told me was sold is the ultimate insult. This experience was a complete waste of my time, my gas, and my professional resources. I expect a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and an explanation as to how your management team intends to rectify the culture of rudeness and poor communication currently displayed at your Danvers location. I look forward to your prompt response.

Casey E, the sales manager, made it a key selling point that the vehicle (a preowned Tesla) included Full Self-Driving, repeatedly emphasizing that it added $12,000 in value to the car. Based on that, I agreed to the deal and put down a down payment. After everything was signed, I found out the car does NOT include FSD - a major misrepresentation. Once this was confirmed, there was no effort to adjust the price to reflect the missing $12,000 feature. The value of the car clearly changed, but the price did not. When I raised the issue, they admitted the mistake (but still blamed the owner that sold them that car???) and offered no real solution other than canceling. No accountability and no attempt to make things right. All they offered was a free car detail to the loss of the $12,000 car value??!!!! Trying to get my money back has been just as frustrating. I spent the entire day trying to reach to the GM Xavier. When I finally did, he said he would check on my refund for the down payment and then left for the day without any update or follow-up!!!! So unprofessional as a GM. This was not just poor communication - it was a complete lack of transparency and accountability from start to finish. I would strongly suggest staying away from these scammers. They have no problem lying to make a deal but make you go through all these hoops to get your money back

I made the appointment online and requested a rental for the day. I arrived at 8:30 and Kristin was more than helpful even though I was early. Because it was my first visit my oil change and tire rotation were free. And I sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes and enterprise was there to pick me up and bring me to my rental. Simple I know, but I had a Hyundai previously and they gave me a hard time about a rental even if I paid out of pocket?? So they had me wait like 3 hours and 3 hours on your only day off is a lot of time lost. Really hate Hyundai village I brought it in for a coil misfire a part that cost $16 I had the diagnostic from a local gas station but they wanted to charge me $150 for their diagnostic and he said he would waive it and just charge me labor. They wanted to charge $500 for labor so I told them to pack up my car and he tried to charge my the $150 he said to waive. Hate them. Thanks Chevy for making my day easy!

Was replaced twice by Herb Chambers Chevrolet in 2024 after the Salesperson helped me out. Still flutters in the wind driving at 50 - 60 mph. Now at 41,022 miles, the AC stopped working. Are you kidding me. All of this is out of warranty with only 41,022 miles. This car was likely a used "piece of crap" and probably had issues from day 1. A lesson learned.

Offered to deliver it, and even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy with it and the sale was finalized without a hitch. ​Thier finance department came through with financing not only well within my budget but almost down to the cent as my credit union. They had both been extremely helpful, respectful and professional throughout the process. However, my most recent involvement with Ira Lexus, was the worst car buying experience I've ever had! Our salesperson, Ms Zallen, was very nice, yet lacked experience and should have had a seasoned professional shadowing her. She neglected to give me an important piece of information that caused us a lot of time and unnecessary frustration. Mr. Coco, the sales manager, sat down with an attitude and was extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional, unwilling to listen to us calmly or politely. And thirdly was the business manager, Mr. Monterroso, who issued instructions to us that were unnecessary. The solution we chose was much simpler. He also insisted on pushing expensive warrantees of up to six years and many of thousands of dollars more onto the sale of my SUV, though I twice expressed to him that I was not interested! I only put on @2K miles a year. Why would I purchase an expensive car and still need to buy warrantees? I bought an expensive car so I wouldn't need warrantees! At this point I was ready to walk out and cancel the whole deal! There was more negativity to follow, but I won't get into that. I do know that I will never again purchase another Lexus from Ira or associate with these rude managers!
