Any review rated over 1 star is a lie or from someone that knows them personally , with a company like this you should be able to rate 0 stars. All the reviews stating issues from the very start and the car they purchased not have been fully gone through and checked like it states on the website for this place, "every car we sell is inspected by our AAA certified mechanic", is a total lie. They do not have their cars serviced by any certified mechanic, they also flat out refuse to give any paperwork for any repairs that they do to whatever you buy from them, every time you ask for anything showing what repair was actually done, they will give you excuses and promise to give it to you. I had brakes, muffler, tires, a totally rotted out front frame (that the owner, Eddie told me he knew about and forgot to tell me before I purchased the car, and several other repairs done and never once would be given any form of paperwork showing the repair. I was told Eddie misplaced the paperwork, the mechanic still had it, its around here somewhere and we'll look around for it and most recently, the wonderful phony typical used car dealer, Mike Doucette told me and also Eddie himself, "I pay for the repair, I get the paperwork, not you"! Obviously if they really had a AAA cert mechanic, they would have no problem, giving the paper work for any and all repairs they do, no matter who pays for it. Not one repair done by them was done properly or fully completed. The fact they Eddie and Mike admitted to me that they both knew about the through rotted frame and let me drive it like that until the muffler had issues and a "real" mechanic looked under the car, and noticed the rotted frame, speaks volumes of the way these guys care about what they sell and to who and the standards and morals they both have. They buy the cars they sell dirt cheap at the auctions and pass them off to innocent people just to make the sale. They will tell you "we literally just got the car in today and haven't had time to have our mechanic go through it yet, but it will be fully gone through and any issues found will be fully fixed" I was told that for 2 cars I looked at and both had been listed on their site for sale, one was on for 3 months and the other had been listed on their site for 5 months. When you call them out on any issues, with me they were all very dangerous issues where the car should never have been sold to anyone, Eddie will blame Mike Doucette (Mikey D) for smoking crack and steeling from him and Mike Doucette will blame Eddie for being in a rehab for drugs. Both of these "men: are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to being used car salesmen, guys like them are what have given any car dealer, salesman a bad reputation. Sold a friend a Jeep and it's a lemon, he took it back and said will sell it and give her money he gets from selling it, but it's not listed on his website and has been in back of building in a corner with other cars(truck) blocking it so it's not able to see it to sell it. Also I had a run in with owner years ago when looking at cars and was very rude and pushy. Don't buy from this guys unless you want a lemon of a car.. he has had this car for sale supposedly for like 2 years. My car was dropped off at a shop for repairs and I was told it was totaled. car shopped for a few days and saw a Acura MDX online at this place. called and spoke to Alvin and he informed me that the car was sold but they have plenty suvs and crossovers on the lot. I drove up and when I say they had a great selection! I chose a Lincoln MKX Reserve and it was the best decision I could've made. Alvin and Mike were amazing from the beginning of my sale all the way to the end. Even offered to reimburse me for my rental fees while they put brand new brakes on my new car. Single worst experience I have ever had buying a car. In fact, the car never ran properly. I was promised he had it inspected for safety. Absolute BS. There were so many things wrong with it that it was a death-trap and I'm not exaggerating. (seal broken between master cylinder and brake booster and Eddie let me drive it). They refused to it up I had to pay to have it towed. Loan company cancelled loan because the car wasn't reliable. The car couldn't even get an inspection sticker because it was unsafe to drive. Refuses to give me my deposit back and now the Mass AG and my lawyer are involved. When I called Eddie out on his lies, he went at me physically until my son blocked his way. If at first a Lie Works, Lie Lie again. I tell Mike that Im an hour away and wanted to see F-150 He's like you need to come and look, I get there and they cant find it go figure. He then. tells me about an employees truck that they have and we come to an agreement on. I tell him, it sounds like there is an exhaust leak? He says oh no we go through these vehicles from Top to bottom. "Not" After purchasing the owner tries and pass of the sale as an As Is Sale which is not true nor was it in the paperwork because they cant sell it as is. Then when I have the truck looked at locally the exhaust was needing replacement from Catalytic converter back, the muffler had a hole in it and pipes were broken. I figured I would try and avoid driving all the way back and said I would pay for half of the repair at $550, mike said the owner needed approve and I had to chase them down. The repair work was a week later so there was plenty of time to resolve. I said I would go there to have them repair if necessary . Then the owner says oh' that car was sold as is? lol. Then after arguing I agreed he only needed to pay $200 and I would cover the rest. Now he had plenty of time to call payment in to repair shop but he did not and then told me he lost his debit card. 2 days later same excuse. Now its the day of the repair and still no payment. Finally the repair was done and I paid. He said again how sorry he was (NOT) and would mail me a check that day guaranteed from Andover to an address in state at my house. Did not happen. If substance of words does not matter to you these are your people. $200 I warned him I would leave reviews and that it would not be worth $200 and obviously he did not care. This the substance of my words is spot on. Maybe once in a while if they sell a car that doesn't reveal any issues and they get lucky, som one may be able to sing their praises. If I could give them negative stars I would. The single worst experience ever. At first I thought Mike and Ed were great. But things went downhill fast. My son bought a car from them. They gave him a 30 day warranty. It didn't pass inspection. They kept it 3.5 weeks to fix the exhaust leak. They gave it back with the check engine light blinking. The story gets worse. You can see it posted on Help Me Hank, Solve it 7, MA Better Business Bureau, Attorney General of Massachusetts. They owe the poor kid $5400. This was by far the worst car buying experience imaginable. The amount of lying and deception from this company could become the plot line for a movie. We were blatantly lied to and strung along for a month before we finally had the car in hand. We were sold a car (that that a staff member later admitted ) that Brian and Rob knew ahead of time needed a new engine and then made us drive it back to them on the highway with the gas petal not working. I just bought a 2003 Camry from Eddie and I would recommend them to anyone!! In fact I had such a good experience, I asked him if I could come to work for him selling cars,washing cars, whatever, I'm disabled so I can't do much really. Back to the important part as I said I am on disability and it took every penny I had to buy the car, so when the brakes started making all kinds of noise after I had engaged the emergency brake I was panicked, I certainly had no money left for a repair and I was perplexed as the brakes seemed fine when I brought it home. Anyway Eddie didn't even wince "we'll take care of it, no worries," he said. " I just want the customer to be happy" he said. I watched him most of the morning as I wanted to wait for my car and he had a nice tv in his office so what the heck? He took care of quite a few people that morning from helping them with financing papers, scheduling their vehicles for repairs, everything. I never worked in a car place I 've been a construction guy my whole life but after watching him and his guys all morning and striking up nice conversation I just threw it out there that I liked the way he ran his business and wouldn't you know I have now been working here for three weeks, and I'm still impressed with how he treats people . Man I got lucky not only did I get a great car!! but I picked up a little part time job as well. I read the reviews of multiple used car dealers prior to my purchase here, thinking I had done my homework. The reviews on Google seemed the best compared to most others. Please don't let those reviews fool you as they had myself! I'm currently processing complaints with the BBB and Attorney General. Read my story below: My husband and I purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. Shortly after our purchase we found out the vehicle was never put through a used car check inspection prior to delivery. We paid a third party shop ourselves to inspect the vehicle, only to find out the truck had unsafe breaks, a leaking tire, an evap leak code triggering a check engine light and never even had an oil change. Knowing now that this dealer sold me a vehicle with unsafe breaks while my child was present, knowing he'd be in the vehicle, I was extremely upset! I contacted the owner who first acted as if he had no idea who I was, only to get into a heated argument where he was screaming at me, telling me had had to do nothing and ended with him calling me a bitch. Minutes after our call ended he called me back to apologize. He had arranged to provide a loaner car and have the car serviced/repaired. He assured me he would bring it to a different mechanic since this one had not done as they said and check the vehicle, after I voiced my concern with it going back there. Since we were aware of the shop which supposedly serviced the vehicle originally, as we had went there to test drive the vehicle prior to the purchase, I went by only to find he had lied and took the truck back there anyways. The rear breaks were replaced and the oil was changed. He told me he took a gas cap off another used truck on the lot and applied it to our truck, hoping this would take care of the check engine light. Upset because I was requesting such documentation, he agreed to write me a letter stating he would do all further necessary needed repairs to fix the check engine light issue. The light came on three more times. He provided loaner vehicles each time which was helpful however this was an issue he was to take care of. The first time he bought a new gas cap saying this should hopefully solve the issue as the other one provided to fix the very first sign of the light, was used. We now had a rejection sticker on the vehicle due to the light. The second time he provided an invoice of repairs to fix an evap leak code supposedly causing the check engine light. The third time, he took the vehicle, cleared the code and had an inspection sticker put on himself and gave the vehicle back, stating we were all set. I had already paid a shop for the rejection sticker and was within the 60 days to get a sticker at no additional cost, once repaired. I didn't want a sticker through a cleared code. I didn't want to be told I was all set by clearing a code. I wanted the original issue of the check engine light repaired as I was assured it would be. How many times do I go back only to be mislead and pushed away with temporary "repairs" of clearing a light which has since been back on? I'm beside myself that this is the service provided to a family looking for a reliable, safe vehicle for daily use getting to and from work and taking care of our child. I don't think I'm asking for too much! The 3rd time back after the initial complaint our airbag light came on too which he also just had cleared and is back on as well! read more

This is the WORST car dealership I have ever seen! One year ago I went there to trade in my Chevy Cruze that was in perfect condition in hopes to get something bigger for my family. Brian, Rob and the owner Eddie sold me a car that was shaking and the check engine light was on when I got got home from picking it up. They said they would make it right and to drop it off the next day. Which first off is a huge inconvenience in itself. I told them when I dropped it back off THE NEXT DAY I wanted to get my car back since they said this car needed to be sent out to be fixed. The owner told me my Chevy was already bought which was clearly a lie since it had not even been 24 hours! After getting the run around from Brian for almost a full week, the car still wasn't fixed and was going to take even longer, that I demanded a different car. I pick out a different car that of course I had to make a higher payment on monthly. Rob the finance guy assured me go back in a year after making my payments on time and he would get it lowered. The day I pick up this other car from Elite, I drive to work and look at the registration and they gave me SOMEONE ELSES REGISTRATION AND PLATES ON THE CAR!!!!!! So someone had to come to my job to switch them out and give me MY paperwork. Fast forward to today which is a year later I try and lower my payments after making every one on time and I'm told Rob the finance guy no longer works there. I explore my options and a Carfax was pulled last night. The car they sold me is marked as a LEMON AND IS NOT RESELLABLE!!!!! It is against the law to sell someone a car that is a lemon without telling the buyer that first! I called the owner just today and rather than offer me anything he says how "you kids love the Bluetooth and maybe one of his guys can take a look at the issue why it was deemed a lemon" I'm not a kid, I'm 37 years old and why the hell would I trust anyone there to look at my car?!?!?!? Now I'm stuck with a huge payment on a car that is not trade-able, that no one else will buy from me and has computer issues with the screen and radio. All each of the 2 guys there did and owner did, was LIE TO ME NUMEROUS TIMES and sell me a car that I over pay for that is a lemon which is against the law for them to not tell me.
