Truthful and honest review: this dealership is not a hassle-free dealership. View all photos, and make your own decisions. If you have a few minutes, read through the review. Day one was overall a good outcome. May 10, Saturday afternoon, I visited the dealer, checked out the unit, and spoke with the sales manager and salesman. They were nice. I was understanding because it's a Saturday. The funding financing office is closed early, so everything was fine. Monday. I got a call from the sales guy telling me congratulations. You have been approved for the vehicle that I was looking at. So, Monday afternoon after work, I made my way there, signed the documents, left a deposit, and no questions asked. The sales manager said you probably have your truck by Friday because it will go into service and processing. Now, this is where it starts to get aggravating and becomes a hassle. I'm giving a ton of stories. Why I'm not getting my truck Friday because, according to them, insurance is not authorizing them, but hence it's also still in line for service. So, then I'm told I might get my truck Saturday or Monday because it's in service. A little agitated, but no problem. The following Monday afternoon, I got a call so the truck is ready. Service has all been completed. It's ready to go, but we got the wrong taillight because we ordered the wrong one.(What day, age, do we live in? You guys ran a used car dealership nearly 12+ years between detour, cars, LLC, and auto factory, and you ordered the wrong tail light?) We have another one coming. You can take the truck in the meantime. Great, so I make my way down there and pick up the truck. Now a few days go by of ownership of the truck call is in end of Friday and make my way to the dealership replace no problem that Saturday not even a total of one week of ownership. The brakes on the truck were grinding metal to metal no, I have a family with children that ride in this vehicle The audacity of the dealerships general manager and owner claims that the vehicle has been serviced. Brakes and oil change has been checked that is a false claim the truck came from the auto auction just the way it was turned over to me. General manager tells me that he will call me on Monday because Saturday. Our service department is closed giving me the runaround Monday comes around. It's Memorial Day call asked to speak with Brian. Somehow I get transferred to the service department and speak to Nick(one of the owners) so I speak to a gentleman explain to him what's going on I'm told that I need to get a rejection sticker in order for them to replace the brakes on a vehicle that apparently has been serviced clearly it had not been serviced the more aggravating part is that I am told to go get a rejection sticker and then go to the dealership. They will replace the brakes and then go back to go get another inspection sticker first off if I purchased a vehicle from the very beginning where it was hence in service clearly was not because the week that they were waiting for was because they were trying to clear the finances on their end for the floorplan bad business they got more stories and Mother Goose and Walt Disney put together. Brian is the sales manager Nicholas and Michael are owners previous business name detour cars llc now Doing business as Auto factory. This was my mistake for taking the kindness of sales manager and sales person at the beigning, People do your research They aren't a BBB business with multiple complaints and chamber of commerce tons of 1 star reviews. Lots of fake google reviews huge red flag 1 -2 reviews per google account versus organic and authentic reviews I personally like giving small businesses good reviews to help them grow their business but these people do not deserve to be in business. Lesson learned after the fact I purchased this truck. Revised the audacity of this lousy reply from the business owner plain and simple you didn't service the car when you where suppose to all the photos speak for itself. We wouldn't be here if you did the service since day one.

Any review rated over 1 star is a lie or from someone that knows them personally , with a company…read morelike this you should be able to rate 0 stars. All the reviews stating issues from the very start and the car they purchased not have been fully gone through and checked like it states on the website for this place, "every car we sell is inspected by our AAA certified mechanic", is a total lie. They do not have their cars serviced by any certified mechanic, they also flat out refuse to give any paperwork for any repairs that they do to whatever you buy from them, every time you ask for anything showing what repair was actually done, they will give you excuses and promise to give it to you. I had brakes, muffler, tires, a totally rotted out front frame (that the owner, Eddie told me he knew about and forgot to tell me before I purchased the car, and several other repairs done and never once would be given any form of paperwork showing the repair. I was told Eddie misplaced the paperwork, the mechanic still had it, its around here somewhere and we'll look around for it and most recently, the wonderful phony typical used car dealer, Mike Doucette told me and also Eddie himself, "I pay for the repair, I get the paperwork, not you"! Obviously if they really had a AAA cert mechanic, they would have no problem, giving the paper work for any and all repairs they do, no matter who pays for it. Not one repair done by them was done properly or fully completed. The fact they Eddie and Mike admitted to me that they both knew about the through rotted frame and let me drive it like that until the muffler had issues and a "real" mechanic looked under the car, and noticed the rotted frame, speaks volumes of the way these guys care about what they sell and to who and the standards and morals they both have. They buy the cars they sell dirt cheap at the auctions and pass them off to innocent people just to make the sale. They will tell you "we literally just got the car in today and haven't had time to have our mechanic go through it yet, but it will be fully gone through and any issues found will be fully fixed" I was told that for 2 cars I looked at and both had been listed on their site for sale, one was on for 3 months and the other had been listed on their site for 5 months. When you call them out on any issues, with me they were all very dangerous issues where the car should never have been sold to anyone, Eddie will blame Mike Doucette (Mikey D) for smoking crack and steeling from him and Mike Doucette will blame Eddie for being in a rehab for drugs. Both of these "men: are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to being used car salesmen, guys like them are what have given any car dealer, salesman a bad reputation. This "dealership" needs to be looked into and closed down. It honestly comes across as a cover for selling something else!! Please Beware!!!

NO,STARS!! Sold a friend a Jeep and it's a lemon, he took…read moreit back and said will sell it and give her money he gets from selling it, but it's not listed on his website and has been in back of building in a corner with other cars(truck) blocking it so it's not able to see it to sell it. Also I had a run in with owner years ago when looking at cars and was very rude and pushy. Don't buy from this guys unless you want a lemon of a car.. he has had this car for sale supposedly for like 2 years. He should be able to just give her back her money, but because of him she has no car and no money to buy another car.....‍‍
