My wife dropped her car off at 10 am on Saturday to diagnose an issue with her land rover discovery. When the car was dropped off, we were told they would keep up in the loop on what was wrong so we could figure out if she needed a rental for work on Monday morning. NO information was given until my wife reached out the next morning to find out what was happening. The service gentleman then responded an hour and 15 minutes later telling us they need to keep the car For a few days. So we had 1 hour to find a rental because "we can't give you your car back, nor can we get a loaner because we only take care of customers who bought their car here." - seems like a great dealership. So here we are, Sunday 11:41, no rental car, no car we dropped off. I will never use this joke of a dealership again, nor will I hold back any negative comments I have anywhere the public can see. UPDATE: I received a text from my wife this morning at 11:53 stating that landrover called her, not to update her on her car but to get my contact information. At 11:58 I received a call from the general manager of Land Rover of Peabody, I Dave. He was abrasive, arrogant, and flat out rude. He began stating that my claims were false (even though the screen shots and time stamps prove otherwise), told me I was lucky the service manager ever got back to us on Sunday because they're close... if he had just gotten back to us on Saturday we wouldn't be in this predicament.. then he continued to ask what I do for a living, to which I told him and he asked "would you answer your phone on a Sunday", quite frankly if I left someone without any answer yes, yes I would. After he continued to try and attack my character he ended with " this is a private dealership, we have the right to refuse service to anyone we choose to. Come pick up your wife's car by 5 o clock we're not working on it."... great ok that's all well and fine, but when my wife called back, because it is in fact her car, he told her she should be embarrassed to be married to a man like myself. Now that is the type of person Land Rover has as their GM for their Peabody location. All because he didn't like the fact that in my review I called them a joke, to which all of the facts add up to it in fact, being a giant joke. Kudos to you Dave, customer service at its best.

They had both been extremely helpful, respectful and professional throughout the process. However, my most recent involvement with Ira Lexus, was the worst car buying experience I've ever had! Our salesperson, Ms Zallen, was very nice, yet lacked experience and should have had a seasoned professional shadowing her. She neglected to give me an important piece of information that caused us a lot of time and unnecessary frustration. Mr. Coco, the sales manager, sat down with an attitude and was extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional, unwilling to listen to us calmly or politely. And thirdly was the business manager, Mr. Monterroso, who issued instructions to us that were unnecessary. The solution we chose was much simpler. He also insisted on pushing expensive warrantees of up to six years and many of thousands of dollars more onto the sale of my SUV, though I twice expressed to him that I was not interested! I only put on @2K miles a year. Why would I purchase an expensive car and still need to buy warrantees? I bought an expensive car so I wouldn't need warrantees! At this point I was ready to walk out and cancel the whole deal! There was more negativity to follow, but I won't get into that. I do know that I will never again purchase another Lexus from Ira or associate with these rude managers!

Guy was professional, non pressure, and my first experience with a car salesman that put the customer first. No pressure. He made sure the truck was ready and prepped properly for pickup. Offered to deliver it, and even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy with it and the sale was finalized without a hitch. ​Thier finance department came through with financing not only well within my budget but almost down to the cent as my credit union. I highly recommend looking Rob up if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
