The people were very nice. My salesman was clueless and quit shortly after. Manager very nice. Purchased a "certified" e-tron GT driving up to Mass. 350 miles away. The deal was fair, but it was very cold out hard to see all the flaws with this car. I feel deceived considering it was an Audi dealer and certified pre owned. The rims are toast. They did a half ass fix job, clear coat peeling, rim barrels rusted. Driving home no heat on the passenger side (part of certified checks). Actuator door on heat broken, they just blew it off. ESC not operational. Two key fobs advertised, only one found (they did pay for 2nd key fob). Spoiler defective needed new motor, part of certified checks. Plastic lug bolt caps were missing I had to purchase myself. Glass roof seal damaged, can't be fixed unless you want to pay over $8,000. 3 huge dings on roof pillar behind passenger window. Drivers door edge missing paint, like previous owner had sandpaper pants on. Key user could not be changed, sales told me easy fix, still not working right in MMI. Needed front end alignment. Huge chips on rear spoiler passenger side. Seat clip underneath broken. Front spoiler was damaged and scratched. It's like they did almost nothing. The car should not have been listed as certified, period. I purchased in Dec. brought the car to my dealer and it was there FOR 2 MONTHS for repairs. I would not recommend Audi Peabody. I'm sorry, but this review had to be written, it's all true. I have been purchasing and loyal to Audi since 2005, first time I ever felt totally ripped off :(. read more

I bought a brand new Audi Q5 2025 at the end of 2025, it has been in the car dealer 's Garage since the beginning of January, waiting for a part, which so far has no time to arrive. 33 days into the buyback process , hasn't received a call from consumer resolution group yet since they haven't reached conclusion. I was told the director who handle the case, the consumer resolution group and the car dealer has been communicating, I went to the car dealer at Peabody today, they don't even know my case number, when I give the service department manager my case number, there is nothing he can find on the case. Not sure how they have been communicating. Dispointed and waiting, I was told it can take up to two months for the Buyback process to complete, car dealer said it can be three months. read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Peabody. Overall, the buying process initially seemed like a good experience, but it ended on a very disappointing and unethical note. At no point during the sale did the sales representative disclose that the vehicle only came with one key. I only found this out after the sale was fully completed, when I reached out asking about the second key. At that point, I was conveniently told that there was never a second key. I explained that I am a mom of four young children and relying on only one key is a major inconvenience, especially during chaotic mornings. The sales representative acknowledged this and told me he would speak with the sales manager and the parts department to request a discount due to the miscommunication. Shortly after, I was contacted and quoted full price for the replacement key. When I followed up asking about the promised discount, I received no clear response, and was eventually told that nothing could be done. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and broken promises. A second key is a significant detail that should be disclosed upfront, not after paperwork is signed. I've been a customer of Audi Peabody since 2021 and have only experienced a lack of customer service and transparency by the staff. From the moment I purchased my car, I have been disregarded, neglected, and not listened to. I needed a car for work and they kept pushing me off to different salesmen. Each would offer me extra mats, additional deals, an Audi sweatshirt , etc., only to not follow through when it came to the purchase of my car. The employees are quick to sell you packages, like their tire service, but when it comes time to fulfill the service, they fall short. I've had numerous issues with my tires since purchasing my package, and I'm convinced they're giving me faulty ones. It's an ongoing problem, and each time I try to get help, I'm met with disrespect and frustration. Just last week, I had an incredibly poor experience. My tire was plugged due to a flat over the weekend to which, I called Audi and they did not answer, so I went to the nearest tire place I found as I had to get to work. On Tuesday, I was told by Audi Peabody, my tire package would not be honored due to this repair. I demanded a better answer so I escalated the issue to the manager Dan, who assured me that they could fix it as the plug is only temporary. Two other associates claimed otherwise, I am glad the manager, Dan listened, however he said come back the next day at 10am, but when I arrived at 9:30am after my night shift I waited 15 minutes before any acknowledgement, and the guys in the service department were goofing off and throwing food at eachother. Finally, I was told it would take a few hours and they ordered me a Lyft to go home, as they did have a rental car available. At 2pm, I called to check the status as I was stranded at my house, to only be told my tire was not done. The service that was promised to take a few hours was not completed until six hours later after I demanded getting my car at that time being 3:30pm. Audi Peabody employees do not prioritize customer's time or concerns. It's clear that Audi Peabody is more focused on making money than providing quality service. I would not recommend Audi to anyone after the way I have been treated for years. I will not be returning back to Audi Peabody as my experiences have proved nothing short of disrespect and disappointment. I emailed their general manager, Brendan who offered me 15% off a future service and a car detail, and I laugh because the problems are from within, not from customer's wanting more shit services. I brought my Audi in because service light was on and it was time to do oil change along with filters. My appt was for 10:00 am and I was there till 12:30 of course they gave me a proposal for rear brakes & rotors at the tune of and said I have an oil leak. The presented me with a proposal for these repairs of $3000 plus. I left dealership went to Stop & Shop and when I returned to vehicle I checked oil gauge(not reading). I immediately called dealership and mentioned the oils gauge not reading & my service light wasn't reset. Went to dealership & they said their policy is if they recommend work and you don't do it,they will not reset service light I asked why my oil isn't reading as it did when I first left dealership. He said that is because I told you you have an oil leak. I said I didn't travel I0 miles. He said we will top it off. I said don't do that. The Audi dealership in Burlington did that, brought home car, park it in garage and next morning a puddle of oil was on the garage floor. They flat bedded it back to Burlington. They had overfilled it so much the oil pan was full. Long story short,Audi in Peabody never reset my service interval for oil. I goggled it and did it myself. Later today I will goggle how to reset my service light as this is an indicator that you need to have your car serviced. However, just because you decline doesn't mean they shouldn't shut the service indicator on off. They can have you sign that you have declined the recommended service to protect them. I am going to get another opinion I cancelled my appt to bring the car back on Saturday because they wanted to have it a couple of days to find out why the gauge was off. It is because no one reset it in the car. I will not bring my car there ever again. read more

I have been servicing my Audis for a few years at Audi Peabody. While I'm sure all the advisors are excellent-I have to single out Chris Meoli who has been wonderful and responsive during my visits. I was unlucky to buy a vehicle from a shady car dealership that sells "lemons" or "buy back" vehicles -I don't mind sharing their name if anyone is interested. I had numerous issues that Chris has helped me manage. Recently I decided to buy a new Audi and I would only consider going to Audi Peabody. Sales Manager Michael Sheehan was great-very kind and understanding of my past experiences having been taken advantage of by other dealerships. He did the absolute best for me and I could not thank him enough. He connected me with Wesley who showed me various vehicles and was very patient. I hope Audi Peabody is aware of Michael Sheehan and Chris Meoli-2 stellar employees they are lucky to have as their employees. read more

I wanted to buy a new Audi A3 so I went on the Audi Peabody website to look at their cars. They required me to allow them to put cookies on my computer, which I find unbelievably arrogant (I know they're not the only ones to do this but it's pathetic and I refuse to give into it), so I went to the dealership and spoke with a salesman who tried to find one I wanted. After unsuccessfully driving a dealership car around the lot to find it, he drove to the front door and said to wait while he went inside to locate it on the computer. I waited in the car for 10 minutes and another salesman came out and asked me if I needed help. I told him I was already being helped by a salesman who was inside trying to find the car I wanted. He said that salesman was now helping someone else and had sent him out to help me. "What kind of car do you want?," he asked. I was stunned. The salesman had DUMPED ME for someone else! I've had my Q5 for 4+ years and have been satisfied with my experience at the service dept. Raymond was my service advisor for my most recent experience and he was friendly, professional, a great communicator and very patient whenever I needed time to get back to him on a decision regarding my service options. I did have one negative experience with a different service advisor, but my advisor was made aware and everyone else was beyond helpful and friendly. My car was in for a few days and they made sure I had a loaner first thing when I dropped it off which I appreciated. Raymond took great care of us and answered any questions in a timely manner. Every quarter, I get another mailer, leave a bad review, the GM "promises" to fix the issue, then doesn't follow through. I've never hated a company or person as much as I hate Audi Peabody. After reading these reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet having experienced the same issue as others with the finance guy. The salesman Aaron(sp) was great. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about the Q5 and the history of the Audi, he was amazing. We were having such a great experience. Then, we went into finance to sign 'a few papers' and from there it went downhill. The finance guy Matt was the typical fast talking, arrogant, and rude sales pitch guy that you hear about. He was pushy and arrogant - he wanted me to pay $7000 for an extended warranty! He used all the slick terms, he then lowered it to $4300, but we walked out - How do you go from $7000 to $4300 for the same warranty? Shady - then called me again to lower the warranty, but I was so disgusted by them that there was just no way I was going back there. I'm very disappointed- I found a car I really liked, I was approved for financing and he completely ruined the experience. I'll never go back. Saturday I test drive and offer to buy a car at the advertised price. It was internet pricing and I was fine with that. On Sunday I call and give my credit card to hold the car. Rep responds saying they will only sell car if I buy two options I do not want: lifetime nitrogen and an undercoating and leather protectant adding 1383 to the price. Says I have till End of day Monday to decide. On Monday at ~2 I email rep and say I do not want these products and am moving on at~ 2:30 rep calls and says manager will do the deal without the extras. I tell him I will be there at 4 to do paperwork, he tells me it takes about an hour.. At 3:30 the rep calls to tell me someone is test driving the car. I head over at 4 I can see the car without plates parked along the road prime road space. At 4:16 after standing near desk the manager comes over to tell me the car was sold! They made me stand there for 16 minutes before anyone came over to tell me. whoever 'bought it' test drove, agreed to buy and closed on the deal in under 30 minutes and for good measure the car parked in same spot it was all weekend. there were no other customers. It was obviously not the truth. The manager lied right to my face, when I questioned timing he said it happens all the time. I bet it does! The rep could not even look me in the eye. Never said a word. car is still advertised at same price. obviously a bunch of stand up guys over at Audi of Peabody. read more

I drove to this dealership after doing my research to test drive a 2019 Audi A7. I was pleased with its listing price and had absolutely made up my mind to buy this car but had the worst experience with Kevin. It was so bad that after the test drive, I didn't even discuss numbers and just walked away. Kevin was very unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. The car itself was very dirty, (both interior and exterior) had 10 miles of range and the REAR VIEW CAMERA was not working on a car that is $75,000 new and was listed for $45,000. When I confronted Kevin about this his exact response was, " we can not clean or service our cars for test drive , we only do it if someone's purchasing a car". I was just disappointed with the whole experience i had with Kevin as a sales rep and the condition of the car presented to a potential customer. I expected more from an Audi dealership. read more

Wish I could leave two reviews but we all know that we can't which is unfortunate. Wilson the car salesman was absolutely amazing if I could give him his own 5 star rating I 100% would but unfortunately his great service wasn't enough to overcome the absolutely gross, conniving misconduct done by Matt the financing manager. and the "service" people. We went in with a preapproval from Chase Bank with a letter stating all we had to do was pick up the vehicle (2019 Nissan Maxima) when we arrived however we were told by Matt D. that a pre-approval was not a thing even with the letter in hand. Furthermore when he ran our credit he brought out the paperwork and we noticed there was an extra almost $2,000 charge for some CalTrex charge on the paperwork which we told him we did not want. He kept pushing and we stated that we didn't want to purchase the vehicle anymore and were gonna walk out until He stated "well we already applied it to the vehicle so you just won't have the warranty" and removed it from paper one. we thought we had a verbal agreement that we did not want the extra $2,000 charge on our bill, but being the un-honest, conniving, sad representative of Audi Peabody that Matt D. is, he still added it to our bill and spoke so fast and put papers in front of us to sign that the charge was snuck in to our transaction (yeah I know its partially our fault since we signed the papers without looking at them.) but if you say you're gonna remove something for a customer maybe you should be a man and stick to your word.... I guess all men aren't created equal. I also had the concern that the brakes were grinding and making noises and what do you know.... he said well they measured fine it could just be that it was sitting and some oxidation occurred on the rotor. I mistakenly trusted him again and inspection time came a few days later... behold failed inspection due to the brakes not meeting the minimum requirement for Maine. Sad that one sad employee can ruin the reputation of an establishment. read more

We set up an appointment with Maggie to test drive the vehicle,on arrival it was discovered that the car wouldn't start, they offered to fix the car and take it to me the next day for a test (we declined and returned the next day) The car was fixed and waiting, we drove it, loved it and purchased and we couldn't be happier. I picked up my S3 from service this past Saturday and stopped off at a lot close by to check it over. I noticed a lot of marks (some of them from body work not disclosed by the Audi dealer I bought it from) and mistook a new one for a water mark/spot or whatever. Upon further inspection, it appears to be from a key or some other object. I am absolutely certain it is from them. If you were to ask those who know me well to describe me, the three adjectives that are most often provided are fastidious, meticulous, and eccentric. I should have checked it out more that day, I didn't because I was fixated on the other weird s**t that appears to be from s****y body work, and it was freezing out! If you want to know the history of the vehicle that you spent $46,000 for, that was supposedly a certified lease, don't ask an Audi dealer for the past records. I understand that there are privacy issues but they could redact identifying information, or they could even just tell me what services were performed and the dealer lications. I do not advise calling out something that you expect to be bs, unless you want a tattoo on your vehicle. What really pisses me off is that I actually felt bad that maybe I was being too harsh with the service representative, as I understand that they are often doing what they are told to do. Your best bet is to spend an additional $40 to run a carfax, even though you just spent $1465.04 for two tires and rear brakes. At least this way, you can see for yourself what it is that they don't want you to know. They told me back in November that I have three bent rims and that they need to be repaired. I assured them that there was no way that I had done that, but I got the same bs response that I got from the dealer who sold me a car that was damaged and kept off of Carfax, that its my driving habits or some bs like that. The Carfax showed me that it was the previous lessee that had some issues with driving habits. I'm not expecting anyone to admit to keying/scratching my car, and it's really the least of my concerns right now, just another middle finger. I'm not sure if they were just trying to be cute because I specifically asked to see records from Herb Chambers, and that's why they wouldn't tell me that a tire had been replaced at Audi Pittsfield, at 8,000 miles, or not. I did make it clear to them that I suspected Audi Burlington was hiding something as they weren't going to tell me that the car I purchased didn't have the original tires on it that it was advertised as having. I had to ask because I thought it had summer tires, so I asked what they recommended for the fall/winter, and was told that they were replaced with new, all season tires. In conclusion, of something doesn't look or sound right to you and you know they are bulls******g you, keep it to yourself and you might be ok.....if they like you. The service dept definitely gives you high school locker room vibes. Let's just say that that you might not find them to be "open minded." I've actually had my vehicle serviced there a times since September, a tire repair, 40,000 mile maintenance, two tires (a little short of $700) and two tires with rear brakes (recent visit). I've overlooked some of the bs that they were telling me, as I kind of figured that they had an idea that I knew they were bulls******g me, so I didn't fully trust them. Now I don't trust them and will never go back there to have service done. Again, let me be clear that I have no problem paying for the necessary repairs on my vehicle, however I'm not going to pay for repairs necessary because another Audi dealer misrepresented the vehicle when I purchased it, and that's being kind because it may be more than misrepresentation. *the marks circled in blue are nothing, looked similar to the scratch which is why I didn't think anything of it read more

This place us a joke. After canceling my appointment twice, I finally get my car in there. They don't do the recall I was there to do but do do an oil change at my request. I get a text that there are issues they noticed that I should be aware of. They tell me my intake gasket needs replacing $1550. I grab my car, as they've had it for 2 days and I'm borrowing a car. I take it to the garage across from my job in Wellesley for a second opinion. He says there's no leak, just some oil on the engine and we'll clean in up for you. What a joke of a dealership. They were once good but has since gone downhill. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE there unless you expect to sit there and wait for hours for your car to be done. They never ever have loaners and will constantly lie to you that it's a rare occurrence for them to not have loaners. I've tried 3 times to bring my car in for service there only for them to tell me an hour before they don't have any loaners when my appointment was early in the morning. If you want a true depiction of how terrible the accountability for this dealership is, you should read this review. With the amount of issues that we have had with this dealership, I'm not even sure where to start. We purchased a used Volvo SUV as we needed a bigger car due to our newborn and animals. We should have known this wasn't going to be a good experience even based on the first attempt to test drive the car considering we were dicked around. We live almost 2 hours from this dealership so it takes a bit of effort and a lot of time to come down, but they had the vehicle make and model at the price point we wanted. An appointment was made to see the car and take it for a test drive. My husband showed up and spoke with the sales rep who after acknowledging the appointment stated he would go grab the car. After about 45 minutes the sales rep came back saying he couldn't find the keys, then took about 20 more minutes to figure out that the car was "at the shop". My husband left and was then called saying the car was back after he had finally gotten home. We made an appointment for the next day to go down and see the car together but when we got there we were told that "They didn't know where the car was" the day prior. The rest of our experience with this dealership was exactly like these first 2 visits. We have since had to go back to the dealership 4 different times to get 2 issues fixed, were promised a loaner car twice and when we got there were told there wasn't one but they could "give us a ride", and in order to finally have the biggest issue fixed we had to reach out to the GM of the area to actually get anything taken care of. We made the final visit today where my husband sat for 5 hours to have 2 parts replaced when the book time, all inclusive, shouldn't have been anymore than 4 MAX per Volvo standard, which is also what we have been told they have been referencing for all issues since day 1. When he was finally checked out he was advised by the tech that the check engine light is on even though it it wasn't when it was driven in, or when the desk associate checked the car in and turned it on to check the miles. We requested for the code to be read on the car to get attitude back from the tech because "He was about to clock out" and it wasn't his problem because it was on when we brought it in. The desk associate had to check it for us. Hopefully all of the issues are fixed and we never have to go back to this dealership again because they are by far the worst car company we have ever dealt with. Don't get me wrong everyone was nice except for the tech, but the lack of even simply giving a shit or being able to tell 1 story and stick with it, was far worse than we could have ever expected. My service advisor contacted me as a follow up of this review to bring the car in. They told me what I already knew, that the other side of the CV joint needed to be replaced, something that should've been addressed the last two times since that's the exact reason I brought it in. Quoted me for $1215, I then spoke to the service manager John who took absolutely no accountability for the oversight and said the problem wasn't there when I last brought my car in. When I brought my car in in April, I told them exactly that the car makes a noise upon acceleration and turning, which they assumed was related to the motor Mount, not axel. So when I brought it in again in May, only one axel was fixed aka they only fixed half of the problem. The June visit, as I thought was to rectify the situation, was a complete waste of my time and energy as it resulted more in frustration with nothing being done to make the situation right. read more

Just has my first visit to the service dept at Audi of Peabody...and I was quite pleased. Both on the phone and in person people were polite, friendly and helpful, and when I didnt have a ride home or back the following day they hired one for me. My only slight complaint is that when you first drive into the service area, there is no one right there to greet or meet you, and when I went inside the workers were either on the phone or talking amongst themselves for several minutes while I stood there patiently waiting. I've taken my A3 to Peabody over 5 closer Audi dealerships for years because I felt they've provided a better service, and a more thorough inspection even though they are 25 miles away. The staff has also been very helpful. However over the past two years there has been a big decline in service. I always get notice of a $69.95 oil change and so I made an appointment and requested a tire rotation as well (I purchased my tires from them as well). I was advised by Nick that I needed to bring in a physical coupon otherwise due to a sharp increase in oil costs the oil change would be $89.95. This seemed weird to me but Nick told me he would not argue with me about the cost, nor the need for a physical printed coupon in 2022. I also was quoted $29.95 for a tire rotation. The past few times I've made appointments I've scheduled a loaner car which have not been available even though I've scheduled way in advance. This time I reserved a Silver Car and advised I would be back on Monday, leaving my car with them for 3 days. Upon pick up (for the third visit in a row) the car wash, nor the vacuuming had been completed (I was told next time I was in the area to stop by for a comp car wash. While paying for the vehicle instead of the estimated 119.90, the total came to an inexplicable 145.95, I was told this was due to labor costs. Over the last few visits I've felt that Audi has found ways to increase service costs while providing a lower level of service. It may be time to move on from Audi. read more

I made a service appointment days ahead. I dropped off car and no loaner available. I was told they were busy and would "try to fit it in". I Was called end of day and told car would be serviced the next day. I called in the AM and I was told car would not be seen until the afternoon and diagnosed only. Why take the service appointment if you don't have time to do the service. This is not how a professional operation should operate imo. If you want your time wasted and then to be called rude for voicing your query about taking a service appointment when they had no time to do the service than Go elsewhere .... After buying my used Audi from a non-Audi dealership, as a new Audi customer started the process of seeing which dealership to use for future service and questions. Reached out to Audi of Peabody, Burlington, and Nashua as all are nearby. Peabody was the most responsive online through through Facebook channel and later through email and other means. Burlington eventually was after escalating to the right person. Nashua was by far the worst and weeks later still having trouble reaching a person, but imagine they simply don't have a team managing their online communications well such as their contact form, email and Facebook like the other dealerships. Chuck from the parts department was very helpful in getting what I needed far faster than I expected. Bethany the assistant service manager was incredibly responsive to emails, and passed on my requests to the right people with little involvement from me needed which was a welcome relief. Had planned on bringing car into service but has some things on my end that required me to postpone for the time being, but had spoken to Tyler, prior and he was helpful as well, and sure will take care of things when I do bring in. While the location is the furthest of the three from Southern NH, it's not much farther, and certainly worth it when you factor in responsive customer service that can interact on various mediums. read more

Had a great experience at Peabody Audi service department. When I walked in I didn't know how it worked and they walked me through it. My last experience with a dealer service department was not like this. It was a t a Dodge dealer who could not figure out what was wrong for 9 months and if I wanted any updates I had to call. That dealer did not do anything to help me. Peabody Audi called me, and continued to update me, that afternoon and said that my car will not be ready until the end of the week or the beginning of the next week. One of the best car shopping experiences I've ever had thanks to the salesperson Hanley and all of the managers we encountered. They are all extremely professional and kind, took their time with us and made sure we were happy. I buy a new car every 7-8 years and find the process nauseating when it comes to negotiating price. Had a great easy sale on my girlfriends q3 but when it was time to get something fixed under warranty they seemed to not want anything to do with it. They gave her a loaner that had a busted tire and made her pay 300$ for it. Nothing was fixed that it was brought in for ( took over a week). They called to say it was ready for pickup at 3 we showed up at 5, they lost her car in the lot so it wasn't ready for pickup, wasn't washed like they said it was, and THEN they lost her keys. So an hour later still waiting for her car( now it's 6:00 at night) not pleased with service department will take my business somewhere else. read more

Audi Peabody Service Team is Fantastic! I continue to enjoy the 2018 Audi S4 I bought new here almost 3 years ago. Service Advisor Tyler Albano and Service Director Jon-Eric Flem always do a terrific job coordinating service for my car. Along with their talented service technicians they recently helped sort out a somewhat mysterious fault code and got me back on the road. They were pleasant, persistent and professional. Be advised. Be wary. Be gone. The Etron sales team added over $2000 in fraudulent add-ons ( dent protection and carpet care- both of which I clearly declined before the sale) that were credited after the sale. Sales team says most everyone who buys there is a busy professional and that drop-off of loaners at my residence is and will be the norm. Not once in almost two years and several service calls were they willing to provide a loaner at my home; I have an hour ride each way. The service team makes the sales team seem like Elon Musk. They schedule you in. Show up - no one knows why you're there. Car is then in there for service and I continue to receive texts to bring the car in! No one knows or cares there. Etron doesn't have enough charge to do a RT without an on site charge there. You have to request it at pick up even though they've had the car for several days. Then, they spend half hour "charging" it - only to add 3- yes, three, miles to the range when delivered to me. Nicola Tesla they are not. Barely make it home, put car on charge and- voila- hatchback opens- into garage door - again. Yes, that repair was on their punch list during the "service" call. Staff couldn't care less- as these complaints are essentially duplicates of the same ones made by me to them since day 1. My other car is same year Tesla M3. Never bring car to them- they come to you. Things get addressed correctly the first time. Look around-- how many Etrons do you see vs. Teslas? I in fact like the Etron. But, with dinosaur sales and service policies and staff such as at Audi Peabody, these stuffed-shirt types are hanging on to yesterday's automobile dealership nonsense and profit-at-all-cost diversions.
