If you want to know what it was like to buy a car in the 80s just come here and meet the general Sales Manager John Lynch. I don't usually do reviews due to being in the business myself, but his condescending way of speaking and doing business leads me to believe he is teleported to work each day in a time capsule. This place seems to be still capable of throwing your keys on the roof and selling you a wholesale car without an engine at a retail price. Tried to buy a vehicle from this place, at their price, that clearly had bad brakes due to the thumping, grinding and message that appeared on the dash, but John instead resulted in pissing on my head and telling me it's raining. He stated that the rear brakes were just recently replaced and what I was experiencing wasn't really happening, even though the Carfax clearly stated the brakes were replaced over 20k miles ago and were only "checked" by the dealership at inception. If you are buying a used car from this place; you better check the Carfax and make sure they have invested in the vehicle or maybe just stay away all together. Being in the business I was surprised to see that they invested nothing but still wanted all of the money without giving me all of the car. Buyer BEWARE!!! I would not recommend Bill Deluca Chevrolet in Andover Ma to anyone! I bought my 2025 Chevrolet traverse z71 from them a few months ago. After owning the vehicle for a couple weeks and less than a 1000 mils on it we had a a bad snow storm and I noticed the side heated mirror on my drivers side was not working. I made a service call and brought it in. I had a sheet of ice and inch or more thick on my mirror for days that wouldn't come off! I insisted it was not working and the service tech told me it was working. He took me outside with a heat gun and couldn't get the temp to come up above 40 something degrees which was the same temp as the rest of the car. After insisting the mirror should heat up to a higher temp in order for fog or anything to clear from it, he would not listen to me. Kept the car over night since I pushed on the issue that I know it is not working. Next day I get a call that after the freezing temps overnight they did a test by breathing on and misting water on the mirror in hopes it would freeze and then clear when the heated mirror turns on but they couldn't show me this in person. They continued to insist I was wrong and it is working and I was told the heated mirror will never get above 50 degrees or become warm to the touch. It's only designed to clear fog or frost so it would never get warm enough to notice it by touch. I went home and continued to dwell on the fact I KNOW it is not working. Common sense tells you it needs to come up in temp even a little to even get rid of fog and frost. I waited for a really cold day and went outside with my own heat gun and tested this after running the heated mirrors for a few minutes and sure enough passenger side heated mirrors got up to 70+ degrees and driver side stayed at 41 degrees which was the same as the rest of the car. I took video proof of this and called the service department back as well as texted the video proof and service manager told me at this point I should just wait until my first service visit to have it looked at again. My miles were around 2000 on the new vehicle at this time. I think it is VERY unprofessional and careless to tell a brand new customer with a brand new vehicle to wait Another 5,000 miles to have something that came broken and under warranty to be fixed?!!! They could not admit they were wrong and therefore treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and I was so put off by it. The stress it put me through trying to prove to them when all they had to do was diagnose the mirror and not just assume the customer didn't know what they were talking about. I called Chevrolet directly and they told me to go to a different dealership and right away after 10 minutes of being at the new Chevrolet dealership they diagnosed the issue. There was a bent pin in the driver side heated mirror which must have happened during production. They ordered me a new mirror and by the end of the following week it was replaced and working as it should! A couple other issues, the trim on the inside of my door was missing when I purchased the car and the service department must of forgot to put my owners manual back in the glove box because it was missing after the service visit. I emailed about it with no response as to if they were going to send me a new one. The trim was ordered and mailed to me. As for the mirror issue, I tried several times contact the owner of Bill Deluca or even higher management to express my frustration and make them aware of how I was treated and the issue with my mirror. I was promised a call back several times and no one ever called. I gave them the opportunity to get the story from me instead of me writing a bad review on the dealership but it is quite clear now that they just do not care. Buyer beware especially with the service department there. I will continue to take my new vehicle to another Chevrolet service department. This one can't be trusted. read more

I do not usually post things like this, as I do not like to burden my friends with negativity, but I felt this is necessary and a warning to others. This week, I have had THE worst car buying experience. I bought a car from Bill Deluca Cadillac in Andover. Getting new car is supposed to be exciting, fun, maybe a bit stressful. However, I only felt the stress and bullied. Saying I was treated poorly by the sales manager, John Lynch is an understatement. He was condescending, arrogant, cocky and a bully. He brought me to tears and took advantage of my weakness. I literally felt threatened into making the deal. He reneged on a signed agreement and would not take ownership of that. Their car was listed 40k in Sept and i offered 36k, but they did not sell it to me, I told them their car was over priced. Disorganized Parts Department with poor Customer "service". We visited their Parts Department on three separate occasions trying to order parts and touch up paint. Each time was a fiasco. The first was 30 minutes waiting for a new employee to place the order while he struggled with their computer "system" and made numerous calls for help. Second visit was after several weeks with no update on our PAID order. We stopped in because we were in the area. This time we waited while they tried to find a record of our order on their computer "system" and made excuses for their overall lack of competence and customer "service". Apparently, the order was misaddressed from GM in Pennsylvania? Third visit was after two more weeks to finally pick up the part. This time, we waited while they attempted to locate it in the hoard that they refer to as inventory. We did finally receive what we purchased but; Woolworth was and is unable to provide a simple tube of touch up paint. Excuses, excuses, unfulfilled promises of updates. Thankfully, the Internet is far more useful than Woodworth. I should have expected this considering they are under the Bill DeLuca name where shoddy customer "service" is the company motto. Was finally looking to buy my first corvette at age 37 and found the one or so I thought I did. To make a long story short I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a car dealership. Had an appointment all set up for Saturday to see the car and was never informed anything about this price change or lack of desire to sell it seems. Tried to add 1k onto price online for new tires but was never mentioned. Below is the email: But the truth is the truth. Don't advertise a car for sale and then have someone ready to go see it and not mention a thing about the price. What a wild experience. After purchasing my truck and getting the "172 point inspection" completed I noticed there was a grinding noise in the steering wheel. Was told it was the steering wheel so that was replaced. Then while they had the truck they realized it was the steering column so that had to be replaced (not sure how you do a 172 point inspection and not know it needs a steering column". Then a bolt wouldn't come loose so they had to grind the bolt down to replace the steering column. So I finally get my truck back and I see something on the front seat so i go to wipe it off. Little did I know it was metal shavings from the bolt that was grinded down and sliced open my finger. Luckily MY CHILDREN didn't cut themselves and it was just me. They apologized and offered me floor mats for the inconvenience since my truck didn't come with any. I finally get to drive my new truck and to go straight the steering wheel needs to be turned to the right (no biggy, alignment is just off). I then stand noticing the tires were rumbling and making the truck shake on the highway. When i get off the highway I look at the tires and they have dry cracking on them in the tread (not too severe but enough to cause concern). I call the sales manager and he said he would have them replaced no problem and they sent someone to pick up my truck. I go to get my truck at the end of the day, the sales rep I was dealing with told me my truck was all set, I asked if my tires were replaced and he said 'they should have been' so I said we should go check before I leave. SO when we go over to the truck I can clearly see its the same tires. I go into the service department and ask why my tires weren't changed. The service manager Reggie was a complete asshole to me, told me he isn't replacing the tires because there was nothing wrong with them. Tells me to come take a look at them before we get into a "SCREAM FIGHT". You're going to tell a customer you're going to get into a scream fight with them?????? LOL, and he's the service manager???? Nice service. Constantly crossing his arms telling me he isn't going to do anything after I was told by the Sales Manager that the tires were being replaced. Told me he fixed the alignment and that's all he was doing (which the alignment is still off, i have to turn the steering wheel to the left to go straight". Bill Deluca himself has to step in because he see's I'm clearly not happy and I'm fighting with the service manager. After a talk with him, Reggie, and the used car manager, Bill was a solid guy offers me out of good faith 2 tires and I pay for the other 2 out of my pocket or I can return the truck. Not exactly a good deal seeing how I spent about $42k on the truck I have to dish out $700 for 2 more tires. Being in a situation where I needed a vehicle since I had sold my old one already forced me to buy 2 tires. I go to Deluca this AM to drop off my truck and bring Reggie the keys. I tell him the steering wheel still needs to be turned to the left to go straight. I said maybe when the steering column was put in it was put on while it was unaligned and that could be the reason the last alignment was off. Reggie with his attitude proceeded to grab his pen and start drawing a diagram on how that would be impossible to do with how the steering column goes in. With an eye roll says he will have them look at it again when they put the tires on. Go to pick up my truck with the new tires on it and guess what?? Reggie told me I was correct and the alignemnt was off and they went ahead and corrected it FREE OF CHARGE.... Then he goes to ring me out and after telling me each tire is roughly $340 I get there an the bill is $789. I understand in MA there's state tax but they tried to charge me for install. Not happening. After Reggie getting loud with me saying I TOLD YOU THE PRICE ON THE PHONE AND EVEN WROTE IT DOWN, I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 37 YEARS I KNOW WHAT IM DOING, I got loud back. Reggie then proceeded to step toward me like he was going to intimidate me. Unfortunately for Reggie I'm not a little old lady who he could intimidate and told him not to step towards me again or it would get bad. He finally decided to tell me he will waive the install fee so that he doesn't have to see me again. One of the other service writers came into the office because he knew it was getting bad and kept telling Reggie not to say anything. Every interaction I had with Reggie was the exact same way. Just a know it all who can't seem to let his ego down. Would highly recommend not going to this dealership or even getting their vehicle worked on with the know it all service manager Reggie who was a complete dick during every interaction. Bought a car here that was at the right price without any hassle. I knew because I had checked the blue book value on-line. Returned a year later to buy another car and was treated horribly! Salesmen were dishonest and rude. They would not answer questions about the car that I could easily look up on-line; they treated me like a dumb blonde. They tried to pad the invoice with all sorts of options that I did not ask for or want, and when I questioned the charges, they were evasive and would not answer simple yes or no questions, and refused to remove the options when I asked them to. They outright lied about some things. When I went to speak to the manager, he was patronizing beyond belief. I would never do business here again. Such a waste of time and a disappointment! I expected to be treated well as a repeat customer, but that didn't seem to matter to them. read more

I purchased my 2005 Corvette from a small niche corvette dealer and I overpaid "big time", but I got an exceptional, low mileage car. The problem came this Spring when I looked to upgrade to a C7; and I couldn't get any dealer to give me a fair trade on my car. I went back to the same, niche, dealer and they quoted me a fair trade allowance, but I was going to overpay again for a C7. I hated the idea of going to a dealership, felling like they "turn and burn" customers and would treat my purchase like any other car deal. I got very lucky when I contacted Woodworth Chevrolet in Andover. They were the only dealer (and I contacted a lot of them) that gave me a fair price on my trade & a fair price on my new Corvette. Waste of my Time Not recently but a few years ago, I was looking for a new luxury car and was down to deciding between Cadillac and BMW. So I went to Woodworth Motors in Andover to check-out the Cadillac CTS. I really liked what I saw and told the salesman that I was serious about the car and that I'd like to take it for an extended test drive, meaning that I wanted to do more than drive it around the corner a few times. I explained that I would pick-up my other half and together we would go for a ride in it because that's what we enjoy doing, taking long scenic rides, and we needed to mutually agree that we'd be happy with the car. I gave the salesman a copy of my license and my cell phone number, and drove off. Over an hour later I was shocked to receive a call on my cell phone from the OWNER of Woodworth Motors; he was literally yelling at me over the phone, demanding to know where his car was. Keeping my cool, I tried to explain to him that his car was safely in my custody and that I had asked for an extended test drive. What I heard next over the phone was a tirade that included a couple of choice four letter words and very disrespectful talk. Completely offended, I reminded him that he was talking to a potential customer and that he needed to act with more civility if he expected to continue talking to me. I heard one more barrage and demand to return the car immediately "or else", and an abrupt hang-up. Completely disgusted, I knew there was no way I was going to give that person or his company my business and so I drove the car back to the dealership and handed it back in. Then, incredibly, some dumb salesman had the audacity to ask me, "well, how did you like it?" Fast forward, I ended-up buying a BMW and it was the best decision I made; the car is fantastic and the dealership treats all customers like VIPs. And, by the way, I also took the BMW out for a similar extended test drive and, upon returning, when the salesman asked me, "well, how did you like it?", I replied, "I like it fine. We were quoted a price of $300 to install a CD player in our new Cadillac. They charged us an extra $27.25. When we questioned this, we were told that they had given us an approximate price. No! Without a firm price, we wouldn't have agreed to it. When we complained to the sales manager, he said he'd return $6.00 to us. Wow! Button up your shirt, your heart's sticking out. Apparently you need this money more than we do. Do not agree to anything with them unless you have it in writing. We've purchased at least a dozen new cars from the Bill DeLuca dealerships over the past 35 years. Apparently this doesn't matter. My name is Alex T. This is a follow up to a review I wrote several days ago. I called the owner of this business ( Bill Deluca ). I explained to him that I felt that his team treated me unfairly when they sold the truck I already had a deposit on without even making a 5 min phone call to me first giving me the first right of refusal as I was owed. Bill told me that he would look into it and call me back. I emphasized, "You will definitely call me back today?" He said yes. This was on Friday. I still haven't heard back from him. I am done with this franchise and I will tell everyone that will listens to stay away. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. It's bad enough when the employees don't have integrity, but when the owner himself conducts himself in this way- it's no wonder things like this happen. To whom it may concern, I am writing as a very disappointed customer. I own a Cadillac XTS Platinum Vsport and while I have enjoyed the car, I have far from enjoyed the Cadillac service experience. I brought my car in to Woodworth Cadillac in Andover Massachusetts on May 4th 2018 for a couple dashboard lights which had come on, a rotted rubber sealant on the sunroof as well as a general service (brakes, oil, alignment). Upon entry it should've sparked concern as I was not addressed/instructed on what to do or where to go. This was after asking! After the girl at the desk wrote my name on a sheet of paper I was told it may be a few days at most and would be called if and when any issues were identified. I left without a rental vehicle assuming a few days of borrowing a car would be no issue. I am now going on 20 days no vehicle and numerous phone calls to Woodworth, online chats, texts, emails, and calls to regional Cadillac service managers. None of this has helped in any way identifying the issues with my vehicle or getting it back to me in a timely manner. Finally after 11 days of no returned phone calls from Woodworth and basic "we understand" conversation with Bianca the regional customer service woman my father decided on his own to show up at Cadillac on my behalf (as I have one of his cars). This only prompted a call from Scott the service advisor who said "he dropped the ball". I explained that he did not follow through on any of the statements he made about calling me to advise the condition of my vehicle or even give me an idea on when it would be returned. Now going into day 20, Scott finally reached out again and has told me I would get my car back May 24th or 25th. However, the sunroof sealant wouldn't be able to be done as they would need a few more days. This only indicates that my car was not being worked on while it was there this entire time and I was basically strung along as they held my car. I can't express the dissatisfaction in customer service I have received. read more

Your Review: I have been very unhappy with Woodworth for months now with an unresolved issue, The service manager doesnt know his &%# from his elbow and neither does the rest of the service team. I have complained to GM directly and they in turn go back to ask the service manager his opinion and still no resolve. The dealership owner spoke with my husband and said he would call back in a week, were still waiting 2 months later for his call. Last week I had to bring the car in for a routine oil change and was told there was a recall on a On Board Sensor, which they replaced. They noticed at the time that the inspection sticker was out of date. I told them not to do the sticker, that I would have my own mechanic do the inspection. Guess What, Rejection Sticker issued because the dealership neglected to inform me that changing the sensor would reset the On Board System and therefore I need to drive the car for about a 100 miles before I can go back for another inspection. I blame the dealership for not suggesting that I get the sticker first before changing the sensor. I hate this dealership and would never buy again or recommend to anyone. I cant wait for this lease to be up. I am driving a car that drives like a tank, not the Cadillac User Experience I am paying for. read more

My beautiful new Buick Encore was involved in a violent Hit&Run in a parking lot. Not even 2000 miles on it yet. I was devastated. We had previously brought my husband's 2016 GMC Canyon there after being squished in a pileup on the highway. On both vehicles the work is impeccable! Flawless really. They both look brand new again! And I'm super detailed, I can't see where the paint is blended - it's astonishing! The only negative feedback would be the response time for a phone to be returned, but if they're this busy because their work is amazing, I'll take the unreturned call. Came here to trade in my 2014 silverado. The manager didn't even come out to look at my truck. He said he "looked at it through his office window". Then tried to tell me that the only way i could get into the car i wanted is if I had a perfect 800 credit score. Two weeks after bringing my 2016 Cadillac ATS in for 2 tires to be replaced after I had previously called my extended warranty company and started the claim for the dealership and got the process started for replacement, practically doing 90% of the advisors job and all Scott had to do was call and get the authorization number for replacement. ( my car was there from 9am to 4:30pm) and he was unable to make that 5 minute phone call and told me when I came to pick it up he would contact me in a day or two after he got authorization for replacement. After I hadn't been contacted by the Woodworth Cadillac staff in a 2 week period (something that doesn't take more then 10 minutes) I had called back to check in multiple times within a 2 week period but only to be directed to a voicemail between different advisors and the service manager, and was never contacted back by there staff, finally I had gotten in touch with an advisor named Matthew and asked about the claim they were supposed to submit and get approval for and he had no idea what I had been talking about, he said he would call me the following day and let me know what the status of the claim was! Only to find out they have yet to even take the time to contact my extended warranty company in this 2 week period after being told by Mathew to "have a nice life" absolutely rude and disrespectful, I had told him I will be bringing my Cadillac to another dealership and in doing so I had gotten results that day, they took the 5 minutes of effort needed to call my warranty company and get approval to replace my tires while I waited and sat in front of the advisor as he initiated the claim. I myself work for a car dealership as an assistant service manager for a different brand knowing how easy it is to actually make this call and satisfy a loyal GM customer that has bought over 12 vehicles from GM in the past 5 years and always was treated respectfully and promptly no matter where I brought my cars up until this point at Woodworth Cadillac in North Andover MA, any other time my vehicle would have never entered that shop but with it being a Cadillac I figured servicing it with Cadillac was the right thing to do, boy was I wrong. I will say being in the automotive field and running a service department I would never allow this behavior from any service personal that worked with me in my department to treat a customer in this manner. This behavior would not be tolerated against any customer no matter what the circumstances were. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had bringing my car to a certified GM shop and I have never been so disrespected by a service advisor from General Motors in my 10 years of working in the field. This is the absolute worst and most disrespectful service department I have ever seen and will never return to service or buy another vehicle from them, I can guarantee if they knew I was in the same service industry as them they would have put the 2% effort needed to accommodate my vehicle and needs but since replacing 2 tires doesn't make a service writer more then 50 cents on their commission check I was not made a priority at this dealership, and the advisor could have cared less about helping me and my needs. I hope that this review makes it to who it needs to in order to correct this service department as I have also contacted their General Motors representative that I have also worked with at 2 other dealerships i had worked for and explained to him the horrendous situation I have endured at this dealership, also contacted Marcia Flag who also worked for GM but has retired and will reach out to others who need to be aware of the way this service department treats loyal GM customers and I will not stop there until this service department is corrected and takes pride in all customers even new ones, in my experience a new customer is always potential for future sales if the consumer enjoys where they service they will also make future purchases at that location. I currently own 6 General Motors products 5 of them being Cadillac and I am in the market to trade up and purchase newer models and can tell anyone this is the absolute last place I would consider taking my business to, Colonial Cadillac of Woburn has the respect and loyalty needed by there employees to GM customers to ensure prompt and proper service doing what is needed to satisfy a customer even if they did not buy from them. All in all again the absolute worst and disrespectful service department I have ever seen in my career. read more

DO not trust them. They advertised a Price Match Guarantee on tires BUT NEVER HONORED IT!! Despite the service manager telling me he would SEVERAL TIMES. Shoddy work, poor service, no follow through. Everything has gone down hill since DeLuca bought this dealership. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

So right off the bat, I need to say how much I detest car shopping. Couple that with "Used" car shopping and I get a sick feeling. BUT, had the best experience ever from Bill Deluca's Woodworth Cadillac in Andover, MA. My husband and I purchased a used CTS and could not have been happier with the car, the salesman, Mark and the staff at the dealership. They were respectful, we got the deal that we were comfortable with and so far the car is great. If they weren't 90 minutes away, I would certainly have my vehicle serviced there. Thank you for such a great first experience with your dealership. We will definitely go back should our next vehicle stay in the Cadillac make. Give them a shot! read more

Not even worth one star. We were told the Vehicle we wanted would be ready when we got there. Victoria told us she had informed her manager and that everything would be ready when we got there. The price was so close we could make it work. We drove two hours to get there, nobody knew anything about it. We were told the girl that works there is an internet "fisher" and they don't follow through because usually people don't show up. If they do show up, once you've got them there you can get them to pay more than what was promised over the many phone conversations. That's straight out of Tims mouth! I have never been so disrespected in my life. Tim couldn't be bothered to help in any way, the salesman had no idea where the vehicle was, very very bad experience. Bought many, many cars in my 50+ years and have never been so disrespected. Tim was a pompous condescending sorry excuse for a salesperson. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! read more
