We got to the dealership and the sticker price was $54k, but when we received the 'offer' from the Finance Manager, it was $58k!!! The salesman said it was because of 'the market fluctuations'. Additionally, the vehicle we went there to test-drive was mysteriously not there when we arrived. (we had made an appointment that was confirmed over the phone in the days prior) We bought the vehicle that was there, even though it wasn't the color we originally wanted, but we probably won't go back there again.

The lease on my Nissan Versa was going to expire, so on July 30, 2026 I went to Lease another Nissan, Nick the salesperson was very good, he worked to get me a $299/month payment with $4,000 down. They would not give me anything for my 2023 Versa since I had a few repairs that needed to be done, which I would have had repaired, but they said they would take the car as is for a trade. I signed the agreement to lease a 2026 Altima and put down the $4,299, but when I went to the Finance Office, I didn't feel well, I was exhausted from the wait and felt dizzy and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Somehow I ended up getting talked into purchasing the car. Payments will be $457.28 for 84 months!!! I was never told the rate! I've calculated it to be 11%??? I feel like I was taken advantage of because I'm an 83 year old female and I wasn't feeling well and am embarrassed to say I was not sure what I was signing. I was never given any purchase agreement and went home without any paperwork to show what I purchased or agreed to. The only paperwork I have is the original purchase agreement that I signed with Nick to "lease" the Altima. AND a copy of my credit score which is 893!!!!! With that credit score, I get an 11% rate???? Is that legal?! I spoke with Nick 2 weeks ago and told him that I was never given any paperwork by the finance person, Nick told me that he would have it mailed to me. I still have not received it!!! I have also sent them e-mails asking if I can get out of the purchase contract and remain with the lease contract. No response! June

They said the bracket inside the door was broken and that part was $50 to replace, $20 for garage fee, and $350 for labor. There was no way I was going to pay that! Went home and ripped off my inside door panel, got to the bracket and it was NOT broken! I was able to fix my door handle in a couple of hours, and saved myself $450. The point of this review is DON'T always trust their service!!! Get a second opinion.

We recently brought our mini in as it was doing some sloppy shifting. It was new to us, had 75k…read moremiles, and we wanted to make sure that it wasn't a transmission problem. The guys at European Motorsports were able to look at the vehicle the day after I called. They took their time pinpointing the issue (turned out to be a shift linkage) and even dropped the exhaust system to make sure there wasn't anything else going on. They only charged me for an hour's diagnostic, even though it took 3.5. Tony insisted and showing me the broken part and then showing me what it was supposed to look like. He really wanted me to understand what was wrong with and what was being done to my vehicle. The part that was needed was in the next day, so I had the car back within about 36 hours. Shifts like new. Couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back. As a neat bonus, they have some vintage vehicles, including a Ferrari and Lamborghini in the show room to look at, if that is your thing. Thanks guys! EDIT (05/16/13): Four months later and everything is smooth. Haven't spent another dime on the car outside of oil change maintenance. Happy I got the shift linkage taken care of!
