I recently bought a new to me BMW that I wanted to have looked over and serviced. Enzo and Michael…read moreassisted me with an oil change, new rear brakes, new air filters, etc. He thoroughly looked the car up and down to make sure it was completely safe and let me know about any potential repairs or services I might need in the future. He was very honest and forthcoming with the details of the inspection and his professional opinion on needed and not-needed services. Even though this shop is a bit of a drive for me, I will only be taking my car here from now on. bonus points for the gorgeous classic cars in the showroom, what a treat! 10/10 recommend to everyone!

The guys at European Motorsports were able to look at the vehicle the day after I called. They took their time pinpointing the issue (turned out to be a shift linkage) and even dropped the exhaust system to make sure there wasn't anything else going on. They only charged me for an hour's diagnostic, even though it took 3.5. Tony insisted and showing me the broken part and then showing me what it was supposed to look like. He really wanted me to understand what was wrong with and what was being done to my vehicle. The part that was needed was in the next day, so I had the car back within about 36 hours. Shifts like new. Couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back. As a neat bonus, they have some vintage vehicles, including a Ferrari and Lamborghini in the show room to look at, if that is your thing. Thanks guys! EDIT (05/16/13): Four months later and everything is smooth. Haven't spent another dime on the car outside of oil change maintenance. Happy I got the shift linkage taken care of!

Do NOT Trust!!! Vehicle was in shop getting checked out,…read morefixed or diagnostic of issues more than we the time we had it in our possession. Ending with total transmission failure, cracked radiator, Engine air flow valves, back wheel bearings + brake caliper issues in less than 30 days!! On September 20th, 2024 purchased a 2013 Subaru Legacy for $4,500.00 from J&M Auto Sales at 128 West Street in Lawrence, MA - 978-328-8762. J&M Auto assured it would pass inspection and there was nothing wrong with it. When we brought it to our mechanic it failed inspection. Engine lights had come on reporting several issues. It was important he had a reliable vehicle to commute to college (Southern New Hampshire University - SNHU). School was starting again in January. It took my son a long time to save up for this vehicle. It was all the money he had. Not only did the vehicle NOT pass inspection, my son had to pay more than $500.00 for things that did not fix the issues he had. Below you will find a timeline of events. During all this time, my son had to wait for mechanics to become available. Our mechanic was really busy as well and went on vacation - preventing us from getting some things checked sooner. Every time something got fixed, we needed to drive it 100+ miles to make sure engine lights would not come back on. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1k6uPRPB9fYOsbTk8kTi3JDasjvOWGkUrXT8FbRPJVbQ/edit?usp=sharing
