They had the pads out of the calipers and caliper taken off. I told them that I would do my brakes myself and put it back together and just do the oil change . I did the brake job this weekend and I found that they massively over torqued the caliper slide pin bolts. One side was ok, on the driver side I need a 3ft cheater pipe to get the 14mm bolt off. Should never happen naturally with a car that's only 2 years old. Either negligence or spite are the reasons that this could happen. I would not trust bringing my cars there for service.

I didn't end up liking the car I looked at but I would still recommend anyone to go here and if I buy a car again soon this will be the first place I look.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Walls Ford, and have serviced 2 others. The sales staff have always treated me with respect and negotiations have been honest and fair. Sean Freeman in service is an outstanding service advisor, the Technicians and Mechanics, have been excellent in diagnosing and fixing any problems I have had, even though they are few. They fix it right, the first time. As cars get more and more complex, Good Diagnosticians are becoming more and more rare. Walls has been pretty good in this area, better than most. As a Ford customer since 1981, I have experienced many ford dealerships over the decades, starting with Wilmington, Bonnell, Sentry and Regan, Ford, all now long gone. Had good luck at Londonderry ford with my Supercharged Mustang, but have settled on Walls as the best for the past 16 years, take my word for it, it does not get much better than these guys as dealerships go.

I contacted the dealership through their website and scheduled a day and time to check out the car. They messaged me saying the car would be waiting outside for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was still inside the dealership. The dealer I was working with, Mr. DeVito, asked me to wait while he arranged the test drive. Since it was lunchtime, I went to a nearby restaurant. While I was eating, Mr. DeVito called and asked me to come back the next day. I didn't understand why I had to return after already scheduling an appointment, but I agreed. The next day, the car was finally outside. I drove it with Mr. DeVito. Since I planned to trade my old car as part of the purchase, we negotiated the prices of both vehicles. We reached an agreement, and Mr. DeVito told me I had seven days to have the car inspected. I mentioned that in my experience buying cars from dealers, inspections are usually completed by the dealership before purchase. Mr. DeVito told me they didn't have the registration yet, so they couldn't do the inspection. He then said, "You do the inspection, I promise to reimburse you; we'll send you a check." I left the dealership, and within minutes, they called me back saying they had the registration after all--clearly proving they could have done the inspection themselves. It's been almost two months since I purchased the car, and I still haven't received the promised reimbursement check. While the amount was only $35, a promise is a promise, and failing to honor it reflects poorly on the dealership. Overall, the entire experience with Wall's Ford was very disappointing. From the mismanaged appointment and test drive to the unfulfilled promise, it was a frustrating process. I will never buy a car from this dealership again, and I highly recommend others stay away as well.

Jonathan Walker is a superstar sales and leasing professional, who is as knowledgeable about Subaru's as he is dedicated to business integrity and customer service. The Service Department is the best service department that I have encountered in several auto brands, over 50+ years. They perform meticulous work, are efficient, and high integrity. One thing to note, they are busy; In my opinion, they are busy, because they are so much better than other Subaru dealers in the area. We've never purchased a pre-owned car, but, I recently walked the North Reading Subaru parking lot, and I must say, I could not tell the pre-owned cars from the new cars. If we were in the market for a pre-owned Subaru, North Reading Subaru would be our first and only stop. After picking up the vehicle I had noticed that one of the ac vents was broken and they had me bring in the vehicle and fixed it with no problem. I highly recommend North Shore Mazda but even more so I highly suggest you ask for Dominque and you will receive an amazing car buying experience just as I did. I was extremely nervous going in as a woman without my husband and having no idea how to negotiate. Casey E, the sales manager, made it a key selling point that the vehicle (a preowned Tesla) included Full Self-Driving, repeatedly emphasizing that it added $12,000 in value to the car. Based on that, I agreed to the deal and put down a down payment. After everything was signed, I found out the car does NOT include FSD - a major misrepresentation. Once this was confirmed, there was no effort to adjust the price to reflect the missing $12,000 feature. The value of the car clearly changed, but the price did not. When I raised the issue, they admitted the mistake (but still blamed the owner that sold them that car???) and offered no real solution other than canceling. No accountability and no attempt to make things right. All they offered was a free car detail to the loss of the $12,000 car value??!!!! Trying to get my money back has been just as frustrating. I spent the entire day trying to reach to the GM Xavier. When I finally did, he said he would check on my refund for the down payment and then left for the day without any update or follow-up!!!! So unprofessional as a GM. This was not just poor communication - it was a complete lack of transparency and accountability from start to finish. I would strongly suggest staying away from these scammers. They have no problem lying to make a deal but make you go through all these hoops to get your money back
