    Overcharge the MSRP and try to convince you to take a longer, high interest loan to make even more money off of you. And they delete bad Google reviews! No wonder why their rating is low here but a 4.8 on Google. In particular, they try to 10% upcharge on the MSRP. Then they try to convince you that you can just take out a longer term loan from them (with high interest) to make the numbers "work out." Not to mention the pushy tactics of "someone else is here to buy the car" to justify the upcharge. Total rip off. Do not go to North Shore Mazda. They can't claim to be an "honest dealership" when they're actively taking advantage of the car shortage by overcharging the MSRP and presenting monthly payment plans in a misleading way (claiming to match your price at their profit margin) in order to make even more off of you in interest payments. Can't cry COVID/supply chain issues when manipulative business tactics and taking advantage of the customer are the real problems here.

They had both been extremely helpful, respectful and professional throughout the process. However, my most recent involvement with Ira Lexus, was the worst car buying experience I've ever had! Our salesperson, Ms Zallen, was very nice, yet lacked experience and should have had a seasoned professional shadowing her. She neglected to give me an important piece of information that caused us a lot of time and unnecessary frustration. Mr. Coco, the sales manager, sat down with an attitude and was extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional, unwilling to listen to us calmly or politely. And thirdly was the business manager, Mr. Monterroso, who issued instructions to us that were unnecessary. The solution we chose was much simpler. He also insisted on pushing expensive warrantees of up to six years and many of thousands of dollars more onto the sale of my SUV, though I twice expressed to him that I was not interested! I only put on @2K miles a year. Why would I purchase an expensive car and still need to buy warrantees? I bought an expensive car so I wouldn't need warrantees! At this point I was ready to walk out and cancel the whole deal! There was more negativity to follow, but I won't get into that. I do know that I will never again purchase another Lexus from Ira or associate with these rude managers!

Guy was professional, non pressure, and my first experience with a car salesman that put the customer first. No pressure. He made sure the truck was ready and prepped properly for pickup. Offered to deliver it, and even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy with it and the sale was finalized without a hitch. ​Thier finance department came through with financing not only well within my budget but almost down to the cent as my credit union. Usually, the service or item I receive is what I expect and there is really nothing worth taking time to share. That IS NOT the case this time! Let me explain; I needed a car to replace the aging one my daughter was driving. After multiple internet searches, I found what we were looking for listed on line at Bill's Auto Sales. I called and spoke with Tony, he assured me that the car was available and, as I was unable to get there until the next day, I should call there again in the morning and speak to Glen so he would know when to expect me. I did just that, and Glen offered that he would hold the car for me while I made the hour and half drive to check it out. When I did arrive, both the car and Glen were there and he gave my daughter and me a free hand in looking it over. It was just as described on their website. He was very open, giving me the Carfax and in telling me the short comings of the vehicle they had found, as well as, how those items would be addressed. After a test drive we were able to settle on a price and a deposit. Due to my schedule we made arrangements to pick up the car the following week, giving Bill's Auto time to make the agreed upon repairs and get the paper work in line. During that week, Glenn messaged me a number of times regarding the progress on both. These guys really communicate well! We indeed picked up the car as planned, took a test drive and agreed that the repairs were complete. Bill's Auto took care of the registration transfer and we were off. My daughter loves the car! So here's what my take away is.. Bill's Auto Sales and in particular, Glen provide an excellent environment for purchasing a car. I found them to be accommodating, friendly, and excellent communicators but above all else they were honest. In discussing the vehicle ..no excuses were made, no stories made up. Buying a car is a big purchase and is never without some amount of compromise working with someone you can trust is key in getting the best deal.. these are your guys. I made the appointment online and requested a rental for the day. I arrived at 8:30 and Kristin was more than helpful even though I was early. Because it was my first visit my oil change and tire rotation were free. And I sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes and enterprise was there to pick me up and bring me to my rental. Simple I know, but I had a Hyundai previously and they gave me a hard time about a rental even if I paid out of pocket?? So they had me wait like 3 hours and 3 hours on your only day off is a lot of time lost. Really hate Hyundai village I brought it in for a coil misfire a part that cost $16 I had the diagnostic from a local gas station but they wanted to charge me $150 for their diagnostic and he said he would waive it and just charge me labor. They wanted to charge $500 for labor so I told them to pack up my car and he tried to charge my the $150 he said to waive. Hate them. Thanks Chevy for making my day easy!

The vinyl molding on top of the car doesn't stay in place. Was replaced twice by Herb Chambers Chevrolet in 2024 after the Salesperson helped me out. Still flutters in the wind driving at 50 - 60 mph. Now at 41,022 miles, the AC stopped working. Are you kidding me. All of this is out of warranty with only 41,022 miles. This car was likely a used "piece of crap" and probably had issues from day 1. A lesson learned.

I saw the vehicle I was interested in on-line; the price was right as was the features of the vehicle and the mileage. I made an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Camari who had everything lined up for a smooth purchase. We drove the car, received a very respectable offer on our trade and were done within an hour and half. As the dealership was waiting for the title, we did have to return a few days later to make the final purchase; again, a quick visit and we were off! We did not have to deal with any arrogant/condescending sales manager trying to negotiate a price. The vehicle was listed at a reasonable price and the trade was very good. I am from the South Shore and am very happy I traveled to Danvers; it was well worth it.

First of all, when I pulled my Kia Soul into North Danvers I was treated as I should be as a consumer. Christina and Emily were both very thorough and on point with what my car needed. I was also given a loaner and told Kia would follow up on all details after calling the manufacturer and warranties I provided. Christina aka service advisor stayed true to her word. She texted, emailed and called me about every detail of warranty work completed in the service department. Thankyou Kia North Danvers Service Department!
