Last weekend Derek Shea assisted and was very helpful and courteous. After the oil change, Derek went over all aspects of my Honda and various maintenance that may be needed soon. There was no high pressure sales tactic, just a basic review which I appreciated. My tire pressure light was also on, after having had 2 new tires installed recently, having recalibrated them, but after 5 days tire pressure light on again. Derek had my tires checked, ensured tire pressure was correct, and recalibrated them, saving me from having to return to the tire company. Derek was super helpful!
