$200 to put your car on their lift and go for a test drive and no diagnosis, didnt even scan it…read more They were not completely transparent about this charge even after spending 35 minutes on the phone about all the requested diagnostics, including a stalling issue connected to the gas tank requiring a simple scan on a 1998 Camry. The tires were not the cause of the vibration at 70 mph only and when turning right and there is no clunking. The car is at a Toyota dealer now and the vibration has been solved without changing tires and the fuel and brake lines are normal. The front tires are reported to be at 6/32 and still good, but this shop doesnt even know how to measure tread depth. I walked into the shop after their closing time at 430 and Anthony was on the phone with no one working on my car which should have been ready for pick up. Nothing but frauds here. Never been so disappointed by a new shop, never again. Had to read the tire pressure label for them after finding out they didnt even put the right amount of air in the tires. Shameful.

In fact, he has been quite honest with me about both cars I bring in. One of them he told me the wheel made a ton of noise, but was safe to drive and didn't need repairs yet. He said wait some time, save up and bring it in when I can. That's what I did, and he was right.

I was told they didn't have time for an oil change that day but I could bring my car back Saturday at 8am. I brought my car back at that time and waited 15-20 minutes just for someone to take my keys since they usually don't have someone at the front desk. I almost left before that and in retrospect I wish I did. I thought since I was bringing my car in early in the morning I wouldn't have to wait long for the oil change, but apparently they were busy with inspections and other things already. I initially planned on waiting but I decided to leave and come back. I'm glad I did because I got called 4.5 hours later saying my car was ready. The total cost was about $125 ($45 for labor, $70 for parts, plus taxes) which is highway robbery (which I suppose is fitting in some way given the location on 125 on the way to I-93). I don't think I've ever paid that much when I asked for just an oil change anywhere else. I won't be coming back here.
