Terrible service , such a nightmare would never recommend this place to anyone called for a…read moreestimate on a transmission rebuild & guy said he can't do a estimate he needs to see the vehicle so I drpopped it off to his house/garage & don't hear from him for 1x full week get a call 1 week later saying your truck will be ready in 1 hour like wt* I asked for a estimate on a transmission rebuild I didn't confirm or get a call on a estimate with price or anything all of a sudden 1 week later I get a call & it's done without my knowledge or approval to even do the work I wanted a estimate because I got a couple other estimates from local shops likes Amesbury Chevrolet & so on 1 week later get a phone call saying I owe 3.2k thousand & owner Kevin flips out on me & hangs up on me because I want to pay credit card & not cash & he says I need cash because I don't want to go through the business ... kevin didn't supply any paper work no receipts no invoice nothing no documentation saying I paid for a transmission rebuild besides a single yellow small notebook receipt that just says transmission rebuild $3200.00 like so u profession any shop on a transmission rebuild especially on 3.2k thousand on a 1990 Chevy would supply paper work documentation, invoice, warranty I did not receive a paper that even says what was done for parts or how much the parts were or how many parts or the price absolutely nothing so I have no proof if I ever wanter to sell the truck of that the transmission actually got rebuilt like how do I even know he replaced all "soft parts" + a new torque converter like a rebuilt transmission is suppose to be done any professional shop would show you & explain to you what was done & replaced & so on AVOID this place u less you drive a sh*t box & don't want proper documentation on the work that's being done sorry when I'm handing over over 3 thousand dollars I want the proper paper work & documentation for my vehicle it's a antique rare 1990 Chevy c-10 (OBS) American Muscle thats Only going up in value year by year so yes I save all paper work done to my vehicle anybody who owns a vehicle like mines does if your smart

The business is run by a husband and wife team; they're some of the nicest people you could ever meet and run a great business. They're everything you would hope to find in a car repair shop- quick, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. We came in yesterday (without an appointment!), and they were able to fit us in for an inspection after a brief 15 minute wait. Having brought our kids with us, we were directed to the small, tidy waiting area where we were offered to help ourselves to drinks in the mini fridge or a hot coffee. They even had juice boxes for our kids and light snacks were available as well! The co-owner/wife, Lori, went well out of her way to make sure my kids (especially our adventurous 2 year old) were entertained during our wait and provided him things like a flashlight and a calculator to play with, in addition to the toys and coloring books they offer in their waiting room. She is so extremely nice!! They completed our inspection in a timely manner and got us out the door quickly. I would recommend this shop to anyone on the NH/MA border for your inspections and car repair needs. Great business, great people.

I purchased a Ram 1500 without being on-site and relied on live videos and service records, trusting the salesman Harry's word. After placing a $5,000 deposit, they sent me a purchase contract through the mail to sign. However, I noticed discrepancies in the contract and couldn't sign it. They agreed to fix a few things, but those changes were not included in the contract. When I reached out to resolve this, it suddenly became difficult to reach Harry or get any answers. A couple of weeks went by, and I still had no idea what was going on. Then, I started receiving calls and emails from Ally congratulating me on the truck I had purchased, along with details about the payment amount and first payment date. I was confused--how could a loan be finalized when I hadn't signed the purchase contract? The loan forms should not have been submitted without a signed contract. The GM, Jimmy, got involved and promised to fix the situation after I decided to back out of the deal. I questioned how I could have a loan payment without having signed the purchase contract or received the truck. Jimmy convinced me not to rescind the deal, assuring me he would take care of everything: get the repairs done, revise the contract, and assist in getting the truck ready for delivery. I accepted. When the truck finally arrived, it had several issues: the check engine light was on, there was a missing floormat, the running boards were noisy and loose, and there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke. I immediately notified Jimmy, who agreed to address the check engine light issue and send new floormats. After three weeks of waiting, I finally received a check to cover the check engine light repair, despite being told multiple times that a check was sent via overnight mail. All of this turned out to be untrue. Three months later, I still have not received the floormats that Jimmy promised. On several occasions, he lied by saying they had been sent and that I should receive them soon. I asked for a tracking number but never heard back from him. Due to these experiences, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience with Sullivan Tire. I called ahead and made an appointment for 4 new tires…read moreand an oil change on my Jetta. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful in assisting me in choosing new tires, especially when discussing my price point. Unfortunately the tires I was quoted for over the phone were the wrong size for my vehicle once I got there, but Sullivan was able to offer me a comparable tire of the same brand for just a little more. They were very upfront about pricing, and I really like that they perform a 29-point vehicle inspection (you'd be surprised at how many places don't do this). They performed the services on my car in a timely manner, about an hour and a half, which was fine because they have a clean and comfortable waiting area. Lastly, my TPMS went off just as I was pulling out -- one of the guys came out, checked my car, and showed me how to manually turn of the TPMS light after he made sure all was well and good. He was a Volkswagen guy, which was a comfort to me! All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely return in the future.

I was relatively happy with the service .....so I thought, until I found out they were not being honest about rotating my tires. I marked them and they never rotated them (happened twice). The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.
