The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

I called four days in advance to book a tire replacement. I mistakenly listed the wrong brand, but confirmed with the call center, who assured me the tires would be ready. When I arrived, they didn't have the tires and blamed a mix-up they had days to catch. No phone call to confirm the ambiguity? I took a full day off work, and all they offered was a bland apology with no compensation. A week later, after another day off, the installation was quick, but that same afternoon, the tire pressure warning light came on. We called them, but we didn't know the cause until I checked the pressure over the weekend--each tire was 10 PSI under spec. This should have been obvious to a shop that only installs tires. After all this wasted time, I am done with Town Fair. I've purchased tires personally and for my business over the last 10 years from Town Fair. No more, thank you. My time is too valuable, and I expect much better. If you value your time, I suggest you head elsewhere.
