I started going to Schlott Tire when Mobile Gas Station had the fire and close the business. Schlott tire is an excellent repair shop with Fair prices and Quality Parts. I highly recommend them. I will be using them exclusively going forward. Trust is important with your vehicle and Quality Parts. Great Team at Schlott Tire. Jimmy is the best. Please shop here! I came in on a Saturday morning for a nail in my tire and they not only repaired it in 20 minutes but refused to let me pay. Everyone inside was extremely kind and good people. I will be coming back for all of my tire and car needs. read more

Dont waste your time or $ at Schlott Tire! Only went there once for new brakes, guy who took my keys & drove car into garage spent more time in waiting area talking to friends, so I thought there must be someone else working on my brakes. Left there & my brakes didn't seem different from when I drove vehicle in. Next day I'm getting an oil change, guy says who did your brakes, told him Schlott Tire, he says you're lucky you didnt get into an accident, they never tightened the bolts. Oil change mechanic tightened brakes for FREE! I then realized guy at Schlott Tire who spent more time talking to his friends was also supposed to be working on my vehicle, apparently there's no job or safety inspection at Schlott to ensure their work is done correctly - I'll never go back due to their inferior work. read more

I've had tires installed on two cars in the last couple of weeks Great service Great prices Great advice read more

Good honest mechanics. Always answer my questions, well rounded service. They are not just tires

My fam and I have been coming here for over 20 years, Jim is always helpful and great to work with. For flats and slow leaks you can always get walk in appointments even on weekend (and often don't even charge to take out and plug nail holes). Great with euro sports cars (335, S4) for both tires and fixing continuously bent rims from all the mass potholes as well as SUVs. Cannot recommend them highly enough!! Bonus points for their signage guys entertaining puns/jokes read more

I have gone to Schlott Tire a few times. Mostly oil changes and once when my AC in the car was blocked and leaking water inside my car. I always got great service and their prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to someone. read more

Quick service and the nicest guys in the shop. Jim is the best and his crew were efficient and fast! Go here over Town Fair Tire all day!

I got a free tire patching, they are very accommodating. I will go back here for all of my tire needs.

I've visited Schlott Tire a handful of times since my first visit, which they contacted me for and explained it could be cleaned/they would be willing to help. I went in for summer tire change over. I ended up needing new tires, so I purchased them there. It was easy, priced well, and the staff was great. I went another time for a flat. Tire had to be replaced. I dropped the car off overnight and they were able to get it changed the next day. Went again to change over to winter tires, and they got me in and out. Highly recommend. Staff is great and they are always willing to work with your situation. read more

Schlott Tire was referred by the Chevrolet dealership in Lowell. I called and told them I wanted four tires for my Corvette and they had the tires by 2 PM. I arrived at 1:45 PM and they immediately got to work. The job was done in 45 minutes. Note: They know their tires. I had barely described what tires I wanted and he knew just what I was referring to. read more

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, patient, and honest. I was 45 minutes into a road trip when I started having trouble with one of my tires. I arrived pretty frazzled but they told they would be able to look at it right away. In just a few minutes they had the nail out of my tire and patched up. They also set the other 3 to the proper pressure after being incorrectly over pressurized during recent service. They showed me the wear pattern on the tires and provided possible causes. The conversation was educational and not sales focused. They didn't charge me for the nail removal and patch (!) and I will absolutely be returning to buy my four tires when it is time to replace them. read more

Rusty and Jim are outstanding people and also know their business like no one else. I've known Rusty since the early 1970s when he was on Broadway in Lawrence. A couple of days ago I had them put a new set of four Michelin Defenders on my car and couldn't be happier. I've had these tires before and they are excellent in all road conditions and are so smooth and quiet. Michelin tires are hard to beat. They are a little more up front but when you consider how long they last, they are cheaper in the long run....and safer and more pleasant during their life. Despite being busy, Schlott got my car out in less than an hour with no issues. Rusty and Jim and their staff are excellent in all respects. read more

If anyone needs new tires or a repair I highly recommend Schlott Tire at 530 Main St Tewksbury, Ma. I got a screw in my tire that rapidly ran flat. I had the car towed to Schlott Tire and thankfully it just needed to be plugged..... unlike in June, when I had yet another flat resulting in two new tires $$$ I have never been to this store or company for that matter and they said don't worry about it, no charge. It is a great way to get all my future business... it was a not so random but still a much appreciated act of kindness....so if you are in the areas... check them out. read more

After waiting over a week for one replacement tire at another tire business, I called Schlott Tire and had it one day after ordering. In addition to the unexpectedly quick service when I arrived for the replacement, the staff was friendly and cordial. It was a pleasant experience. read more

I looked for a company with good reviews and Schlott tire had great reviews. so I decided to take my car here to have new tires put on my wheels. The older gentlemen at the front desk is very friendly and kind. I made friends with one of the technicians while waiting for the service. A technician and the "owner himself" installed the new tires on my wheels, and damaged the finish on 3/4 wheels, and in many places on 2 of those wheels, with clearly visible pry marks. They then parked my car out front, said nothing, took my money, and hoped that I wouldn't notice. A bunch of sticky residue was left on the wheels in addition to the slew of clearly visible spots where the finish was missing. The owner was incredibly stand-offish and defensive when I brought this to his attention, wanted proof that I had it fixed before he would even consider refunding me the $200 dollars I paid for this service. I am fair, and patient, and understand that things happen. I legitimately cannot make sense of why Schlott Tire would do business in such an unethical fashion, treat me like some dishonest punk, and try to be sneaky about a mistake they made, rather than simply own it, and fix it. Do you want to do business with a company that might scratch your paint, damage something, or make a mistake, and then park your car out front and try to pretend nothing happened? read more

Took my car here for an aftermarket spring install and I couldn't be more impressed of the workmanship that these guys did. Jim was a pleasant guy to work with together with his crew.. very knowledgeable and professional. Price was very competitive and fair compare to the shops I've called... and probably the best one in the area. Needless to say, I had a pleasant experience. Will definitely take my car here again for future services. Highly recommend these guys! Go check them out. read more

First time customer. I was overly impressed with how neighborly the team there made it feel. They knew every customer, their car, and situation without having to look them up. In addition, I felt they were trying to help me vs sell me anything. Very impressed with SCHLOTT TIRE. I plan to take my business there moving forward. read more

They are the some of the best, most honest, hard working people I have ever met in my life. They always go the extra mile to fix something and their prices are very reasonable. I won't bring my car anywhere else if I think it's something they fix. They've replaced my brakes, changed my oil, put new tires on my car, cleaned up a oil mess (we forgot to put oil cap back on when topping off...whoops!) & countless other things. I refer these guys to everyone who will listen! read more

I was referred by a friend of mine to use this company to have some tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle. When I arrived I made the job easier for them by having the rims already dismounted from my vehicle and all they had to do was Mount and balance new tires on to them. The gentleman I dealt with was very rude and seems as if he did not care about his job whatsoever he barely said 2 words to me as I gave him my rims and tires to be done. I asked them on the phone prior to arriving if I needed to make an appointment and they said no because that job should be quick. So when I asked them how long it would take for this to be done after I dropped my rims off at the garage Bay he told me about an hour. Long story short... I got them back 3 hours later after I had called twice during the process to find out the progress. After I got them back and put them back on my car they looked a little low on air so I checked and each one was 20PSI lower then where it should have been. Glad I paid for that service! read more

We were coming back from Maine when our tire got punctured by a small piece of flat metal. It was slowly losing air. We first stopped by a so call DOT certified tire shop telling us this and that. Ultimately they just said we will need a new tire. So as we left disappointed thinking how we were going to get back to new York, schlott tire came up on Google! We stopped by their shop immediately. They were busy with a few customers but they tended to our needs ASAP. We were called-in in about 20 mins without an appointment! The guys check out the flat and tell us we can probably take of it with a simple fix! The Guys there and "Dev" that helped us took real good care of us! Within 10 mins we were on our way back to NY without being forced into buying a new tire when it is not necessary!! EVERYONE from Schlott tires were professional, honest and friendly ! Would definitely recommend them to anyone with tire needs !! read more

I had bought 4 tires after week my car dead they took my tires back for only one forth price and gave me credit when I went for tire change for other car their prices were so higher then BJ's so I asked for refund but store owner refuse to give refund for my credit money .I don't like his attitude way he talk read more

Schlott has always been great from fixing tires, taking care of my daughters, and always selling me tires at a great price.

The morning of Sunday, July 28th I hit a major pothole. I sent an email to Schlott to get information about how to proceed. The tire was an expensive nineteen inch run flat unit. I was very surprised to receive a response from Jim at Schlott Tire that very afternoon (Sunday). Per his request, I was able to bring the car down on Monday to evaluate the tire and determine how many I needed to purchase (all wheel drive). He offered to give me a ride home if I didn't want to ride on it since the bead had been broken. He then ordered 2 tires which were to be delivered on Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. I arrived at 1:10, the tires arrived at about 1:15, and they were mounted, balanced, and I left before 2:30. Jim and his crew know their business and really made the best of a bad situation. Schlott is very considerate, as well as price competitive and I would recommend their service to anyone! read more

Service here is by far the best I've received out of all the tire places I've been to. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I'm coming back here for all my future tire services. I highly recommend them. Don't go to those tire chains like Town Fair Tire who doesn't know what they're talking about most of the time. read more

We LOVE schlott tire. Our whole family goes to schlott for any and all repairs. They know who we are and what cars are ours without having to be reminded. But the best part about schlott is that they are honest. I've never felt taken advantage of or unfairly charged for something. The repairs are always done well and on time. I won't ever go anywhere else. read more

I've driven by Schlott countless amount of times, and never really considered going there. But I had my first experience there the other day after trying to fix a slowly deflating tire that got a screw through it. The workers are nice and personable. They took the car in right away and it was plugged in under 10 minutes, for no charge. Will definitely be returning. read more

Schlott is the best. Have never been disappointed here. I once brought my car to the dealer for a rattle I was hearing. They told me I needed to spend $325 to replace some part. I brought it to schlott and they found that something was simply loose and fixed it for free. In another interaction, they realized I was going to be let for work because of a car problem and Picked me up on the side of the road and drove me to work. Great guys. read more

Knew the reviews were true as soon as we walked in. Fair price pleasant to deal with efficient and knowledgeable and a reasonable wait time. Glad I did a yelp and avoided spending way too much for poor service at a substantially higher price. The first place we went to got two stars for good reason. This place was exactly what u hope to find. Great family run business that cares. read more
