What a great place and open 24/7!! Brought my flat tire down to have it fixed. After fixing the tire they brought my car in and took my spare tire off and put on the fixed tire. This took less than 20 minutes and they only charged me $10 for this service. If you need a tire fixed or replaced this is the place to go. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I called twice before showing up for a quote to mount and BALANCE two front tires. I came in at 9pm on a Sunday and LUIS (with glasses) replaced the front two tires without balancing them, he made sure to damage my rims and give me two damaged valve stems in the process. I returned the next day and waited 2 1/2 hours for them to balance ONE wheel incorrectly and receive the wheel alignment that now makes my car tug left. WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! read more

Simply amazing!!! Came into the shop with my brother in law at 11:30 pm on a Thursday. We were in and out in 10 mins at most. The guy working nights informed us that the tire was gone he put the donut on for us for ONLY 10 bucks. We could have done it for free our self but it's 10 degrees out side. I so happy this place open. Don't trust any one else. If you can get here safely Coke here!! read more

Where else can you get a flat tire repaired for $10 24/7? Was recommended to me by tow truck company. Swung by around 8pm and 2 cars in front of me. My turn and they guided me in the narrow garage door opening. Patched the tire in about 10 min and put back my spare tire. No frills and employees are accommodating and friendly. read more

Aaa service man recommend this place to me as had a flat on a very late Monday Night. Got there and was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a used tire for $45. The tire is in great condition, I'm glad used was an option. Yes the chatter is all Spanish but no issues helping a customer who only speaks English. All questions and concerns were answered. Can't beat 24/7 so not to deal with busy days. All my future tire needs will go to them! read more

These guys saved my life. I had a flat on my Passat this morning (Sunday) and every spot here in Lowell was closed or expensive af. I called up here and Brian picked up. He was super chill and told me to swing by. So I came around and within the hour I was out. The vibe was cool and it was super affordable. This place is THE best tire spot I've ever been to. I highly recommend it. read more

This place is great.the employees are such hard workers and the owner is soooo nice. I was doing laundry across the street and they offered to bring it back when they finished replacing my tires. There's a warranty on new tires and their used tires are still in great shape plus they are 24 hours! read more

My wife had to get a couple of services done on her car that was overdue. Did not have an appointment, but I called to see if they were busy. The receptionist (really nice by the way) told me that there were a couple people waiting, but they could see me today. I got there about an hour later and told the receptionist what I wanted to get done on the car. She told me it would be about a half hour until they could see me; she called me less than 5 minutes later saying they could take me in now. The technicians (also very friendly) confirmed the service I was there to do. (Tire rotation, balance 4 tires, wheel alignment, and oil change). Two of the wheels were gashed with wires starting to display and needed to be replaced. The technician suggested changing them immediately, as I did. He found 2 used tires with about 75-80 tread left in their used tires stock. The service of 2 used tires (mounted and balanced), 2 other tires balanced, tire rotation, wheel alignment, and oil change came out to $250 and I was out of the shop in 45 minutes. I've had other services done here before and have never had an issue, but this by far is my best experience yet. Did I also mention they're 24 hours? read more

Amazing!! I had a blowout late in the afternoon on a holiday weekend. All other shops in the area were closed after the overly long wait for a tow truck!! This shop was open, they were quick, polite, and repaired my tire so I could get back on the road! THANK YOU! read more

Cannot say 100% but i think they pulled a bait and switch on me. First let me start by saying that i am very particular about mismatched tires and i purchase my tire in pairs so that they match in front and back. Since front tires wear more quickly than rear when i get a different set i move the front tires to the rear and mount the new ones in front. For the most part i do my own work on my vehicle so i am very familiar with what is there and what isn't. This past winter it was time to replace my front tires again i brought them in to be mounted and balanced and for the rotating from front to back. Everything looked fine / matched. About a month ago i realized that i had a leak in my right rear tire and took it in to get patched. No more leaks.....Well today i needed a hitch mounted and when my vehicle was on the lift i noticed the tread pattern on the two rear tires did not match. I called Tenares to complain and they removed the tire and showed me that the tire had been patched. Strangely i recall the employee that supposedly repaired my tire kept insisting that i purchase a used tire from them. I replied that i wanted the tire patched because i prefer matching tires. Can't prove anything but no has touched worked on my car other than Tenares and myself. I believe something occurred but they are coverd by showing me a tire that was patched. Advice? Check before driving off..... read more
