Patched my tire in like less than an hour. I am amazed! Super courteous and prompt service!

I went there 4 times so far. If you have a tire and quickly need to change, great. Go here and they do it well and quick. I bought tires 3 times and the last time I was there I was checking outside price. Instead of $103 per tire, they charged me $195. Once I found out and drive back and asked for reason, the owner on the phone was rude and also said he explained me about dentist and doctors! His son is the one who was working. When I asked for 2 tires, he immediately replied $390. Didn't even look at the tire or model. Then he was joking to other employees in Spanish on how rich and stupid accepting that price. It was sad how they acted to make few people dyes dollars losing customers. Well, it's not for me anymore. There are few others down the road. Do it there. read more

There was a cat. A sweet little angel baby, who loves scratches and snuggles and who has the voice of an angel. They come and go as they please but regardless the waiting experience is vastly improved by the presence of such a sweetheart. 7/5 stars read more

Total scam!! they installed defective tires on my truck, stripped the locks. locking the tires on the truck then had the truck sent out to my mechanic, towed at my cost then repaired also at my cost after being promised reimbursement once my mechanic was able to take the locks off of the wheels and install my new tire. The owner Rafael was very defensive and combative denying any responsibility in the matter. He asked me to leave His shop immediately or police would be called and take him to small claims court. I strongly recommend finding another Tire shop because this one is not only unprofessional but also destructive. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I am NOT someone who takes time out of my day to write reviews but I am DISGUSTED by the morals of the owner of this establishment. His crew messed up my boyfriends tires and we were told BY THE OWNER that he would pay for them to get fixed. After TWO MONTHS of waiting, we finally received a quote by the other establishment that the tires were sent to, to be fixed, and now the owner of First Class is refusing to keep his word and only offering to pay for HALF, even though it was HIS CREW that screwed up! He said, "if you dont like it, take me to court". So here we go, to small claims! Good luck read more

Rafael, the owner, was extremely helpful when our boat trailer blew a tire on the side of route 93. He drove out to our stranded truck and helped us replace our blown tire. He was extremely helpful and gracious with his time and efforts. We couldn't be more grateful. read more

Fantastic prices, great service, even on a Sunday morning !! Small business, with big class. And now...I got the tires in September...had to have one repaired in November for a faulty stem...got charged 80 bucks for that. Now in Feb, the same tire with the same issue. Called and called and have not gotten any service for a tire that was obviously defective when I bought it. Nice people, nice service at first, but now I am not happy. read more

I needed a new tire to replace one that shredded. They mounted a good used tire at a reasonable price, while also replacing the valve stem. The wait didn't take too long either. read more

My Lady's car needed tires. We decided to try this place.It was Saturday. We were shown a set of used GOODYEAR tires in excellent shape. I asked for and received a verbal quote for 60.00 per tire. We waited about one hour and were told that the install was complete. While paying the owner stated that he did not have the GOODYEAR tires in that size, and had installed other tires. He explained that he would get the correct tires on Thursday when he got his delivery, and that he would call us on Thursday.We got no call. I drove in to the shop after calling several times with no answer. The owner explained to me that he had the tires and to bring the car in. I told him that the car needed other maintenance unrelated to the tires. He told me that he had the tires and to bring the car in anytime. We had the other maintenance done and brought the car in today at noon The shop was very busy. I told the owner that we would return at 2:00PM. We returned at 2 as stated and the car was not touched. We waited until 3:00PM. We were told that the car was all set. Did not check the brand until we got home. The tires were NOT GOODYEAR but Matrix tires. I give this place one star because we were shown one brand and got another and were told AFTER the tires were installed. What was I going to do...tell him to put the original tires on? We were shown one product and given another. Misleading and VERY shady. In all fairness the tires we got were in good shape but I could have gotten them new for 65.00 per tire. Don't trust him as we did. read more

First Class Tire Shop was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I needed it most. No one can say they had a great day when they are having tire issues but the friendly staff makes it a little easier. They give you a fair and up front price. A lot of the bigger tire stores have little compassion and are looking to pinch every possible penny out of you. FCTS drove out to me and I was able to avoid that dreaded towing fee. A great small business that I fully recommend. read more
